Thank you for your contributions especially concerning feather, rune, mining etc but how do I start this business?

U.U realizes I was playing Runescape 2 and have not been on it since 2013 lol ...
Sorry not the best person to ask about selling In Game I used chat to sell goods with /cyan coloring etc.
Now it looks like you trade gold/goods for membership bonds to get cash/btc

I guess to get started start playing get some in game goods sell them make gold trade bonds sell for cash.

6082  Economy / Services / Re: OSRS (RUNESCAPE) 2007 on: January 30, 2016, 11:25:04 AM
Thanks dude this is helpful, however there are many places you can exchange you RS3 gold to either paypal or btc thus breaking the monopoly of jagex.
There are bot as you claim but they don't work any more without leaving your account banned.

Ya the bots never really worked mostly mining bots so I remember manually mining a lot to get gear ah the sound of pickaxes lol, and the odd flying handle ... Rune always rune pickaxe lol.
Anyways your likely more aware of the places to convert RS3 gold than I am since I haven't been on there for a bit either way if you know a spot and it seems reliable go with it and $$$ hope you have fun with it now off to get some runescape classic tokens mumble haven't opened that server to new users since 2009 probally won't until 2021 again lol.
6083  Economy / Services / Re: OSRS (RUNESCAPE) 2007 on: January 30, 2016, 11:14:32 AM
This is good to know more so people are making some money via RS 3 gold if you know how to play the game with success.
I am a newbie here and I want to start it for extra bitcoin.
Any help for beginner?
I never tried money trading in Runescape since I was always worried about Jagex shutting down my account over real money trading but that was before a long while ago ha-ha now with Bitcoin I can imagine people using it to get membership if they want it the last I recall was still on adamante daggers in smithy, and botting was a pain because of random events that said there are websites that you can use to engage in jagex trading just make sure that they are not connected to a real runescape account.

If your talking about runescape in general you start in Lumbridge Castle have a quest log you can complete if you want and the easiest ways to earn money as a beginner are killing chickens or developing mining skills killing cows and earning leathers it is also useful for your personal armor as copper is not the best choice initally tanning hides builds up handicraft skills which you need for archery later is and mining becomes more important later game as rune gears can be smithed and mining takes time, either way kill a few goblins bury some free bones and do what you want it is an open game after all.

People tend to buy the big bones but I'm sure theres a market for little ones as well its just you need to press dig more so people like the bigger xp gets which is why it makes better sense to lv then use the buffs prayer gives to hunt easier game quicker Smiley
6084  Economy / Services / Re: OSRS (RUNESCAPE) 2007 on: January 30, 2016, 11:03:08 AM
I am new to this and i need someone that has knowledge about runescape game, I will also offer a token.

Old school runescape was the original runescape game before Jagex made Runescape 2
It basically plays like well runescape with a lower res graphics engine last I recall, been a while but I think jagex only allowed old RS accounts to use that server or members. That or I am mistaking it with Classic

But I'll have to thank you just noticed they opened up the classic again for a bit, I'll have to log into some old accounts and give them tokens as well to  play that version of the game only accounts logged into runescape classic during open periods will be able to access that area in the future.

6085  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Diff thread Jan 26 to Feb 9 picks are open. 0.2btc prize on: January 30, 2016, 10:55:04 AM
That projected difficulty is damn high for this point in time, makes me wonder what came online as I have not been looking at mining much the last few rounds well I'll go with an even + 10 this round.

6086  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Official CaVirtex.com Thread on: January 30, 2016, 10:51:05 AM
Bidding my farewells to the Cavirtex thread as my side sig has now outlived its usefulness ha-ha
In addition since the site now redirects to Kraken for usefulness I am posting the Kraken thread here if (Kraken gets merged in the future lol) Then it might skip a gen and a new url may appear Tongue
Hello free deposits for now and hopefully a cloudflare that is paid for lol.

Long thread so I'll need to read the details but a few months of free deposits and hopefully a smooth transition Smiley

6088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin become obsolete? on: January 30, 2016, 10:42:42 AM
In its current form seeing that we are likely to get new builds I see a timeframe beyond 15 years
Competitors will likely emerge and co-exist and have friendly rivalries with one another at that point in time but none of the existing systems will become obsolete as we know it.
(Or we get someone to break the cryptography before a patch occurs but that would mean a fundamental weakness not calculated for a few decades from now coming early)
6089  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2016, 10:38:18 AM
As the title says, is the halving good or bad for the price of bitcoin?

The halving will decrease the supply of bitcoin, whole keeping the demand, so that would make bitcoin worth more.

But the halving will make mining profitibilty worse, meaning less miners, a higher trans. fee, and maybe causing a smaller demand.

What's your verdict?

I think bitcoin will still go up, as the fees might, let's say, double, but that's still a smaller transaction fee than through the banks...

I came in last time around the halving, it was a fun year with radical swings in prices looking back it at those were the times I wished I had a lot more Bitcoin this time around I am ready to see it through and look forward to a wild ride, the progression over the years is significant to back then the community has grown and we have not seen that bubble period all time high in a long time so I'm damn optimistic about this halving Smiley
6090  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price going back to $250??? on: January 30, 2016, 10:36:20 AM
Unlikely its closing in on Forking time we might see a retest but not below $340 in all likelihood.
Unless something serious happens in my opinion.
6091  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +1.9M bets ★ +95000 BTC wagered on: January 30, 2016, 10:34:41 AM
And we're back!

Issues appear to have been resolved and the site has been restored. There are reports of duplicate bets in the bet list; we know of that and the problem should stop happening in a few minutes.

Thanks for your patience, everyone!

Good to hear and someone actually sending a ransom threat that sucks but glad to hear the service is back online.
6092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bank account suspended for buying bitcoins? on: January 30, 2016, 10:30:46 AM
Well this seems to be back. I just received a letter from BOA asking about a single Coinbase transaction, sending $300 to them from my bank account. My account is frozen until I fill out the form. Reading these threads it seems they have 0 tolerance for BTC transactions.
I was wondering who brought this topic back but it looks like it is still relevant so good necro, it sucks that you got frozen because of it BOA probally only lets old accounts get away with it but its sad to hear its still an issue for some users in 2016.
Perhaps Kraken would work out better Coinbase is strict on the KYC/AML.

(Say Kraken cause my cavirtex account got nommed (merger) and I got converted to the Kraken legion recently which seems to do American accounts, I'll need to test deposits there but cavirtex never gave me an issue so i'm off to investigate myself)
6093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some hard truth about Satoshi's identity on: January 30, 2016, 10:22:52 AM
Well it is one way to know the language setting put on the Windows PC
By default it looks like Satoshi ran a UK version of spellcheck and presumably the same language pack.
(Of course that's if he was using windows he-he)
6094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ...and THIS is why I prefer to use Bitcoin. on: January 30, 2016, 10:18:10 AM
Wendy's was just hacked and the hackers made off with an unknown number of credit cards. But noooo, Bitcoin is the preferred currency of criminal financial activity, amirite?

He-he inserting a card reader into a machine is rare since people don't know when it has one in it but at least with Bitcoin your ID is not always at risk, only difference would be privacy vs a visa chargeback if someone hacks into your account, well unless you keep Bitcoins on an exchange then just hope its not Mintpal or instantwallet u.u.
6095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally, Bitcoin Core = REKT on: January 30, 2016, 09:55:45 AM
Hmm we are still going on about Blocksize well bigger is not always better but I see a 2mb implementation being useful especially since it keeps more free nodes (Free defined as nodes not centralized to any groups) on the system, bandwidth being an issue and the need for Global Nodes not just US centric located nodes will allow home users with a decent net connection to maintain their presence on the network especially in low node areas like Africa, Latin America and some parts of Asia (Partially including slow internet China).

“We call our code repository Bitcoin Classic. It starts as a one-feature patch to bitcoin-core that increases the block size limit to 2 MB. We will have ports for master and 0.11.2, so that miners and businesses can upgrade to 2 MB blocks from any recent bitcoin software version they run,” they further explained.

As long as I can run it and recall from a 0.8 0.9 gen editon of Core I see no qualms with this upgrade, or I'll need to check two edition compatibility with a multi-sync in a 1.0 patch edition somewhere lol.

(Then again I have not looked in a few weeks but if all it does is make 1mb 2mb then no conflict there as far as I can see) based on what I can tell this is a stop gap implementation I would run finally as one of those stubborn Core nodes Tongue.

(Expands time for upgrade and size crisis do research and fix patches/add features in the future, reduce the damn drama for a bit win win win)

6096  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Hampshire says "no" to Bitcoin tax payments. on: January 30, 2016, 09:49:46 AM
Hey 74 votes that not bad for a first attempt besides knowing the legal system it takes only one passing of a bill before it really becomes locked in and Bitcoin has all the time in the world to do it.
(Repeals are rare after all)
6097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are in Bitcoin Heaven on: January 29, 2016, 11:14:49 AM
Bitcoin has always been progressing at times at breakneck speed while at other times it moves slowly while events occur in the background, regardless step by step adoption is a reality but we are seeing a small boom now and likely a larger network effect in the near future.
6098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we earn bitcoin by Torrent seeding ? on: January 26, 2016, 11:14:46 AM
I believe that you never heard about Joystream, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1090619.0
That's what you're asking for  Wink

Gave it a read and its a neat idea if you have nothing else to use your bandwidth for.
I'm sure maidsafe and other alts that store data will be more worthy of investment though.
6099  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is just the beginning of the end. on: January 16, 2016, 10:32:30 AM
-25% in 48 hours. No investment other than bitcoin will get rid of your money this fast!

With Mike Hearns revelation to the public the collapse has only started.
In the coming weeks more dirt will be revealed and the price can easily go down another 50-75%.
Remember Mikes blog is only now starting to gain attention. This is a small thing compared to what's coming.

He-he need those weak hands out to get a nice payday
Let the fire burn for a bit longer then the market is irrational after all.
6100  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Favorite presidential candidate on: January 16, 2016, 10:29:23 AM
Taking a poll of BitcoinTalk because I'm curious who the forum's favorite candidate is (If you aren't American still feel free to take part)

In 2012 I voted for Gary Johnson, I'll also be voting for him again this year  Wink

OnTheIssues links:

Gary Johnson
Rand Paul
Ted Cruz
Donald Trump
Hillary Clinton
Bernie Sanders

Even I had to vote in Donald Trump for my favorite canidate
It's entertaining to watch and you need to see what happens next.
At least its better than the fiasco that is the USA in my opinion something foreign injected into the US is a good thing XD
