6061  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can you predict what the future hold for digital currencies ? BTC specifically on: September 18, 2017, 06:44:16 PM
Nobody can 100% predict what's going to happen long term with crypto but there's a good chance it will be very successful & each coin/platform will be worth a lot more than it is now.
6062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Gambling Industry So Successful in the World? on: September 18, 2017, 06:40:33 PM
The gambling industry is so successful because the average man doesn't earn a lot of money. Gambling gives you the chance to win money so it's that simple really.
6063  Other / Meta / Re: Account Hacked - No Response From Moderators on: September 18, 2017, 05:07:32 PM
You will need to sign a message from an address known to yours (an address you've used quite a while ago).
Without that you little to zero chance of a moderator getting you your account back.

You need to be able to prove it is yours. I do know that the mods can take quite a long time to respond to PM's any way.
6064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Second official money in Luxemburg ? on: September 18, 2017, 05:03:49 PM
Be great for bitcoin if this can get cleared, I have a feeling it would be rejected immediately though.
6065  Economy / Speculation / Re: But if China gov say mining is illegal, we are fucked. Haipo Yang‏ ViaBTC CEO on: September 18, 2017, 04:51:29 PM
It's all just a ploy by the Chinese government to bs able to tax the fuck out of the bitcoin high rollers that live there. I doubt the Chinese government will miss out on the opportunity to make lots of money.
6066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥Julian Assange Supports Bitcoin As Ways To Free Catalonia From Spain's Dictate on: September 18, 2017, 04:49:07 PM
I wonder how many coins Assange has, he's been a bitcoin advocate since the very early days. I bet he is filthy rich.
6067  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin vs Mortgage on: September 18, 2017, 04:47:19 PM
I would suggest to pay off your mortgage, you would still have a really good number of coins for future price rises. It would be really good to have no mortgage & bitcoin would have done that for you.
6068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 18, 2017, 04:20:25 PM
Paulo Dybala without doubt has a great future, The young Argentine is on fire, this is the fourth round of the Italian Serie A and he has already scored two hattricks already, I am so sure that Barcelona would be regretting for not going in for him to replace Neymar and rather went for that Ousmane Dembele and for an outrageous amount too.

Dybala has potential to be one of the next big stars in football, his next move will be a really big one so he needs to make the right decision.
6069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I hope I live long enough to see ethereum crash on: September 18, 2017, 02:32:45 PM
I really feel that I should invest in & buy some ETH, something keeps stopping me from doing so though. I just don't feel it's a long term good investment. I've been wrong on it so far though.
6070  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome to Christmas! Nom, Nom, Nom on: September 18, 2017, 02:30:36 PM
Lol why you think to buy at highs?
You can wait and buy at bottoms. 3000 is not bottom. wait until it hits 2000

Lol
6071  Economy / Speculation / Re: China banning bitcoin is the oldest trick in the book on: September 18, 2017, 02:28:24 PM
Then they will announce that exchange can pay x fees and submit all data to the central server to obtain a license to reopen, so price recovers - bingo, biggest win ever.

The price has already recovered to above $4000 now, I wonder what price will get to if the quoted post is right? I reckon we woud definitely see above $5000.

6073  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 18, 2017, 02:24:23 PM
Wish I'd gone for a bit closer to the current date on the prize bounty, new ATH game. Oh well, I'm happy any way that the price has recovered so well after China news. I wonder how many people here got absolutely ruined shorting?
6074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US to remove taxes on bitcoin! more bitcoin=currency stuff on: September 18, 2017, 02:16:43 PM
It says you don't have to pay taxes on or report transactions for less than $600. So effectively you will be paying taxes if you sell your bitcoin's unless they're allowing you to sell at multiple lots of $599 ;
I don't think you'd get away with that though?
6075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are the Big Gambling sites paying taxes? on: September 18, 2017, 02:03:25 PM
Big crypto gambling companies probably aren't paying the correct or any taxes. I don't blame them though, fair play to them. I wouldn't pay taxes either if I could get away with it.

Good luck to them.
6076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 18, 2017, 02:00:40 PM
The season has only just started, we can't start writing off the chances of Leipzig or Dortmund to become champions yet. Bayern will be favourites though quite clearly, they are not invincible though.
6077  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin reach $5000 again without China ? on: September 18, 2017, 01:57:23 PM
After the fall due to china ban , Bitcoin has dropped on short term basis .
Can it reach up to $5000 again without China ?

The price has recovered to be above $4,000 now, I don't see any reason why we will not see $5xxx again in the short to medium term. The weak hands have been shaken out.
6078  Other / Meta / Re: Is selling accounts forbidden? on: September 18, 2017, 01:55:41 PM
You should have created a sock puppet account to tell people you were selling this one. It devalues your account by announcing it's for sale. I hope that yahoo dude temoves his neg trust though, it's a bit unfair imo.
6079  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I told my grandma to put all her lifesavings in Bitcoin because you guys said on: September 18, 2017, 01:48:42 PM
it will only go up. She bought at $4200 Sad
How soon can we REALISTICALLY see $4200 again and upwards?

Looks like she's close to breaking even, all the panic looks like it was for nothing. The price has recovered, I hope Grandma is happy Grin

6080  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $ 4000 on: September 18, 2017, 01:43:51 PM
surely this is good news. Bitcoin proves to be through a difficult situation without China.

Of course it's good news, it shows how strong bitcoin is. I do wish that I'd bought more near the bottom. I didn't expect the recovery to be so quick.
