While I totally agree that not every project should be accepted by bounty managers, there's always some "guy" who will take it just because he has nothing better to do. Over the past 3 years, I've declined tons of shit projects because they smelled of old fish from the start. Then again, I accepted very good projects that turned out to be bad in the end (team dissapears, or they refuse to pay out the bounty to hunters, etc..).
In the end, it's every hunters choice if he wants to take the risk and participate.
Just to add to the points you've established here, just as OP is suggesting that bounty managers should be held responsible fof certain failures in the project they managed, I think the same measures have to be applied to the bounty hunters who promoted the projects if it is discovered that they're investors who lost their financial assets to such projects. In the end bounty hunters are not so different from the managers after because they largest of the hunters don't give a shit if they project turns out to be failed one, in as much as they're able to get paid and rid off the tokens for any amount possible, it's always the investors that ends up being the victims.

The season is already over as far as the Warriors are concerned, there's just 20 games left on the regular season and Warriors are at least 16 behind teams contending for the eight spot, mathematically it still possible but, as far as logical reasoning in concerned, it's far beyond reach. Of course, he's return would be very important and we'll get to still how Wiggins would fit beside him and we could catch a glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming season.

is it possible for altcoins to grow (altcoin season) without Bitcoin? I'm not talking about pumps like if a coin get burned off it's max supply or if listed on binance and other top exchanges, I'm talking about every altcoins surging on their own without Bitcoin taking the first step... Share your thoughts, I would love to hear you out
It is possible for a few altcoins to make their own surge without the Bitcoin being in an upward as well, However, for all altcoins in general to make a huge surge altogether, they will need a similar surge if not more from something that they all have in common, which is Bitcoin.

My for today will be on Charlotte Hornets vs Denver Nuggets, I believe Nuggets will be looking to bounce back from their 16 points embarrassing defeat to Warriors, no injuries concerns for the Nuggets, as per rotoworld.
My Pick:
Denver Nuggets -6.5

Boston Celtics win 112-106 Oklahoma City Thunder win 114-107 Grizzlies win 118-79 Just one more. Please Pelicans. Just give me this win. To equal all my loss. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Oh, man! The game is headed for OT, I really wish you'd win this... This is the sort of game you'd wish you had taken the slightest handicap available "New Orleans Pelicans no handicap (I'll take my chances)" GL Mate! @Harkorede, thank you mate, you give me a win, that was close but a win is a win. Streak is still alive.
It was closer than I could have imagined, I'm glad I didn't take beyond the spread and, Yes! my winning streak is currently at 9 (tied with morvilz7z streak), I hope to land a knockout punch later today ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) if you manage to place your parlay then you also benefits from this I had something else for my parlay, but that hit too. Sometimes, you just seem to be too good or lucky to lose a bet, but that's gambling!

Should I now sign up to twitter for those kind of updates? I mean, I have really no idea about that. Not necessarily, you should get as much information on Rotoworld too. Edit: Looks like Tatum (Probable) could somehow play tonight, but Brown (Out), Hayward (Out), Green (Probable) and Walker (Out) all set to hit the sidelines. 1, 2, Tatum chances of playing probably explains why Celtics are now -4.5 favorites. 1. https://mobile.twitter.com/JaredWeissNBA/status/12352634871249510402. https://www.rotoworld.com/basketball/nba/teams/bos/boston-celtics
As for my pick for today, I'm going in on Detroit Pistons vs OKC Thunder tonight, OKC are going in to today's game having lost back to back games against two of the best teams in the NBA Bucks and Clippers, They'll be looking to take the best advantage of an injury infested Piston's team. So they've gotten my my nod to win and cover the -6.5 spread My Pick OKC -6.5

I bought more Litecoin at $61 a few weeks ago, then watched its price rise to the low 80s.
Then everyone started shitting themselves over this Corona Virus bullshit, so the price retreated to $60 again. If I'd been able to predict the future I'd have sold at $80 and bought back in at $60, but I didn't.
So I lost some profits. Farq.
These things happens, you can always have it figured out, neither will every coin you buy end up as a profit for you, It's okay for you to consider it a lost simply because you could have increased your holdings, but you couldn't have known that the $80 would be it's peak for the price retreated back to $60. It's best you keep your holdings ahead of the next increase and don't be in a haste to sell to avoid selling it cheaply.

Boston Celtics -3.5 Oklahoma City Thunder -6.5 Memphis Grizzlies no handicap New Orleans Pelicans no handicap (I'll take my chances) 24.47 total odds. Hmm. Please give me a little luck guys. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I like your picks except for the Celtics, I wouldn't trust them against Cavaliers for tomorrow's game, for what it's worth Tatum is still out, Jaylen Brown injured, Kemba would be rested, Hayward and there's also a huge chance of Marcus Smart getting suspended, leaving Theis has the only regular starter, the rotation is quite to heavy to be overlooked in my opinion. The line has also by the way reduced -1.5 still in favor of the Celtics, though. Here's also a tweet from another source ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FlUr3ciS.png&t=663&c=WCFEha7RwvI2aQ)

I would say Eth it's not so different as Bitcoin but still very different than a fiat currency and more decentralized.
It's other way round, Bitcoin is completely different from Ethereum, and Bitcoin is everything Ethereum can not be, Bitcoin doesn't have a sole dictator in its affair, which makes it more decentralized, However, Ethereum will always see Vitalik Buterin calling certain decision making shots, which makes it more of a centralized entity as suggested by the author of the article.

I just checked your profile, it's quite weird to find out that you registered 3 days ago, just a few minutes after this account you posted with was registered, and then you got 6 merits yesterday after which your account got banned (nuked, since all your post were deleted).
The most likely scenario here is plagiarism which highly frowned upon, because ban evasion usually don't result in nuking of account, AFAIK, I could be wrong though. You'll need to wait for a moderator to chime in or whoever it is that reported you, they'll have better information about what really happened.

I'm going with Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors for my pick today, Toronto Raptors are definitely due for a win which I think would happen tonight, both teams are coming from 3 consecutive losses each, but Raptors would be the more aggressive team, so I'm going with them to cover -3.5 spread
My Pick:
Raptors -3.5
PS: I'm also taking this pick together with @Stadus and @Sanitough picks for a parlay.
GL to everyone!

Hello everyone,
I was looking into the divisibility of a few cryptocurrencies and found no information on whether USDT has a smallest sub-unit.
Is it possible to send someone $0.01 USDT? What about $0.001 USDT? Does it depend on the blockchain?
Any information would be appreciated.
There is no specific sub unit for USDT, but you can regard to it as the US $ since that's its pegged value, so it's only logical to presume it's smallest subunit is the Cent. And yes, it is possible to send 0.01 or 0.001 USDT or their equivalent in USD (which would almost be the same value because it's stable coin). If you're trying to deposit/withdraw from an exchange, be sure to check the minimum deposit/withdraw allowed, some exchange restrict USDT transactions to round figures.

Indiana Pacers -2.5
Still on the roll mate, wow, you are in 7 winning streak now? PICK : BLAZERS +7 and ml.
Finally I got an easy one, it's an easy win for win and I hope to follow Harkorede win streak too. Thanks for tailing, you got more wins than mine. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yes, that's right, I've got 7 in a row now. The Blazers had it pretty easy from the very beginning and I knew they sure weren't going to screw that up, The Spurs vs Pacers was quite an interesting game with scores switching between both sides in almost every quarter, both team at some point each had a double digits leaf in the first quarter, and It was looking all good for Pacers at the half, but Spurs bounced back and took the lead in the 4th Quarter, Myles Turner and Sabonnis were highly instrumental for the Pacers to turn the game around.

If Bayern Munich wins all there Games they win the League ! I realy hope they lose one game so other Teams have the chance to do it ,but this means they also have to win there games. But it looks like that Bayern will do it again , sadly !
It is not really much about Bayern Munich dropping points than it's about Leipzig getting as many points as they possibly, If you look at the fixtures you'd see that Bayern actually have tougher upcoming games as compared to Leipzig. They've still got Dortmund, Leverkusen, Monchengladbach and Wolfsburg all of which are going to be tough games. I can assure you that Bayern are definitely still going to lose points, it's now up to Leipzig if they can advantage of that and not lose further points.

What will be happening right now if Coronavirus never took place to drag down cryto market due to economic affection? Still down thread or bullrun will still be kicking
I'm not sure that the Corona virus outbreak is the cause of the current state of the crypto market, we saw all the market rally mid last year but it never lasted for too long as there another dip which followed before there was ever a case of Corona virus. Of course the virus does have an effect but the market situation isn't a total reflection of the outbreak.

- A high increase of costs (hiring compliance officers, KYC officers, personel to handle GDPR requests etc.)
They could easily add that to their cost of operations, but as you stated that "Most of their 'customers' likely play with low volumes" which could lead to losses on an average for them, they could well increase their least deposit to at least assume the possibilities of a user making only one deposit before they stop using their platform. - They would need to (highly) improve their backend and storage capacities - They are responsible for all personal information they store. Being a large source of KYC information could attract attackers. There are numerous examples where KYC data was stolen.
These situations are inevitable for as long as they are in operation, it's only matter of time before it's needed of the. It should be a part of their obligations. - Most of their 'customers' likely play with low volumes, making KYC/AML non-mandatory.
Fair for one, should be fair for all, or vice versa, I'd say. Are you referring to this thread as the basis for what you are saying? If so, I believe you are misrepresenting what happened. For me, it is more about the amount of threads you see flying are around with only one thing in common, KYC after winning big, Of course some of them are players fault, mostly as it is and some also get resolved (paid out full or refunded) eventually. However, getting a better solution to these issues wouldn't be a terrible idea. If you are going to transact with a reputable company in large amounts, you are going to have to complete KYC, or else governments will eventually shut down the company when it becomes associated with money laundering. There really isn’t any way around this. I don’t like it, but it is reality.
As a gambling platform you can easily prove that you're not involved in money laundering for paying out winnings, even if it's big amount. However, you can't say the same for allowing a huge deposit without knowing the source of it being legitimate.
