6161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Track and Trace on: April 20, 2019, 07:32:04 AM
Minimizing legal and financial exposure seems the direction that crypto is moving. Companies like Ciphertrace have discovered that more than $760m in crypto was stolen from exchanges so far this year. Do we allow this to happen or do we allow companies to step in to help stop these criminal acts?

Of course we don't want this to happen. Hackers are always one step ahead of the game, sad to say.

I guess exchanges has the 'responsibility" to protect our funds, at least they should be very attentive 24x7x365 and monitor any suspicious activity before any hacker can penetrate their exchanges. Protection should be their number one priority here.
6162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 20, 2019, 07:26:31 AM
The more the number of exchanges that delist BSV, he more it dumps.
This act would have started causing panic in the minds of BSV holdlers, which is also enough to make it to dump. I keep on checking the price and all i have been seeing is plunge in price, despite the growth in the general market.

Are you kidding me? 20% dump, I'm sure every holding is pissing their pants seeing their money going to drain. Anyways, it doesn't have the support of the community so I didn't even bother to put a single penny on this coin.

Eventually, those holders will have no choice but to dump it as more exchanges might delist BSV in the next coming days. So are early as today, don't think twice, dump that shit.
6163  Economy / Speculation / Re: 'Bitcoin will run up to $5,000 by May' on: April 20, 2019, 07:20:42 AM
By May, I expect price to touch $10k. The pace with btc is appreciating, I think we are over the year long bearish phase.  All bitcoin has to do is to break $5400 and then $6k level. After that it will parabolic much like 2017 appreciation. Happy days are head guys.  Cool

Not that fast dude, $10k is achievable but I don't see it hitting by May, I'm thinking around the last quarter of this year.

The price could go as high as $5600 and then we will see some downside again. Unless some news around comes along that will blow the game wide open again. So for me, $6k will be a big barrier, I'm very bullish about bitcoin but I'm still seeing some small pull back along the way before we can see like 5 digits again.
6164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: April 20, 2019, 07:07:39 AM
If they only have oladipo, they could match the Celtics well.

Remember the last season when Oladipo was playing, they had more wins, and if I'm not mistaken, they reach the 2nd round against the Cavaliers and gave them a good series, this time a complete opposite.
Even if they have Oladipo on the Pacers, this is not the same Celtics that fought on the playoffs last year. Irving and Hayward are already healthy and people expect these two guys to lead the Celtics to the Eastern Finals though Hayward have not yet exploded scoring wise.

Yes, but I think the series will be much competitive and closer as what we have seen this year.

V. Oladipo could be a good factor maybe it will be 2-1 or something and it's going to be very difficult to predict the winner. But as you can see, Celtics is already up and could close the show the next game.
6165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Comodities/Currency/as Payment Methode? on: April 20, 2019, 07:02:10 AM
Until now, I was still confused about Bitcoin. Will bitcoin be a commodity like gold later? or will it be a currency like a dollar? or will it become a payment method?

Why are you confused when what you described is applicable to bitcoin?

There is still a lot of confusion here, where the direction of bitcoin will go. Honestly, I consider BTC as digital gold, which means commodity, and I get a big profit from its price movements. I am more inclined to think like that than to think that BTC is the currency of even BTC as a payment method.

That's what you call evolution. You can either use bitcoin whatever suits you.

Especially with the fork. it's like we are running alone and don't care about the direction of bitcoin. other fork btc has another vision, and tend to only think of the coin fork not thinking of bitcoin.

What about your opinion guys?

Don't confused yourself with fork coins, they are "alternative" coins. So I don't know why it is so hard for you to understand the underlying nature of bitcoin.
6166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull market is back? on: April 20, 2019, 06:57:48 AM

I call it bull when you can make money.

Not everyone can only make money in the bull market, some may loss and some even make money in the bear market.
Your trading style would dictate your outcome, if you are good in trading, regardless of the market situation, making yourself profitable is not hard.

Exactly, it really up to the individual trading style, regardless of bulls or bearish trend, we can still make money out of the market. Whether scalping or day trading, it will be profitable.

The only problem is that speculators will really need to go to a lot of roads in order to make profit here. Regarding bulls though, I have to qualms to say that they are indeed back in the market already and investing again.
6167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we close that chapter now and move on? on: April 18, 2019, 03:07:37 PM
Of course bitcoin will not die because the system is already there and it will be run by the investors or community that supports bitcoin. For now, we have a community from bitcoin all over the world and if we will going to notice how many users could it be then for sure it has a vast number of users for.bitcoim.

Exactly, it's the king of crypto for all we know, so it won't simply die because it has the majority of the support of crypto enthusiast around the world.

So, definitely bitcoin will.never die but it will have a downturn and upward movement of its market price. Thid is what we refer to as bitcoin market price volatility.

Although crypto is still very young market, but if you look at its past history, the market works in cycle, like every four years we have to see bears/bulls cycle. So it's cyclical, so far we are in a bullish trend already, but the big test is next year when bitcoin block halving occurs.
6168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: April 18, 2019, 05:51:27 AM
it seems obvious that the BCHSV death will come soon. with the news that delisting from binance will make the price plummet. while other coins are greening, BCHSV continues to blush.

.. snip ..

source: https://coinmarketcap.com/

Exactly, I felt sorry for investors who get scam by this coins. It already plummet from the day Binance announced its delisting like 20%-25% already. So it's just a matter of time before this coin will be totally forgotten in the crypto sphere.

On the other hand, bitcoin is getting stronger and continue to break price barrier. If I'm a BSV holder, I will dump it right away and go to the true bitcoin and invest.
6169  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you see cryptocurrency 10 years from now? on: April 18, 2019, 05:41:06 AM
Hey guys,

I was watching some documentaries the other day about our monetary system. I'm convinced that crypto currency is the future money and fiat currency will be erase in the future. How long do you think can it take?

Thanks!

I don't think that fiat will be obsolete in the future. Crypto's objective is not to bring a demise of fiat, but to help people gain financial freedom and to get away from any third party.

That's why I still believed that both of them can co-exist in a environment wherein the people will be in a win-win situation. So I don't think that fiat will be gone and be replace by crypto, imho.
6170  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ShapShift delisting BSV on: April 18, 2019, 05:35:50 AM
Either of the two did it because they know how fraud Craig Wright is, meaning they have a good intention delisting this shitcoin.

So I don't think that they will do it just because they wanted to, so I doubt that they will exercise they kind of power again. They didn't choose it, the people has spoken, in case of Kraken with majority voted to de-list it as well.
6171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 18, 2019, 03:55:12 AM
Man! The sad news of bitcoin sv keeps pouring in and i can already tell where this coin is heading,  very unfortunate for supporters of bitcoin sv, they will be really disappointed in the news, who knows maybe there are more delisting from other exchange to come.
2 major exchange already made the announcement, definitely expect others to follow suit, the end is near for  bitcoin sv, dumping will continue to occur until price is reduce to nothing. Sad Embarrassed

The question is, how would you support such coin in the first place?

It's just correct that exchanges are cutting down this forked bitcoin coins because they don't offer anything, expect another pump and dump coin.

They know it's coming, the crypto community has really spoken what their true feeling about this so called BSV shitcoin.
6172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: April 18, 2019, 03:48:11 AM
Tonight's match ups looks quite straightforward. Boston Celtics vs Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks vs Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets vs Utah Jazz. I expect all home teams to win it quite easily. Pacers arent playing half as well without Oladipo while Pistons mostly without Griffin for game 2 as well. Jazz might be able to trouble Rockets but looking at what happened at game 1, seems unlikely. Last year Jazz seemed a lot more potent compared to this years playoffs run. Still a long way to go though so, lets see.
The first two already won the games, the last one still on play but the deficit is already double digits before the end of this 3rd quarter, make it more
difficult for the Jazz to win over the Rockets, Harden already on fire adding the pressures for Jazz he's playing tough and playing like an MVP from each
games he go, making this as an advance journey to the second run of this playoffs.

Boston Celtics vs Indiana Pacers - 99 - 91
Milwaukee Bucks vs Detroit Pistons 120 - 99
Houston Rockets vs Utah Jazz - Houston leading

So it's 2-0 for home team. Irving had a good game and lead his team rally past Indiana with 37 points.  Bojan Bogdanovic led Indiana with 23 points, while Young added 15 points.

As for Milwaukee, Giannis and Bledsoe combine for 53 points.

So the game will shift to the other court. Let's see if the team can bounce back and win one game so that their confidence to upset the higher seed will be there. I'm expecting at least any of the three could at least steal one game.
6173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull market is back? on: April 17, 2019, 08:02:44 AM
I don't think so that bull market is already back, because if bull market goes back right now the crypto world will go slam because of the fast increasing of the bitcoin and also the pump of bitcoin. So I dont think so that bull market is back right now.

Lol, can you define what a bull market is?

I wouldn't say that we are in cycle just like in 2017. But we are definitely in the zone wherein the price is slowly and steadily climbing. What is the price of bitcoin, let's say 1 month ago? And compare it to today's price?

That problem with you is that that your thoughts are completely focus on the massive run we had in 2017 wherein we make a lot of money. A slow and steady climb is much better as compare to a sudden rise wherein it can burst anytime, just saying.
6174  Economy / Speculation / Re: BCHSV delisting| Bitcoin back to $6000 on: April 17, 2019, 07:55:59 AM
I think the main premise here is that those who are dumping their BSV will move their funds to BTC.

But since the de-listing the price of BTC is moving to $5200 again, so there's a possibility that the dumpster are how shifting to BTC and pushing the price, but as to how get gonna push it to $6k? Not sure though. Let's see if $5600 is possibility within this week and then we can talk about $6k later.  Grin

Well they causes us a big headache when they started to fork and the hash war with BCH. So I guess karma is biting their ass right now.
6175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance going to delisted BitcoinSV on: April 17, 2019, 07:50:42 AM
Well established and popular exchanges always think about their users investment safety and I think binance announcement about BitcoinSV is fair enough. Already another exchanges have made their Ann too. I think its better to move fund from BitcoinSV because its massive dump will going to start soon.

It has lost so much value already.

Since all time high -77.18%

Binance is doing a good thing for the community. They shouldn't have listed this forked coins in the first place. But as least they make the right decision by de-listing it since the people behind are really not to be trusted. Specially the one claiming to be the real Satoshi.
6176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 17, 2019, 07:45:07 AM
It's just a matter of time before this shitcoin will die. I like what Kraken said, it's really a aggression on CSW part to claim that he is Satoshi, and all his libel and suit and bounty offering on whoever will turn a those who attack him.

Good riddance.  Grin
6177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: April 17, 2019, 07:37:45 AM
Okay now Toronto made sure of that win for a tie in their first round at 1-1.

Playoff Zero Lowry made something happen now. I guess he had come back to his senses. He was like a shaking rat scared of the cat when the playoff starts. Now,  he is back to his old self doing what a Kyle Lowry should be.

It is a big hit for the young Orlando. They need new strategy on how to stop those veterans.

Kyle Lowry made 22 points in game 2 after not scoring in game 1.
He know he needs to score for them to win, now they prove how strong they are if the stars of the team are scoring.
Going to game 3, I'm still with the Raptors as they are also a good road team, hopefully they already exposed the Magic.

He bounce back from a mediocre performance in game 1. It's a chess battle in a lot of first round playoffs right now. As @fasdorcas said, it's really entertaining to see on both conference to be very tough to pick.

And it looks like the Toronto Raptors has now the momentum, but I wouldn't discounted that fact that Orlando will try to win the game by their defense.

Portland though leads OKC now, 2-0 with a win 114-94, but I'm sure Westbrook and P. George doesn't want to be sweep by Trailblazers.
6178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Bull Tom Lee v. Bear Tone Vays on: April 17, 2019, 07:26:25 AM
Of course everyone wanted to hear a bullish predictions so I'm going with Tom Lee here.  Grin.

I don't think that we are going to see $1k or need to go on final capitulation before seeing the price goes up and at least hit 5 digits again.

All the bullish sign are already here, we have broken a lot of resistance since the all low time low. So I doubt that $1k is within the realm, so to speak.
6179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: April 16, 2019, 05:48:30 AM
Just watched the hilights of Nets vs 6'ers. It was really close in the first 2 quarters, and eventhough sixers will have a run, nets will simply close it out. However, in the 3rd quarter, sixers made a good run and nets doesn't have any answer for that as they win 145-123.

I wonder though about Joel, it looks like he is injured or something is bothering his foot. It will be a factor as the series will probably go on 5-6 games, imho.
6180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BREAKING news.. Binance will delist BSV on🔥 22th April! 🔥 on: April 16, 2019, 05:38:05 AM
Oh well, it's just about time though, Craig Wright has been attacking bitcoin since he created his forked coin, and now he got the full forced of bitcoin purist like CZ and others.

If other haven't heard, Shapeshift in the next exchanges that delist BSV,  https://twitter.com/ErikVoorhees/status/1117842010793099265. Gemini didn't list this coin, by I'm speculating that more exchanges will follow what Binance has started.
