6081  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 24, 2022, 10:25:22 PM

For starters, why claim to be a "no-KYC" casino when you can actually request KYC verification from any player at any time? Second, who gives you the legal right to collect any user personal information? What is your company? Where are you registered? Which jurisdiction?

If you feel the questions have already been answered, please direct me to the post in which they were discussed. I would really appreciate it.
^ I also wanted to know regarding this matter, it is very important if OP gives these details so that users of this gambling casino will lessen their doubt regarding the KYC. Because it will probably be possible a loophole when they saw a NO-KYC but when they withdraw it will ask KYC, it seems very frustrating if that will be on my side. Op just answer this question publicly so that you will know if your gambling casino is worth entrusting our fund not to become a scam.
Finding answers wont really be that hard as OP had already mentioned about KYC.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5414541.msg60994403#msg60994403

Just like the rest of the current gambling platforms nowadays does have this kind of similar terms which they could ask out potentially for verification or KYC
if they do saw something fishy.
If at all there is KYC at whatever time and for whatever reason then the casino should not have used the term NO KYC on their title because that will confuse some players who may think that the casino is a KYC free and will not take the time to read the T&C thereby making deposits and when KYC is demanded at whatever time they will raise questions as to why the casino us asking for KYC. So to make it simple, there is no need to write no KYC on the title of this thread since the site can request it at whatever time.
6082  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much do you care when you wear a commercial Signature? on: September 24, 2022, 08:52:08 AM
It's a necessity to do some research on projects before wearing their signature but what if the project is a Ponzi but the payment is good enough? When it comes to money people won't care about what they are promoting, they will promote the project and take their money.
The truth as I have said in my earlier comment is, knowing the services your employees render to the public is of utmost importance and the responsibility is placed on you as a signatures promoter to make adequate findings about the company and follow up with their feedback and development,  as a signature promoter your reputation is at stake here on the forum and if the company do any wrong thing your reputation will also be placed at risk if you keep promoting them after knowing their activities as a scam.

6084  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much do you care when you wear a commercial Signature? on: September 23, 2022, 09:37:06 PM
I care a lot about the reputation of the signature am wearing even though I don't accept responsibility for their actions, but am in constant contact with the ANN thread here, and the moment I see that the project has deviated from its original intention and has exhibited shady behavior I will not hesitate to end my cooperation with them. Because if I keep wearing their signature innocent users may be tempted into clicking my signature and if they get scammed in the process then I have contributed to that incident.
6085  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to buy bitcoin on: September 23, 2022, 07:16:29 PM
With a 50k initial capital to buy Bitcoin, you are advised to start by purchasing a cold wallet that gives you total control of your wallet and funds. Am sure with an amount such as this you will want to lock it somewhere for long-term sake so am suggesting strictly you get your cold wallet before buying your first Bitcoin.
6086  Other / Archival / Re: Don't worry, bitcoin is cyclical on: September 23, 2022, 07:03:29 PM
The fact that we can buy at a low price at the moment is a great source of relief to most investors who have been waiting for Bitcoin prices to drop below $20,000 to starch more. At the moment the most comfortable people are Bitcoin holders as they are not worried about the price and are rather focused on their long-term Bitcoin goal. Quite a good number of bitcoinaires are busily starching more Bitcoin and the weak hand is busy selling that is the way it is, even with every cycle some are selling but the smart one starch more at every opportunity.
6087  Other / Meta / Re: [CHARTS] Brief monthly overview of the local boards activity on: September 23, 2022, 09:17:14 AM
Just to remind the Communities marked with * (Pakistan, Nigerian, Bangladesh) don't have their local boards as of yet, with the hope that changes soon.
Thanks for this comment as a source of motivation for the push to get a local board for those mentioned local communities as our presence is becoming prominent in this forum and the need to have a dedicated local board, for local discussions. Am cool with coming 4th on the list of active members in the Nigerian local thread.
6088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top mistakes of newbies in crypto on: September 22, 2022, 10:58:03 PM
the real wealth in crypto is made only by founders or holders , not by traders. even if you trade for rest of your life , you will never outperform the guy who bought bitcoin and Ethereum 5 years ago. analyze the data and don't be greedy. long term matters.
I do agree with your other point, that you need a certain amount of starting capital to make trading work, but ultimately to benefit from holding in the medium to long term, you'll also need a decent starting capital. Obviously, this entirely depends on your goals, and what return you're expecting on your investment in the first place.
In both cases it requires some good capital to survive and enter the market with a good position, let's say even if you are a long-term Bitcoin holder and do not enter the market with good capital even if you wait for a decade your return on investment will not exceed the amount of your capital no matter what Bitcoin price may be, same goes with trading the only thing is that trading have higher risk but can also give higher returns but holding have limited risk compared to trading but your profits will only come as a result of market uptrend condition when you hold.
6089  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 WINZ.IO 🚀 WELCOME BONUS: 300 FREE SPINS 🎁 $50K MINING ADVENTURE ⛰️ on: September 22, 2022, 10:45:30 PM
Winz.io is one of the casino site I like. The only thing I do not like about the casino is that, the sign up bonuses promise by the site has not been given. like "join now and get 300 free spins". Welcome bonus attract players to a casino site more than others in the digital casino space. Though the site is nice, it is well graphically design, and there
Have you hard personal experience with the casino bonuses system, and are you a registered member of winz casino already?
I guess you should try to register on winz and try claiming the welcome bonus and if it doesn't work then you can share your experience here with screenshot evidence if you wish, I have also read some complaints from other members of this forum about the casino bonuses and how the T&C does not cover everything and issues of KYC this and many more will need to be reviewed by other members to ascertain their authenticity. Winz has been around the forum for a while now and I must say it will be in the casino's best interest to keep on maintaining the high standard and reputation there have built over the time their spent on this forum and try to come out clean as possible.
6090  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning From Trading Without Any Professional Knowledge on: September 22, 2022, 10:27:58 PM
I do want to know if it's possible for a starter to gainfully earn from Crypto trading without having to go through a professional training.
It is not possible. Crypto trading is like gambling and there's no way you will win the game if you don't understand the game rules.
You can still make a profit though if you have fundamental knowledge about crypto trading but you need to do it with consciousness for we're in bear market season.
Dude aren't you combine Trading and gambling together!? Gambling is totally dependent on luck and while trading, there is a matter of analysis. And in gambling if you loss the bet you will lost the fund at once on the others hand in trading the loss depends on the market.  But I am agree with that some fundamental knowledge can bring some profit but even then it is still risky So it will be better to earn knowledge about analysis and reading chart then go for trading otherwise you may have to face loss.
You guys are both right, because there is some level of risk and luck in both gambling and trading, and this similar characteristic is what makes both of them fall into the same category as (highly risky practice) the only difference is that one can just roll a lucky number in some gambling games like dice and get lucky to win, but same can not be said with trading as one needs to have skills to analyze and open the right trading position even though you can get lucky to predict the direction the trade will go, you still need to have open the right leverage and positions.

Without much I do, I suggest you lock this thread and post your feeds back on duelbit casino on their ANN thread. Live casino games can also differ from each other in terms of bonus and the house edge, and their sites that pay more attention to some specific kind of games we have some such casinos around the forum to choose from, and try your luck on them to have a different experience from what you hard on duelbits. Live casino and blackjack fun etc, offer specific special games.

6094  Economy / Gambling / Re: chinese bookmakers with tf gaming platform NO KYC on: September 20, 2022, 08:17:59 PM
It's not all about receiving lots of phishing/spam emails or sms.
Worst case is your name is being used in any criminal act such as swindling or estafa, or simply identity thief. Since most of these leaked information are the one that is needed to apply in different agencies/stores/etc. which include your name, IDs, address, birthday, phone number, etc. These criminal acts can be applying a loan (this is common) in both private and government agencies, use your driver's license info and get road offense (there are incidents like this too), you can be a victim of sms cloning using your info, then getting robbed again, and many more possible cases which will end up destroying your reputation.

It will be too late the time you discover that your name is used and labeled as criminal in the investigation bureau. And this will bring someone's life in misery, possible will end up being in debt. This cost you more than anything than those amount that got hacked from your exchange or casino balance's account.
All I could think about how KYC is very dangerous is that hackers can provide the data for other attackers in a way they can physically rob the victim. This is very possible which might even be happening. Another is the phishing attack which is very common. Another is the selling of the data which can be used in what you are talking about above. But as for this to lead to a case that the innocent person to be seen as a criminal of the offense he did not commit is what I do not know much about as I haven't heard about such cases before, but better to protect oneself from this kind of attack. But how? Most people are doing KYC. 90% or more people are doing KYC, only a few people are not.
But then even though there is possible misrepresentation if the data supplied for KYC get into the wrong hands, the remain that if your data is used to scam another person there will still be other evidence that can vindicate you as a victim of identity theft. I know the issue of KYC is not all that advisable due to the many disadvantages of giving your data to a third party even though cryptocurrency gave us some level of privacy but because of law enforcement, we are asked to go through KYC before accessing some features on some platforms. But if one can have a bookmaker that does not require KYC it will be better and less risky to use such decentralized and none KYC sites.
6095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Opened another business were I accept Bitcoin on: September 20, 2022, 05:08:45 PM

It's good having a business in a region where the economy isn't working. Your doing yourself and the people a favour. Unfortunately, bitcoin might not be an acceptable currency in the region and having you to accept them, I hope it won't bring you some admiration from government officials.

It is a huge step to be accepting bitcoin directly as, its got issues with confirmation time and fees not to mention the rates and you too still get to charge for the transaction. That seems so much to bear in just a single withdrawal and not a purchase.
Although, it is an offering of a needed service right.

You just use the card in your dealings.
In that case, making a business certainly will never grow but if it fails, he'd rather accept fiat instead.
Running a business should be planned so well, likely accepting Bitcoin in a place where it was illegal and no users, you can imagine who gonna buy you stuff with Bitcoin - of course, nothing.

I think OP must have reviewed the place where he runs a business accepting Bitcoin. If that is only an option while still accepting fiat, that is still fine.
From my analysis of the potential of having a Bitcoin in this kind of business, I have discovered that even though Bitcoin may not be widely accepted in that region but serve as an alternative to those who believe and know about Bitcoin and if all thing being equal with what ops have stated in his post, I think he stands to make huge profits from the fees he charges on Bitcoin transactions since he charges higher fees for Bitcoin pos withdrawal even though the transaction is done traditionally without using a blockchain payment system and sender bears the sending fee on the blockchain. The only setback for this kind of business is patronage, if there is high customers demand for bitcoin he will make huge profits but if the turn-up is low it can be discouraging for ops.
6096  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: September 20, 2022, 04:56:18 PM

ı cant withdraw money are they scammer?
Yes they are scammer coz you can't withdraw your money Grin
I don't understand why you keep commenting against the consensus without any evidence . Maybe you have some kind of problem or you are using wrong method to withdraw.  So you cannot withdraw your money.  So you can't make negative comments against someone without any proof.  So it should be mentioned here what kind of problem you are facing while withdrawing your funds so that if you are trying in some wrong way then everyone can help you.
this isnt negative comment ı just ask a question. What's happening to you? after pay me you writing here
Lol i am not part of the project team so i can't pay you by any way. you have make a withdrawal request around 4 days ago. i think if you haven’t any problem with your account and if you use legal way to withdraw your money then already your withdraw has been successful and you have received your payment .or if you use a wrong wallet then you can lost your payment . can you post your withdraw history screenshot? where we can see your withdrawal successful or still pending or cancel
The thing is, if the user has placed a withdrawal request and there is a delay then the support wound have sent him an email specifying the reason for his withdrawal delay and if there is a need for him to update any information he will be asked for it and if something is wrong with the account the user should have gotten a response from the casino by now. But from what the user sense is posting it has no substantial evidence to back up any of his claims and that is what most users that are commenting on this issue are asking, just provide more evidence that you have a pending withdrawal that has been delayed for days.
6097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat Banks Conspiracy Against Customers. Bitcoin is the Best Option on: September 20, 2022, 02:43:24 PM
This is what I love about the bitcoin space, because here I don't find the same thing as what we experienced when we came to Bank. Things like this are what we need, simple, don't waste a lot of time in the transaction process, and we don't even need to move from our seats.
I've had things like the OP's experience so many times, I don't even do anything in an emergency. This is detrimental to us, in addition to wasting time, our energy is also wasted. What used to be able to do something more important, it must be wasted time on useless things.
Bitcoin have provided us with better alternative to fiat currency and at that since the global cashless society began amidst the global warning and high inflation rate, POS as a digital agent have become so relevant and have provided urgent financial services and lately I have read about one that accept Bitcoin in exchange to local Nigeria currency and this is a great move and financial transactions are becoming more simple and easy to do lately as technology keep advancing a lot of alternative to banks are coming up.

6099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More details of bitcoin address on: September 19, 2022, 07:41:25 PM
looking at blockexplorer details

that address only received ~0.23btc via 3 spamaller payments
in the form of 3 amounts coming from 3 exchange hotwallets
in the amounts of
0.10394017
0.02361490
0.10020000

no where near 18btc

With a total 0.23BTC received by the address, which translates into $4,440 as at today Bitcoin price and ops already mentioned he was scammed of $3,000 and a total of 18BTC in total scam. Even though there is irregularities in the figures supplied by ops, We can't tell if the scam was as a result of exchange hack or through other p2p transaction or investment site/platform that involves Bitcoin transactions.
6100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Opened another business were I accept Bitcoin on: September 19, 2022, 04:18:13 PM
Many people is making use of POS what is arson I'm some business right now is not accepting bitcoin for any of their business so all these things are not new for the forum because many people has created different kind of similar topic concerning using POS and also using bitcoin for payment of bills in a business so I don't think that is actually a new thing again

It's not a new thing, but what the OP has done has merit because he is contributing as much as he can to the adoption of Bitcoin on a small scale, in his environment. Just because it's not new to the forum doesn't mean it's not good. What I do see is that this happens mainly in less developed countries, mainly Africa. Well, welcome it.
@Poker Player what you have said is the truth, the pos thing accepting Bitcoin is a new thing to me as I have not seen any pos agents that have a Bitcoin logo such as what ops posted on his thread, even though the majority of the population in my location make use of pos for urgent money transaction. Not everyone have knowledge of Bitcoin and can accept it, most people are just ignorant and would only accept the local currency. But ops is accepting Bitcoin even though the transaction time is too long and fees are high I believe if some changes are done in that direction he should be able to sustain the business and become first among pos agents that accept Bitcoin.
