Как по мне да, эффективно, даже более чем. К примеру, не суть важно какое Баунти, в Твиттер кампании только 1000+ людей. Даже если у 20% людей накаченные аккаунты, это все равно очень много. И вся эта толпа, создает просто огромное количество Хайпа вокруг проекта, тысячи хэштегов. А для людей кто занимаются баунти, тоже очень не плохой способ заработать  |
