The last development I know is the improvement of their mobile wallet. It has a better look and was way more user friendly than the previous one.

This certainly lessens the risks. Investors do not have to worry about the uncertain things from ICOs like whether the project can actually deliver a working product or if they can even land strategic partnerships.

It is a good recovery I agree but I think it is too early for a bull run.

I just feel bad that many people believe a bull run is in the hands of a government institution like SEC.  

Not necessarily "over" if they can produce an effective product. But I get OP's point on the team buying back some tokens from funds gathered during the ICO then possibly burning them to limit the supply.

Airdrops help promote awareness especially for start up projects and I believe it's the cheapest way.

Not just because of their own platform but because of them changing their policies. They've disappointed a lot of projects and their community because of that.

Don't forget the Ethereum colors in 2017   But to be fair, Blue Protocol which started out as Ethereum Blue is still alive.

They are everywhere aren't they? Scammers and fraudsters tend to level up or "evolve" once they've been busted.

Good observation. I am also wondering on that. It's hard to conclude for now, I think we'll need to observe more if the market can sustain the increase. It's probably just a small pump from upcoming events and recent announcements.

I've also slowed down on trading on exchanges due to the the current market.
I've also moved some of my coins away from centralized exchanges.
Whenever I trade, I use DEX most of the time.

Same opinion on NEM. The team are quite active but I would rather wait and see them recover financially first before thinking of buying their coin. It's just too risky right now.

Those who trade centralized coins like XRP are more into the $$$ and does not really care much about the concept. It is what it is, some are driven by the tech and $$$, while some are merely driven by the $$$.

Exactly! I've seen many threads from these newbie accounts that are trying hard to shill their exchange while trashing other exchanges. It's a poor marketing attempt to be honest and it makes me stay away from even checking their website.

As far as I know, there are more exchanges that is going to support the hardfork.

From my own observation, investors do not really care much what bounty hunters say. In fact, they even find bounty hunters annoying and asked them to be banned.

I support the idea of declaring KYC at the start of the campaign but I think it is a bad idea requiring participants to undergo KYC procedure even before the campaign starts.
