Hi everyone,

One of the common mistakes in the world of gambling now is that some people run to make quick money and are greedy by betting all their money and trying to make gambling their primary source of income. You find them spending hours in casinos and sites, regardless of their losses, trying to make up for it, and this is what often leads to more Of the losses that may lead them to bankruptcy, and there are also those who make betting the only means of entertainment and spending their  free time, even though they do not care about the size of their losses, they ignore the consequences, as the enthusiasm they find while playing will decrease with the passage of time and the matter will become tasteless..

this has been tackled for so many times and that is greediness and selfishness is the reason why people are losing and sometimes even turns into  addictions.
and not considering the size of losses? that is when you already become addicted.
Quote
Do not make gambling your only source of income or your only means of entertainment, as this will eliminate the first goal of gambling, which is pleasure.
are you talking about us? lol who are stupid here that will leave our day job just to gamble?  talk to addicted gambler mate .
623  Economy / Gambling / Re: My experience on live bet on: April 04, 2024, 02:25:42 AM
We should first consider the use of bot as being supported by some of the gambling platforms or they work against it, this will be the first approach on what we can give in addressing the whole situation, using bot may be termed as cheat for some platforms while some may not really see it as something bad because they know that the bot couldn't be that effective I winning all games for you, but to stand on a safe side, we need to read the rules and regulations.
The rules and regulations of each platform will most likely influence how they see the application of bots. Some platforms may consider it cheating because the decisions are not made by a human player. Others may accept it, as long as it does not jeopardize the game's integrity. For example, a platform may allow a bot to make simple decisions, such as whether to fold or call, but not sophisticated ones that require human intelligence. So it all relies on the platform and its policies.
Means there are some sites that allows players to use bot? well that is how important to check their terms each time because if not then you will be facing issues
once you need to withdraw, but one thing that  keeps me thinking is why Casino allows us to do everything as long as we are depositing
and the issues and violations will only occur once you need to take out the money?
look how tricky and selfish is that, why not confront gamblers earlier than to wait for them upon withdrawal because for me this is something that fishy .

625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone here ever visited El Salvador and tried paying with bitcoin there? on: April 04, 2024, 01:00:16 AM
I haven’t but here is an article detailing the experiences of a student who went to ES & tried to live on Bitcoin for 2 months. https://www.coindesk.com/consensus-magazine/2023/08/07/two-months-in-el-salvador-the-ground-game-for-bitcoin-adoption/amp/
wow this is amazing experience , 2 months living completely using bitcoin? damn How I wish this will be available in my place since I cannot travel in ES since I still have no big amount to spend for.
but what I wanna see is many countries that will allow their people to have this same experience even if there is no total adoption , just let their people understand what is bitcoin and let it circulate for peoples choice.
626  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull run again, huh on: April 03, 2024, 11:33:46 AM
On this forum, I found out some information, and seriously want to ask it here.
What is a realistic expectation from the bull run, given  the last one in March 2021, Bitcoin hit  $61,000 and fell down to 31k about two couple of months later... It rose later on, amazingly though. But is this price fall normal in the bull run?? What is a helpful tip here.
Try not to fell from comparing what had happened in the past bullrun and in what we have here now , because the past halving there are no spot ETF approval but with this having now? am afraid that  we are in different pace of market now.
imagine for the first time we have broken ETH not even without halving taking place?
that is far from what we have seen many times before.
627  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gambling addiction is not about the money you could win; it's about the "win" it on: April 03, 2024, 11:01:15 AM
When I started gambling my mindset is solely about winning some cash to better my life but the more I gamble, the more that idea shifts. The money no longer satisfies my initial goal but the idea of winning does.

But even with those ideals in play, why would a millionaire start gambling in the first place?

so why would a rich athlete or politician become so addictive to gambling?

I think socialization+joy+drinking+gambling is satisfaction to them. What do you think?
there is no socializing in Online casino because you are playing on your own in your gadget and also drinking? well if you drink and gamble then for sure you will end up losing because you will never stop betting even if you are already a winner.

but your points are valid ,  because what can a Billionaire need to gamble from the first place? when they already have everything in life? it is the satisfaction of beating the table that gives them this feeling.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Dreams of a Bitcoin Circular Economy in my Country on: April 03, 2024, 10:39:52 AM
I am a bitcoin enthusiast and I wish to spend some of my bitcoins instead of fiat. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so because of its slow pace of acceptance in my country. I really want to promote the bitcoin circular economy but I can't. I dream of  day in my country where I can earn in bitcoin and spend in bitcoin. I dream of the day where, even though I need to keep my bitcoin secure in a cold storage, I can still have say $100 worth of BTC in a hot wallet that I spend to buy goods and services from people who accept bitcoin. The idea will be to spend from this hot wallet for purchases while promptly replacing it. That is, after spending the $100, I simply buy another $100 worth of Bitcoin to refill the hot wallet. I remain optimistic that my dream will eventually come true in my country. In the meantime, I would be happy to hear the experiences of bitcoiners who are already living my dream bitcoin circular economy in their country. What is it like for you?
your dream is much better than just using the bitcoin because what you wanna do is completely circulating in which i believe is the main objective of Satoshi when she created the bitcoin.
and instead of just using that 100 dollars to pay your grocery , what you wanted is to use bitcoin first then refill it with another bitcoin an amazing plan mate , hope you will manage to see that coming.
but cant  you have a small business in your place that will accept bitcoin as payment? so you can start that welcoming of bitcoin payment before others follows you.
629  Other / Off-topic / Re: Learn to leave a dept/loan free life. on: April 03, 2024, 10:30:12 AM
The sad reality in life is when you are living more than how much you can afford and in this the problem of loaning and debt is taking place from time to time.
I have some co workers before(when i am still a laborer) that earning 500 dollars a month but they are spending more than that so the thing is even before the payment day comes?they need to borrow in another lender again to cover their past loan so that made them deepen in debt because of this attitude in which I made as an example in life to never become one like them.
630  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Time to Buy More BTC? on: April 03, 2024, 10:22:35 AM
I've been watching with interest as Bitcoin has pulled back over the past week after hitting new highs. Part of me wants to accumulate more while the price is down, but I also wonder if we may see it drop further in the short term.

Well there are good arguments on both sides. On one hand, the long-term outlook for Bitcoin remains very bullish as adoption increases. Even major institutions continue entering space, and trends like halvings may lead to new all-time highs over the coming years. But on other hand, factors like the upcoming Fed meeting could continue to bring volatility in the short-term.

I also think this price drop may present a good buying opportunity for someone looking to DCAing and I'm also looking to buy more BTC especially since BTC's price is low and there's zero fees on Bitget. Of course, as with any investment, only put in what you can afford to lose.

So, even if it dips further short-term, history tells us Bitcoin tends to go up in the long run.
So this is another best time to buy , dropping to 65k again and yeah slowly growing since last night and with the price closing to 67k again maybe we should consider that the correction is over now and anytime it will spike back to 70k and maybe to beat 75 thousand dollars finally .
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Solana still Worth buying?? on: April 03, 2024, 10:16:53 AM
solana is a not a new coin and has already had its own share of ups and downs

back then many people thought that solana is over and dead not until it reappears and break its ath recording a new one. so i think its not just hype so is solana still worth it? yes and i would say very much so.

we might even see it achieve levels of ethereum in the next years it might not be soon but someday so its price right now would seem little compared to how it will be in the next years
Solana is a good project that has it own Blockchain and that has been increasing it adoption making money project to launch there token on it. It is just a matter of time for us to see more usefulness of Solana in the market. It is a good project to invest in right away because there are massive profits to be massive from the token. Op should not be weak about taking a decision on one of the trending  crypto projects in the market and making money from it is going to be possible when the bull finally comes in full force.
actually we are seeing it now and will bring more in the coming  months that  SOlana is one of the best currency to be predicted that can defeat Ethereum in the future.
i have invested in Solana since february and I amnot losing faith specially that now it is getting to light how great this currency is.
Another oppertunity for anyone interested in buying SOL as due to the market going into red the price of SOL has taken a dip. It will again go up and be near $200 or go above that price point. This is the right time to take another position and get some good returns through it when the market again goes up. I think till halving we might see the market mostly in red and after the event the market will show improvement.

not that bad comparing to how much bitcoin have dropped over the days

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/solana/

SOL stays strong at 180-190$ .
632  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: April 03, 2024, 09:43:46 AM

Yeah! Casinos without KYCs for government to have part in the running  are always main target for sanction as they would tag all their activities  to be an illegal  one NMW and there's  no way they can just themselves
Governments are just concerned with the both the gamblers  and the casinos itself .
The majority of the casinos without licences only run for a few months or years but doesn't have the capacity to run the operation for a long time since at anytime the government get through to them it will definitely become the end of their operations.

So for contemporary casinos that have long term in views it will be very necessary to get the license needed to operate as legal company and at that will implement KYC to comply with government demands.

The gambling without license could have been the best because most of them would have been non KYC gambling casinos and they won't require KYC informations from us as well as seing them not regulated by the government since they are not having any license to back that up,  but can we have the required trust in some of these sites, how reliable could they be in such a way that you will not see them taking their users fund away at anytime when they cease operations.
Actually I was thinking is what do really the license stands ? because even those licensed casinos that turns scammers seems to be not putting behind bars and the issues was just being forgotten like it is never happened .
so for me either the casino is not licensed as long as it is serving gamblers here? then I see no problem trusting them at all.
633  Other / Off-topic / Re: Arent men in general more likely to take risks compared to women? on: April 03, 2024, 09:03:45 AM
aren't this kind of topic should not be tackled anymore in our days now? because What I do believe is that our world have changed many years ago when the male and female already have equality though in power physically male is dominant yet we also knew that Women in many aspect can compete and even beat Males .
so with full respect in both Genders i think this must not be in topic.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright Satoshi Claim Case Update on: April 03, 2024, 08:41:44 AM

This is like Craig is putting Himself to be a Nail that the more  he lies is the more he is being hammered down to the smallest inches , and with that for sure realization will come his way after being put in Jail behind bars lol.
and also  How I wish that he will lose everything because of this  lying and stupidity .
635  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Maari ba tayo gumawa ng Airdrop list on: April 03, 2024, 07:55:37 AM

637  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can we help beginners not to get addicted on: April 03, 2024, 07:00:52 AM
The reason why there are addicted gamblers is that most of them thought that gamble is a means of making profit or they think that gamble is an alternative way for someone to get rich without any effort of working. This orientation have blind folded a lot of people who are just coming into gambling.
actually more of the addicted gamblers are those people that desperately wanted to become instant millionaire , that is the reason why they are easily turns into addicted.
my mind was also into this back in the days until i realized that this is an stupid idea.

Quote
Only few addicted gamblers got addicted because of using gamble to pass time. If anybody that is going into gamble is aware that gamble will only take what you have, and there is a slim chance of making profit in gamble, they will gamble responsible, and would not use big amount of money to bet that would affect their emotions to the extent of chasing their losses.
there are no gamblers that I believe turns addicted just because they wanted this as pass time , because those  type of people has attitude on knowing what they are doing.
638  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: April 03, 2024, 06:50:13 AM
To be honest, I myself am quite lazy about reading casino rules, I only often pay attention to countries that are prohibited, after that "KYC" the thing that makes me lazy to look at reviews is that there are a lot of fake reviews.
Not only you but we are many. My own is that the terms and conditions are too long that I could not finished it and I always read half that left the remaining half for them. So what I will contribute to this thread is that they should be brief about their reviews and not a very long writing because people will not read those things before playing the games or using the casino. Brief explanation attract more people than plenty writing.
and sometimes we thought that all of the terms are almost the same so reading each seems to be reading nothing but the same thing in which made us realized not to read but suddenly the thing is the casino sites nowadays are changing theirs in this and that .
639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Patience can help alot on: April 02, 2024, 12:23:28 PM
It's crucial to remember that gambling may be addicting, and to consider your emotions while deciding whether or not to pay out. It's normal to feel upset and dissatisfied when things don't go as planned. Setting some boundaries for yourself is something you could think about and that can assist. For example, you may make a rule that you won't check the results of your bets until they're resolved, no matter how nervous you are. You might also try putting a limit on how much money you're willing to bet in a specific period of time. This can assist keep you from overpaying or making rash judgments.
Well said! It is normal that we feel when we feel that we are going to lose or maybe the results we want to get are not working for us, We need to remember that gambling is more based on a person's luck, so we do not need to follow our own emotions, we must control our own feelings and not other things, we need patience when it comes to this but we also need to be balanced in our actions here. there are instances that when we are too patient, we are left with an opportunity because we are enduring the current situation we have.
When playing gambling, we must remember that we can experience defeat more often. If we lose, we must also be patient and think this is gambling. We can't always expect to win but should be prepared to lose. If we cannot control ourselves, we can experience even more defeats.

Well if your hit rate or win rate is too low as you said. Then you must ensure that you win more money than you lose on every bet. Otherwise you end up on negative balance even you have more winning than losing times.
but how can he do that? to assure your win rate will increase more than your losing rate because for me this is something impossible to happen.
wondering what can we do to make this come our way?

Quote
Loses always turn on our impulses to be degenerate. Lose it all and mourn. You don't want that. So patience will give you time to recalibrate, think and make better and more sound decisions. Instead of taking those that will possibly worsen your situation. Slowly is the best way to make money. But if you see an opportunity, press it hard and win more.
and Patience will let you take a rest at least , to try not holding to that same gaming again instead  try to go home or stand from the table and re organize your strategy .
this for me will save us from continues losing.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: April 02, 2024, 12:12:07 PM
Still holding my XRP - I was tempted to swap it all for ICP a few weeks ago as I feel ICP will have a much better bull run this time round.

But I continue to hold my XRP just incase it surprises everyone and I do believe that if it doesn't have the best bull run this time round, then it will in 2028/29 and I can just hold till then.
But you have no choice mate because the value is still so much low that how much you purchase it means even after a year of this post like you? I will keep my Ripple on hold than selling or converting into a losses .
and also  I do believe that this is still has a potential to at least break 2 dollars in the future.
