6101  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of Bitcoin change more than traditional currencies? on: August 25, 2016, 08:19:17 AM
The main reason for such volatility for me is there arent banks or governement control over bitcoin, something fiat has, when the currencie is loosing or getting too many gains against others they readjust it. Bitcoin for other side has some big farmers holding a lot purchase power, and its in the general the people purchase making bitcoin being soo volatil.
Government can't also control Fiat money. Example when they produce more Fiat money the value of that money will be less, thinking because they printed more money does not mean more purchasing power. Avery different approach of btc in were btc can be generated at the same time the value increase.
6102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: August 24, 2016, 08:47:00 AM
Who will be your NBA rookie of the year? I have three contenders for it Ben Simmons , Brandon Ingram, and Kris Dunn. Im guessing Kris Dunn will win in a close fight it depends on how Minnesota will play him. Also look at the summer league performance of him it was a beast.

mine would be denzel valentine or brandon ingram. they got different roles but what we saw was just summer league. it would be a different story if they were to fight in the nba.

Since I'm a Lakers fan, I will go Brandon Ingram. Yes I'm bias, but with the new coach and system and his versitality I think he has a big role in the Lakers line up. Still never underestimate the pass forward Simmons and if he can be consistent on the outside, he will go for the ROY.
You know the Bulls have met with a Dunless Wolves on Finals. So there are no rookie showdown that happened too bad it will be a good match to see. With just 2 ganes Dunn proved to everyone that he must be picked number 1. I hope it translates to the big league.
6103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: August 24, 2016, 05:04:54 AM
I don't think generating a new wallet address can also generate btc too even by some miracle you won''t have btc. The most possible way of having btc randomly is when someone mistakenly put your address instead of the one they are supposed to send, because of a typo error.
6104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 24, 2016, 03:39:30 AM
No safe methods friends even the people who do arbitrage gambling also give loss after some bets. The only safe way to bet is bet small and only what you can afford to loose, never bet what you need to pay for or money you really don't want to risk.

Yeah, it is actually in the gambling no secure method. Because gambling has always been in the risk and any risk certainly needs a way to minimize. So gambling there are only methods to minimize risk is not to minimize the defeat
Yes you can certainly minimize risk but you couldn't say it is a safe method. Safe method means you have an assurance of not losing your money. Safe method mean 0% loss I can't think of anything related to gambling with a 100% win rate if there is it is not called gambling.

6106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 23, 2016, 08:56:50 AM
Bitcoin won't disappear bro as they are regulated by blockchain, also btc won't be a scam the proof is many businesses accept bitcoin as mode of payment e.g. Steam (You can buy games or dlcs with btcs). Btc won't disappear but the biggest possibility is price drop. A big drop in value in which btc is no longer an option similar to disappearing.

No. this is also hard for bitcoin to drop price like that. price may drop and up little bit but not so much.
as you said a lot of sites, marketplaces, altcoins, gamblers, investors and lots of individual depending on bitcoin now, so there is no any possibility for bitcoin to be disappear in future,
It is a matter of supply and demand. If you are thinking a massive drop is not possible for bitcoin think again. BTC price has reach $1000 dollar mark but look at the price now? Isn't it counted as a massive drop already?
6107  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin? on: August 23, 2016, 08:47:12 AM
It's better to think on how to prevent it from happening then how I would react if that really happen. I guess first I need to stay away from hyips because in any moment it has a chance to fly away, second is gambling I don't want to test my luck because I don't want to lose all my btc in one night.
6108  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 23, 2016, 02:25:48 AM
Almost the same topic as giving 1 btc and what will you do with it. However it is 10 BTC, it is worth now 5834 dollars. There are 2 options I can think off have a business with it or invest it, but not invest directly, Maybe ill still go with investing it in stocks. But I will still wait for the value of BTC to rise before converting it to FIAT.
6109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 06:02:09 PM
People who hate bitcoin are crazy people.
That is not the reason why they are hating bitcoin.. and i think they are just luck of knowledge about bitcoin thats why they are hating and ignore the uses of bitcoin.. but if bitcoin will be more popular and more countries and stores are accepting bitcoin they will change their mind.

People don't hate bitcoin, but the gorvernment officials hate bitcoin, especially Chinese officials, they defamed bitcoin is a ponzi scam, how retarded they are.
Not all governments actually hate them. Some governments actually love them since it's a new way for them or something else to put tax on.
Some governments however recognizes bitcoins as currency in itself and some just don't care.

A new way that could come in handy in future times. That is what I think of bitcoin. Even though a lot of bad reputation have been thrown it cannot be taken down just like that. Yes there are countries that are using it now and those countries are seeing how will it end up in the future.
I like to correct you with what you have said. There are no countries that use bitcoin but there are people who use it. Try searching bitcoin's legality per country you will see some of the countries are not in favor of btc. Maybe if they found a way to tax btc then they will allow a 2nd currency in their country.
6110  Other / Off-topic / Re: What % of your Assets is Bitcoin? on: August 22, 2016, 06:28:16 AM
I must say BTC is my 3rd biggest asset. As I am still a student I try focusing on investing my money gathered from my allowance and also the btc I earned from faucets and sig campaigns. I am aiming to increasing the money I get online as no way I am getting an allowance increase. I always want to say save money for the future.

6112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 22, 2016, 05:39:42 AM
I`m surprised with all this comments!!! There is so many smart, stupid, funny, crazy, sad, ugly comments. Why this thread is still open for new comments, and more bullshit?
Roughly there is 100 same comments of each suggestion, and each suggestion have couple confirmations. I wonder did OP read his thread until the end? And did he quit gambling finally?
He need to tell us what happened in the end with his life and to lock this thread if its possible. There is no more place for any new suggestion as I can see.
I'm amazed that you have patiently estimated how many post are similar, so you have the guts to read all the comments from page 1 to page 183. That is the problem when the one who posted this thread did not lock or delete it. However there is still a possibility that the issue is not solve. And most members don't back read a lot that's why they keep coming up with the same suggestions.

If there is safe methods of gambling, nobody will tell you. If we all know the trick, there will be no casinos.
A trick of this kind may not exist as no secrets can be secrets forever. If there is a casino will quicklu change there system without you knowing it, as casinos won't allow to lose in any given night, they always want you to think that you know the system but you slowly are losing.
6115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18? on: August 18, 2016, 10:43:06 PM
I'm actually 14 years old (15 in two weeks  Cheesy) and i gamble and trade a lot.
Bitcoin is a great way to gamble and trade without being 18.
I don't understand why we should be 18 to gamble, it's my money. I know that it can be dangerous but it's the same if you're 18 or not.

I've lost more than i have won but i had fun so it was worth it  Wink

Now i stopped gambling because I know that in the long-term we always lose; i've started trading because it's easy with bitcoin and it's something i really like (and if i can win money it's even better!)
So yeah, -18 do gamble but does it matters ?
You already have answered yourself bro. What do you think will happen when kids lose all their allowances where do you think they will get the money to gamble again, probably steal money. Its like you must focuse more on studying besides gambling. I know its fun but you arensoon to be a 15 year old computer games are still fun.

It's not because there -18 that they will steal, +18 also steal money. Gambling is like a game (at 15 you have a lot of time to play) and i do study a lot.
Yes that is what I have said. You can play  other things besides betting with your money, because when you are old enough you will understand how hard it is to earn money. You are still young so you are still not reaching that self-actualization stage. You will reakize it one day don't worry.

6117  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2016, 10:45:16 AM
I don't think bitcoin is gender specific bro, maybe you are just talking to the wrong person/woman. You don't expect someone who does not know anything about cryptocurrency to know about bitcoin. But when I always put BTC into the conversation they said they always heard it from someone. I think it is a good start to know if she is interested in the topic.
true, it should be gender is not a reason for someone to use bitcoin. men and women have the same opportunities and motivation.
which distinguishes only aim shared, respectively.
What I also mean is woman has some equal opportunities as men do. Look ate woman who thrive in multi-level marketing companies they became millionaires because they are dedicated with their work.  Well honestly for me too I wasn't aware of bitcoin till March 2016. Better late than never xD
6118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 18, 2016, 10:33:54 AM
I strongly recommend invest instead of gambling. Many people got broke due to gamble, therefore if we can invest in house, we will earn money in the long term.
Invest in which house? in where? do you give this guarantee that if we invest our money we will get 100% profit with our invested money? I don't think so anyone can give guarantee for investment, instead of the owners of the ponzi sites, who gives fake guarantees which never come true..
I don't like gambling. but as the today's situation of investment and 90% of fake, ponzi sites who's main agenda and aim is only and only to steal peoples money and run away. I honestly feel gambling is much better than investment..
in gambling you can at least loose your money infront of you own eyes. and with your own hands. or may be you win double if luck help you.

but in investment you'll never know where you  money gone.

Investing directly into BTC is also gambling to. You don't know when the site will go down and when will they run away. Also its far more worst then gambling becauae the oayment you are receiving are from other users too also when its not enough you will encourage other people to be your referral.
