I guess it depends on what your strategy is. For an active trader, holding is the last thing he'll consider. Cutting losses to stay liquid and move on to other trades is the more appropriate thing to do for him.

I have not heard those coins except Holo. Currently, the coin I have been holding the longest is Syscoin (SYS). I first heard about this project around 2017. A lot of developments has happened since then.

I'm surprised how that expert based his opinion on market being bullish from the increase in Binance Coin and the likes of Enjon Coin. Similar situations has happened before but the market has remained bearish. Credit to CZ though for his brilliance in creating demand for BNB and to their community for keeping the price up.

If it's good, then why not? The difficulty now for investors is finding that really good ICO. Given the current market condition, funds are a bit tighter now so it is going to investing on the standout project.
