i'm not sure about the last step (install zope interface)...

-first aff all i have founded only the amd64 file.. and i have an intel i7 processor on this windows machine (this could be a problem? i see theese architectures are similar so..)

-Then: i don't understand exactly  where do i have to put  ez-setup.py and zopeinterface.egg files....?

when i run (execute) ez-setup.py, in a directory in my desktop with zopeblabla.egg, then i go on python scripts folder and wha do i do??

i execute easyinstall.exe and than?
do i have to use python shell??

can you explain better this last point?? thanks

1) Just use the amd64 version, unless you use 32 bit windows.
2) Have you just installed the Windows package, not just downloaded the pywallet.py?
That would save you tons of problems by not having to deal with the dependencies.

Code:
Windows:
Download https://github.com/downloads/jackjack-jj/pywallet/PWI_0.0.3.exe (SHA256: 645a4d092733ad6685de730a38b210c6594e44a15690a87a231859477deca316)
Run it
Click about a thousand times on Yes/Next/I Agree/OK
After that, download joric's pywallet.py at https://github.com/joric/pywallet
Throw that inside C:\python27
Make a .bat file, and put:

Code:
C:\Python27\python.exe pywallet.py --dumpwallet --password=FILLYOURPASSWORD
pause

inside. Remember to put your wallet password to replace FILLYOURPASSWORD, and add:
Code:
--datadir=DATADIR
if your wallet.dat isn't at the regular place. Replace DATADIR with the location.

Your wallet should be dumped with JSON format, then you can import it to blockchain.info/wallet (easiest) or Armory and other clients.

Wouldn't it be faster and cheaper for the bitcoin buyers to buy from mtgox directly as you only accept mtgox usd for them?
6163  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: hey all on: March 23, 2012, 01:12:55 AM
I came here to sell a bot I made that buys bitcoins from mtgox at whatever price you put, and will sell them at whatever price you put. Ofcourse this is against mtgox's rules but I am selling a limited number (5) so I dont want to get banned by posting pics (as they can see your accs and how many bitcoins you have in you acc and then use that to ban you) and the bot is browser based using its own browser to do this.

But I am posting so I can get into the market section, as I have never needed to post anything before.

Im happy to be here and hope my expertiese in coding can be of use Wink

lol. Just post a pic with your username censored out if you ain't a scammer.

It is 4 hours and 5 posts, not the other way around.

6166  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Driver versions - what to use and how to change? on: March 22, 2012, 04:28:05 PM
First state your GPU make and model, and your mining program. That'll be easier to discern what to use.
And no, there isn't a post so far, but you can take a look at bitcoin mining wiki to see what people use to achieve their hashing speeds. At least that's what I do for a start Grin

I think the circuit you will have to search for is the "shock" circuit. How much can you charge up a capacitor without stopping the heart... Of course you could just hook participants up to 120VAC.
It's for school. The most power we can pull without freaking people out would have to come from a battery. This experiment must also last at least 5 rounds.
We should have enough 9v's, but nothing more than that.
120VAC was a joke, whoosh. Using 9 volt batteries isn't in itself a measure of safety - stun guns run on 9v batteries.
Heck, those joke lighters and pens that zap you when you try to light them or press their buttons only run on 1.5v batteries. Be careful.
Hey, without the zap how would OP even try to shock people. It's not like touching both the terminals of a 9V ad telling yourself you've been 'shocked' when actually you felt nothing. People are adventurous.  Wink
(Now, rigging a stun gun to the timer chip would make it fun for the players, wouldn't it?  Cheesy)
6170  Economy / Goods / Re: For sale. (10) $100 Amazon E-codes for $90 worth BTC or MtGoxCode each. on: March 22, 2012, 02:58:42 PM
What's wrong with buying them directly on amazon with a credit card?

1) Seller steals credit card.
2) Seller purchases 10x $100 gift codes
3) Seller sells them to you (sucker) for irreversable currency (Bitcoin)
4) Customer reports card stolen.
5) Amazon reverses value of gift code.
6) You reverse Bitcoin transactions ... er wait.

For the record I am not indicating or have any knowledge these codes are stolen just pointing out the risk.

Anyone that thinks they can buy codes on Amazon with a stolen credit card is sadly mistaken. A stolen credit card wont even buy a $1 card.

This is a wrong statement. There is numerous examples (just Google) that would show that stolen credit card can and have been used to buy Amazon GC's. I'm not implying that you are, just correcting a statement here.

I am also looking for a trusted member for escrow. Please reply here if you have a good reputation and are willing to help out. Thanks
I think you can ask Kluge for holding escrow, he has been doing this for free since some time ago.

Alright this is the Sapphire 5830 that I have --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102878

And if it isn't too much of a pain, I'd like to figure out what my XFX 5830 is as well --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150497

Both should be at 1063, unless you have the Xtreme version, which is overclocked by default.
6173  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: maximum number of AMD GPUs on windows? on: March 22, 2012, 02:37:34 PM
Apart from the aforementioned software limitations , you'll run to the problem of having not enough power. How much of a psu and motherboard do you expect to e able to run 8 full fledged gpus?

That is a non-issue.  Dual PSUs and powered extenders solve it easily.  The driver, OS, and BIOS limitations are essentially unsolvable though.
Oops. Missed that completely  Grin

everything else falled.. so i'm tring to get the dump... i tried on a pc but i have difficulties installing .egg file (necessary to pywallet to work) so now i'm tring on debian... i want to install the client and than change the wallet.dat and than run pywallet (in linux seems to run ).........

question: is it possible make the dump on a crypted wallet??

(thank u)
Should be possible on a encrypted wallet. Try joric's fork of the pywallet: https://github.com/joric/pywallet
with the parameters included:
Code:
--password=PASSWORD  password for the encrypted wallet
If you have any problems, try reading the guide at :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=34028.0

Edit:

Did you follow the instructions for the .egg file ?

Code:
3. Untested, proposed by TeaRex: install Zope.Interface from http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs

If this doesn't work, you will have to install the egg file:

 3(32bit). http://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools#downloads to install setuptools
 3(64bit). http://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools#windows to download, then run ez_setup.py

 4. Go to C:\Python27\Scripts

For the last step:

Code:
5. Run easy_install.exe zope.interface-3.6.4-py2.7-win-amd64.egg
you have to run the easy_install.exe with the specific zope.interface for your system. In the example above, a 64 bit version of windows is used.
6176  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the advantage of mining on port 80? on: March 22, 2012, 12:36:27 PM
Sometimes ISP's try to shape traffic and block all other ports. Sometimes you may be blocked by your proxy system.
Port 80 is the general internet traffic port, and thus is almost guaranteed not to be blocked by anyone else.
6177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoinica Inc on: March 22, 2012, 12:31:00 PM
over 1 month now & no news on this, Linode hax prob didn't help I guess, any eta Zhou?

a couple of days ago I finally got out of the nightmare scenario of being trapped in a large high $5s base price long position on Bitcoinica which would have been fine as my ZT price was in the $2s originally & I was happy to wait long term & could have kept it at 1:1 leverage np, until that was he unilaterally decided to start taxing long positions with swap charges, to me this is just Bitcoin wild west no rules rule - I'm waiting to see if his stated registration goes through because once it does I intend to claim back that swap money just removed from my account by changing without notice the conditions under which it was deposited & making my position long term untenable so that I had to close it for a big loss as I believe this sort of action is totally illegitimate in any jurisdiction

anyone else who's suffered because of this pse to let me know & we can coordinate to recuperate this blatant rip off with damages also for overall position loss if it hadn't happened once we were locked in

it's so nice atm to finally be out of that & tomorrow off for a long weekend without having to follow every price movement & the feeling of having trusted way too much money to someone who just makes the rules up to suit themselves as they go along, honestly I was amazed to get anything back out at all in that scenario - never again!

LOL.

Guess you are the sockpuppet account of the meelba guy who also wanted to sue Zhou for some odd reason.

nope

So many people want to sue a 17 year old that it really is amazing. You knew the risk when you deposited your money and when you lose it you all decide to complain Huh

I didn't lose it all, far from it, but I lost enough due to swaps being introduced

Good luck to you and see how far you can get in the courts.

BTC is not "real" money by any means today ...

actually the swaps rip off was in US $ as was my margin deposit & he has adult backers & partners

re the other comment about not having protected myself adequately, I was fine long term to leave a large long position that couldn't be force liquidated until the $2s - ie prob never, but when the rules are changed mid game then that screws it up & sure I was well aware of the risk involved in trusting large sums to an unregistered Internet entity - as I said I conciser myself lucky to have got anything back out in this case once it became obvious what was going on

Why are you posting this story in multiple places..?

We get it..  you got ZT'd
+1

Might be bought with stolen CC's and the GC's will get revoked by Amazon easily afterwards.

Does anyone else know?
0.949
1.088
1.163

I don't want to undervolt/overvolt and blow out my power supply
Can you post a link to he exact model of your sapphire 5830?. Also downloading sapphire trick and pressing reset will change the voltage to the stock voltage too.
