I think you are a bit late on time cause Leicester has already won the title, Tottenham is not a stable team to fight for the title, wake up and be realistic. Its very difficult Leicester to lose the title this year , for me is impossible. Leicester hasnt win the title yet neither does tottenham. Leicester is still leading with 5 points more than tottenham however with still 4 more games to go then this could be very entertaining to see which one would come out as the champions. As an example:
