6141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Done Buying Cryptocoins? I AM. on: April 17, 2019, 06:31:55 PM
So far i am on number 1 but yet if the price down to bottom then i might consider buying again(though i guess we have reached bottom right)
Something to consider in number 2 also, but whatever still the volatility will tell what to ddo in futue
No one knows on the future thats why knowing on where the bottom would always be questionable on our minds and its too hard to predict yet the price can
dump out anytime and would break out our expectations that we are already on the bottom. This is why this crypto investment is really very risky if you dont know
how to utilize these price movements.

6143  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-16] India’s Best-Funded Bitcoin Exchange is Running Low on Cash on: April 16, 2019, 05:27:18 PM
I've never heard of this exchange before, but after doing some googling I can see that it is indeed one of the largest Indian cryptocurrency exchange platforms. (Even Andreas M. Antonopoulos is following them on twitter). It is strange, then, that Unocoin is not listed on CoinMarketCap. Does anyone know why? From what I know, they accept only Indian Rupee. Can it be the reason for not being listed on CMC?
Maybe, since it do only accepts Indian Rupees and not having any USD option then that might be a reason. This is also my first encounter on hearing out this
exchange and it is indeed a popular one but im not really surprised that they do face up such problem yet we know that Crypto is banned on India. Why they have pursued to continue such venture?
6144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC Requirement for Bounty Managers before they require KYC to bounty hunters. on: April 16, 2019, 04:47:16 PM
I feel like it's not fair for bounty hunters to submit KYC when joining bounty campaigns because we are not an investor. We will never be involved with any anti money laundering because we don't invest with money but with TIME and Effort instead. Personally I'm NOT very comfortable submitting my ID's for the simple reason that these are startup companies and we don't even know if they can be trusted.
KYC for Bounty manager? Why? They arent tied up with the project most of the time and most of them are just being hired so i dont get the point
why would they needed to sent up some documentations too.Even the manager of said bounty is part of their time, we cant still assure that they would able to comply.
6145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Public sale or pre ICO? can't decide on: April 16, 2019, 12:17:38 PM
I am looking to invest some money on ICO. Now, I know I'm not going to go in on private sale as that is for private investors. Debating over to get whitelisted for pre-ICO sale or just wait for the public sale...

I did read the whitepaper of course and did not find anything about lock-in period which is definitely a thing to consider or at least for me.

If any of you guys find some time to look into a project called FAIREUM, I would love to know your thoughts on this. I must admit I am more drawn to investing in a project that deals with gambling as gambling is HUGE everywhere and if I can bag a few bucks using a platform made for gambling I'm definitely going in. I tend to go for a project that shows a greater chance of succeeding.

I would really really appreciate some advice. I will be the one to decide at the end of the day but other peoples thought can be a guide.
PRE-ICO would be the best time but the question is on how you do trust up projects potential? You can buy out on having discounts rather waiting for yourself to puchase
on public sale.
They are different but as an investor you do have the chance on earning profits rather than for those people who do bought higher on ICO price, but?

The question is, would these tokens would able to hit up exchangers? If not, then no matter which time you do purchase it would be still a sure loss for you.
6146  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price should be $14,000 - Tom Lee on: April 14, 2019, 04:39:12 PM
that bitcoin might attain $14,000 this year hehehehe.

Not a reliable thing for you to expect on anytime. These popular people has nothing to do with the price, they might able to create some speculation or buzz
but not literally the price would follow. These numbers are quite realistic compared to those people who do predict for 50k or even more higher. $14k is attainable for this year but
wont really be that easy for sure.
6147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Phishing myetherwallet site on: April 14, 2019, 04:00:56 PM
Can you give more details? In particular what I would like to know is how and why were you redirected? Did you visit any insecure site? These redirectons should not happen unless your computer is infected with viruses or you visit some scam websites. Were you using the latest version of the browser and what browser you were using?
ok I tell you more about my experience,
at first I was opening the Etherscan site (https://etherscan.io/) then when I entered my wallet address and I pressed the search button, I was directed to the phishing address.
there seems to be an invisible pop up blocking the search button so that when I press the button I am directed to enter the phishing address they made.
for information, I use the latest version of Google Chrome.
You sure you have used that etherscan website? Or you just end up with another fake etherscan? Tried to search there are no other fake sites with etherscan so this incident is
really weird. If theres a hidden pop-up when you do press out search then most likely your pc do have some sort of malware.Try to have some pc scan on your AV.
6148  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: April 13, 2019, 07:43:35 PM
I fully admit that states will enter their centralized national cryptocurrency as one of the types of cashless payments. Cryptocurrency has many advantages over conventional currency, but it also has its drawbacks. To complement each other's capabilities, the release of a national cryptocurrency is quite possible. In many ways, the fate of such cryptocurrencies will depend on how the decentralized cryptocurrency will continue to develop, how much people will be interested in it.
Drawbacks of crypto would really be the main reason why isnt still fully adopted yet most people would still prefer their traditional fiat note on where

if it would decide to go fully cashless then its really possible for a certain country to do such thing. Crypto would just remain as an alternative and come to think
that it would replace fiat wont happen even on my own dreams.
6149  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying goods or services using crypto on: April 13, 2019, 06:28:52 PM
Why not make your Bitcoin work for you by trading in a reputable exchange like Bitmex, Binance, etc. I think it would be nice to do especially if you have a lot of BTC. In my opinion, you could try to buy an automatic cryptocurrency trading bot like Gunbot, that would work for you 24/7. I think it would really be beneficial in the long run.
Im not saying that your advise is bad but relying yourself on a Bot and letting run it for 24/7 without proper setting or even you do have it, wont still
give out a guaranteed profit over time. Anything can bust up thats why relying too much will really potentially lead up to loss.It has never been beneficial
yet this is just automating your trades.
6150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto to Crypto or Crypto to Stablecoin? Which trading pair is profit efficient on: April 13, 2019, 05:48:35 PM
I just choose out this on the poll.

It doesn't matter, just trade any pair, profit is profit

Profit is Profit no matter what and it doesnt concern on what strategy you are using as long it do gives out some gains.
6151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the new model of fundrising is IEO on: April 13, 2019, 05:17:19 PM
Indeed, its already guaranted will be listed in exchanger and mostly the price surge after start trade in market. Right now, IEO is more attractive and more profitable than ICOs and many investor trauma with ICOs condition in 2018
it becomes reasonable, as investors still fear if there is fraud in the doing of developers. but the IEO does not cover the possibility of cheating. because manipulation can still be performed by the Exchange. stay cautious, all possibilities are still very possible.
The latest manipulation happened with bittrex IEO and it looks like a lot of people are feeling disappointed with it. When we can remove the possibility to be abused by scammer and the next problem has come from the exchange site itself.
Indeed true and with high probability that these exchangers would really definitely have the chance to manipulate these things on their own just for the benefit of them.
This fundraising system is quite unique compared to ICO yet it do adds up security but it do have corresponding negative things that can be done which will still
lead on losing investors money.
6152  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm from crypto Valley in Zug Switzerland on: April 12, 2019, 08:28:35 PM
How I can profit from them and do problaby money with my location?

Greets

If you have to ask this question in a forum, it says to me you are not ready to be a trader. I'd start by learning as much as I can about bitcoin by watching Youtube videos and reading articles. Also, the same principles traders use with trading bitcoin they use with trading other investments, so you will also want to learn as much as you can about technical analysis. No one here will teach you how to make money, IMO.

He claims himself as a gambler who have lost 30btc and blame the site as a scam without providing any proofs and now he is asking for a way to make money based on his location. I dont quite understand to be honest, but is seems that he has financial problem but he do not know how to solve his problem in the right way.
Thats odd, if he had lost up 30BTC then he do already knows the way on how to make money yet if this is true then losing that 30 bitcoin is just really a total waste of opportunity
and now he do try to recover for sure.
In terms of answering OP question then it would vary on how they do make money, if he do speak his own location then having a local job would do  Grin
6153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Forex Trading is Profitable? on: April 12, 2019, 07:37:22 PM
One of my friends made a great deal of profit from forex trading (GBP-USD pair) during the Brexit referendum. But it is extremely risky, and forex trading is not 100% legal in many of the countries and territories.

I too have friends who are into forex trading for past one year. I have seen them earning from future currencies with GBP/INR. Once in two days, he takes 40% profits out of his investment. Either its a sell or buy move, he takes profits. He takes time to analyze before he buys or sells.
- I also see a lot of people in some of my groups making money through forex, they often post about their achievements in forex and their profits are achieved, profits are really attractive and I also searched for some information about forex. And the result I get is that a lot of people can make money in forex but that's just the early stages, over time profits will turn to loss, only a few people can maintain long term in the field of forex, and with such alarming numbers, forex is probably a field only for professionals and good skills, with people who are too weak in knowledge and experience, not participating will be better
Forex/Stocks market do already exist before this crypto market does.Everything that do engage trading do have corresponding risk the difference of crypto and forex
is about regulation and volatility but overall they are just similar yet these are moving markets. There would really be have some users that can really make money on long term
not on constant but atleast they can retain their positions to be profitable.
6154  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bestmixer or chipmixer? on: April 11, 2019, 06:23:15 PM
So i lose close to 6-7$ Depending on the amount i mix.

With bestmixer i lose less than 4$,and i think anonimity is much better on bestmixer, plus the unique code is really good since it gets me loyalty discounts.
Then stick out with it if you do much prefer on using it but i cant deny that most people here do choose up the older ones which is Chipmixer.
6155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How would you define a good affiliate system? on: April 11, 2019, 01:57:54 PM
If you are an affiliate of a company, crypto business, or businesses

Would you like to have which options?
1) 10% revenue share for lifetime
2) 50% revenue share for 3-6 months

In your own opinion, what would be an appropriate % revenue share and should it be lifetime?

Thanks and regards
The #2 choice is just for short term and the company you are affiliated with doesn't want to be partnered with you for the rest of their operations. That's how they give incentive but don't want to commit long term partnership. I'll choose the #1 choice, 10% isn't really low if you are considering the term for a life time. This is what we actually call, passive income. And this is the actual percentage of affiliate receives.
Lifetime offers is always be the best choice rather than recieving more on a short period of time but as said it would really just depend on a certain company if you do see that they would have the potential to last for a lifetime.I'll accept lifetime incentives with no questions asked but those kind of offers are also once in a lifetime for sure.
6156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to survive on: April 11, 2019, 10:50:25 AM
I hope in the year 2018 you survive because market now is good and if you are one of the survivor you will earn some profit for sure.
Holding is hood but thingking of selling is probably not good.
I believe some have sold their coins or investments because they panic, but those who survive in holding might have a good year this 2019.
The reason behind is that this market started very well, we've seen significant increase and we are staying now at a higher level compared to the lowest last year. We cannot conclude if this year will be a year of bull, but since the signs are good, we can stay optimistic it will happen.
Not for all HODLERs specially to those who bought 6k above. They would still need have that level of patience to wait up for recovery before we can say that they are already surviving by means of
breaking even or profiting. Surviving this crypto investment world would vary on how you do smartly invest and diversify out on possible ways to earn income to sustain yourself.
6157  Economy / Economics / Re: finding investors on: April 10, 2019, 08:54:31 PM
Knowing that, is bitcoin investors still an option?

Test the waters then.

Different people have different preferences.

Who knows there will be interested even on a ratio of 1:10.
You wont really gain anything if you dont try so as said it would really needing some steps for test.
Even on a small ration it would be still considerable rather not on trying at all. Finding investors is really not simple
yet convincing them on the first place would be the biggest challenge.
6158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why IEOs Came Into Existence? on: April 10, 2019, 08:32:16 PM
Have you ever thought of this before?

When I first heard of IEOs from smaller exchanges, I thought they were simply catering to one of the demands of ICO investors which is immediate exchange listing.

Then came the bigger centralized exchanges like Binance, Bittrex, and Kucoin. It somehow made me wonder why would they open up their platform to crowdfunding. Maybe because they also think that the ICO market is dying? If so, then that would mean less new projects. With less new projects, less potential source of income (listing fees).

So in the end, it is still all about the $$$. These exchange are probably afraid of losing one of their major source of income  Grin

What's your take on this?
What would you expect? Exchanges are businesses and as a part of their profit strategy they will really make things goes a little twist and now they are
making ICO to IEO's. This do become the current trend of investing and we have seen on how they do manage it out the good or advantage of these IEO is that they are
being listed on exchangers once they hit up the funding but on the negative side this is really prone to manipulation still.
6159  Economy / Speculation / Re: I SMELL FOMO on: April 10, 2019, 08:08:41 PM
These are not the proper answers honestly, you gave people just three options whereas there is a whole lot more to understand from this increase. First of all we need to observe the increases a bit more to understand what it could be, it could be bull or not but its going to depend on what it will do from now on. If it keeps going up than it means yeah this is a bull, if it goes back down than yeah a dead cat bounce, it all depends on what comes next.

However, if you ask me there should be a "this is a small bull run" option as well, its not a normal bull run where it goes x10 or something but its also not a dead cat bounce neither (that is only few percent usually), so this is neither a full on bull but nothing ordinary neither that is why I like to call it a "small bull" or even "calf" if you will.
I would say that OP doesnt have an idea on whats a Dead cat bounce. This should be fitted or be said when we are heading down to sub 4k price on previous months but not this time.We arent seeing
this price movement behavior thats why its really misleading. We cant really say that this is a bull run but it already showing up some upward movement which we can presume that it is but detecting if its just
an another bull trap is hard.
6160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anti-scam addresses Database on: April 10, 2019, 07:48:10 PM
Does any of you know a website for reporting scammers addresses?

Upon reading this I thought was there such a thing? Isn't it pointless to report scam addresses since you can make another one in just minutes? Website, accounts, groups should be the one to be tagged and not the addresses they use.

It is not pointless at all, it can be useful for future references. Who knows that the scammers decide to use the address again in the future. Having a database may help others to know which addresses has been used to scam people. Some addresses might be connected to other address and some time people do not do check the addresses first. So I think it is a good idea to have such database.
Yeah its helpful for future reference but hackers arent really that dumb for them to use a common address all over and over again. They will surely make use another
address which wont really be listed out on that database. So, people will still think off that its a clean on but without knowing that it is connected with the older or stained address.
