If we look on the market situation i think bitcoin will reach 100k$ in 3rd quarter of this year, but is something will happen or maybe change it will maybe reach 100k$ at the last quarter of the year, i saw that the market is bullish and the great posibility is always there, 100k$ is quite easy for bitcoin this time base on the market situation, but we still need to wait for the next update this was only a prediction.

Hello. I see different platform like nexo, blockifi, etc... that can borrow you crypto or stablecoin. I'm here to ask if you have a strategy for example you borrow btc with an interest rate of 6% and then you use it on defi with 8% APR. Thanks for helpful.  Getting a loan to invest is not advisable by the expert specially in crypto, Because crypto is high on volatility and there is no asurance that you can earn in one blink of an eye. So be careful just invest an amount that you can afford to lose and dont make any loan at all for your own good there are always a big dip after the bullish market wait for it and be good. |

This thread is motivation to all people around the world who still don't trust the power of holding. Many people still choose to become traders rather than holders, even with so many facts that holders always wins, but they still cant become a holder. I think many people less patience, this is the main culprit
Well we cannot blame some other people that they really wanted to trade than to hold, because holding is really simple in saying but in reality it is really hard to do. Imagine you hold bitcoin from year 2010 till 2021 that was really a very long time, so if you re in crypto you need patience. |

I think so, BNB is now 295$ so there is a great posibility that it will rise above 300$ because it is only a few dollars away from 300$, binance is really good it is rank #3 in coingecko and i believe that it will never become #3 if it is not useful as btc and eth so in my own sight i see that binance will maybe have a great future. |

Just wondering what people think about the current price of Ethereum and Bitcoin? I wanted to buy some more of each but obviously the price is quite high - record highs in fact! Are we expecting for another dip i.e a better time to invest or will it keep rising?

No one knows when bullrun end, it always depend on the market movement, supply and demand and trust, everthing you hear from expert on crypto is also a prediction with bases that is why sometimes the expert prediction has a great capability to become true, but it depends on you if you listen to expert or not . |

Hi everyone! I'm new in the Crypto World, but I am absolutely obsessed with it. I want to start investing in BTC/ETH, maybe also some others like THETA, Audius and more. I am following different youtubers, twitter accounts, discord channels, to learn as much I can about crypto as I can. BUT, is not the correct time to invest? As long as I understand, we are in a bull-run right now, and many do believe that BTC and also ETH will grow. Some belive BTC will hit 100K and some also think ETH will be up to 10% of BTC total value by end of the year. - And addition to this, we might see a drop and go in a bear-market, but this seems not to be the case. I'm also looking into start long trading on buybit, I want to start small and get the hang of it and learn the system and how it works. SO, back to the actual question: is NOW a good or bad time to begin investing? Or should I wait for a heavy drop in the market, which might not come? - I am looking for a LONG term investment. THX - I hope some clever crypto minds in here can share their thoughts about my questions above  //Crypt.N00b Long term investment needs patience and patience need trust, because if you dont trust the coin that you wanted to invest i am sure that you cannot hold it for a long term. I just want to share my experience, I have a relative who come to me and ask advise on what coins to invest now, I don't name a coin and I said he must do his research but he insist that I know, he want to invest immediately.
I know he is into FOMO because he seems so aggressive and like to get instant return.
He told me that since I'm a veteran, he would like to ask some advise on what coins will pump in the coming days so he can invest on it.
I knew he is so positive, and I can feel him since I also got FOMO'd before.
What do you think should I do guys? how can I help him?
Investing in cypto is really good but you need o select the best coin to invest. Because not all of the coin inside the crypto market will give you an instant return. Sometimes you need to wait for a very long time to earn a very big amount of profit, so you need to research everything and make your own decision depending on your own understanding and sight on that coin that you wanted to invest in. |

For now bitcoin price is not stable, so no one can give a perfect prediction, so for this reason every one should know that cryptocurrency market is a game of luck but still on still we should expect another all time high any moment from now.
Well this is not only for this time, bitcoin price is always unstable it is a high on volatility and if you know how to deal with it you can earn profit, patience and controlling your emotion on dip can maybe help you secure your asset dip is a chance to full your bags so we need to be more calm and hold. I have researched and its my personal research. as per the conclusion . BTC will be 120K in this bull run. But if a government ban or somthing happended it may vary.
How about your thoughts?
I believe that no one can predict bitcoin price, and we can see that the market is high on volatility and it always change day by day. The bitcoin has a great volume on the first quarter of the year 2021 so in my prediction i also believe that bitcoin will rise but for me it will not reach 120k$ maybe it will have a maximum price of 100k$, but this is only a prediction as what you have said it will depend on the government or in every issue that may take place on bitcoin market. |

BTC is at around 55k right now but by the end of the day we will see a 20% drop. It will settle around $45k today.
The hype for the week is over.
You will never lose if you hold strong, you know there are a lot of factor that affect the market price and it is already happening over and over again and again. If you are an investor you must choose the coin that you wanted is it the slow moving or fast moving, if you cant hold for a long time there are coins that is for you prefer on some altcoin. But if you can hold or long time bitcoin is a good one. |

I think the dump situation is only for a few moment, see the price and you can all see that this year is a bitcoin year it is a year for crypto, because bitcoin really reach 60k$ which is really big enough compair to bitcoin price last bull run in year 2017 it is 2x higher than the last bull run so there is no need to worry because everything is running well just grab the opportunity if theres any for good.

a question which i had discussed with some of my friends before:
If you were invested heavy in alts but rather light in btc lets say 30% BTC / 70% alts you made a good profit in dollar.
BUT i have the feeling i wasted so much BTC to buy Alts and right now BTC has surpassed many of them by far.
Do you think it would be wise to sell some Alts for BTC right now?
Or is BTC dominance to high?

I think you dont need to sell some good altcoin for btc, Because altcoin has a capability to rise when bitcoin is in a bullrun status, i suggest to hold the altcoin and wait for a good price to sell amd earn big profit. Bitcoin is good coin to invest but for now base on its price it is really risky because it needs a lot of money if you invest on it today, better to wait for the dip before you buy bitcoin. |

Holding is still a great choice because there are still a big posibility that the price will rise in the near future it can maybe reach up to 200k$ in the next 3 years from now, i believe that the bitcoin will still rise in the future beause there are more people that surely believe on it. Hi Everyone, I have a dilemma since I am holding an wholesome portion of bitcoin. With all the speculation going on in the market I don't know whether to sell or hold on my bitcoin. I've been wanting for more than a week to see if bitcoin's price improves, but it is only falling more and more.
I've gone through dozens of analysts' blogs, websites, market cap sites, price prediction sites, and all the important bitcoin market sites to find the right answer. But I am still unsure.
So, can anyone please tell me if I should dump my bitcoins with some losses (selling at lesser price than the buying price), or should I hold on to it?
There is also another reason. A promising stock just opened up. So should I sell my bitcoins and but the new stock that I'm interested in?

Hodling is not for the faint of heart, and whenever you are hodling there's no point changing tons of sites for market price predictions or whatever, you have to buy and hold without thinking of selling anytime soon, but as for your case it seems it's different, anyway the choice to sell your bitcoin is totally up to you, if you feel you can't wait for the price to pump or skyrocket in the future then yeah go ahead and dump as long as you are in profit, it's your crypto do whatever you wish with it. It really depends on the hand of the holder if you think your hands is not that strong to hold maybe you need to sell your bitcoin holding this time, specially when you purchase your bitcoin last year where bitcoin is not to high at price, i believe that theres already an earnings or profit as well, but if you think you can hold for so many years then hold for it, because i believe that the bitcoin will soon rise. |

Can anyone guess [educated guess please] when the current bitcoin bull run will end? The last bull run ended around 8th January 2018. It would be interesting to know when the bull run game will over.
I think no one can predict about it, even expert on bitcoin field cannot predict on when will be the exact time that the bull run end, because if we can easily predict the price of the bitcoin maybe we are all millionaires this time, bit we are free to predict so in my prediction i see that 2021 is the year of bitcoin, bitcoin will rise up high and maybe dip will appear next year 2022. I think price will be increasing some days and after that price will go down. It is on the trend now and price is growing so fast. Yes, prediction for crypto is very hard. Yes no one can predict the exact future of Bitcoin because the market is not stable in one place no one can predict when the bull run will end. Prices continue to rise based on market demand it is better to hold on than to sell at this time as the price of bitcoin is rising prices could rise further. So I bought some Ethereum for £1070 a few days ago and it is now worth £1326. Would now be a good time to sell for a small profit?
I am investing more long term in Bitcoin but wanted to trade a bit on smaller coins i.e Ethereum etc.
It always depends on you, if you think that the profit is enough then you can sell it, the only reason why people loss is because they are lack of patience but it is still depend on the holders hand, because no one knows what will happen next, this is crypto and you will be the one to make your own strategy in the market that is always moving from time to time, you're investment is also youre loss if ever the price will fall down ,so if theres already a profit then grab it holding is just an option to those who can wait for a years or even a decade so think twice. You are right mate, patience is important in crypto but the most important is brain we also need to be smart and think twice if we can wait for so many years in order for us to earn, but it always depend on your luck, look at the bitcoin price today and imagine if you bought bitcoin last 2018 and hold it for 3 consecutive years and look at the profit the you possibly earn. sounds simple but it is hard, because no one can control the price and we dont even know what will happen tommorow if it is still bullish or bearish. |
