If someone claimed they have the right strategy for gambling and winning more times than losing, why can't they use the strategy for themselves and change their lives first?

I agree self-discipline is really important so that we won't spend too much money on gambling.  Aside from that gambling in moderation like limiting our playing time, setting days to have a break, and bankroll management  is greatly important if we wanted to minimize the negative effect of gambling in our daily routine and financial budgets.

Aside from that we should be sane during our gambling session and not under the influence of any intoxicating substance such as alcohol or any substance that can make us lose control of our senses.

It is very unfortunate, of course, if you experience this incident, instead of filling in the time by betting because you still can't make a withdrawal, what happens is that you lose everything. Until in the end, you don't get anything from the previous wins, or you lose everything. So yes, because this has happened, of course you have to gamble on a site that has better features and that way, you can still return to gamble comfortably. But the point is to always be careful, at least always consider their reputation too.

People are saying that gambling is not good so nobody should involved themselves in it. Fathers/Mothers (parents) are shouting to their sons and sometimes beating them all because of gambling. If you are a gambler, the society sees you as a bad boy or person or a waste person in the family. That should be the case but in some cases, casinos are declining the KYC because they cannot establish the identity how can it be possible if you are the one playing and you submit all your documents then you are declined?
It's hard to accept for a player if he can't get his account verified even though all the documents needed are already submitted.

I don't know how I make decisions as a boy.  
My father is a military man. He has served in this military sector for 25 years. His term of service is almost at an end. After two months he was going to retire from the job. He will get retirement pension after his service life in the military sector and he has many plans based on this retirement pension.  
His first dream is to build a house with this retirement money. But right now in my country all the materials needed to build a house are very expensive so building a house right now can't be a good decision. And I don't feel safe keeping his pension money in the bank because earlier there was inflation in my country where some banks went bankrupt.
So right now I am not able to give him any proper advice as a boy. But one thing I've been wondering for a few days is if I invest half of my father's retirement allowance in Bitcoin, am I doing something wrong?
I feel like if I invest half the amount in Bitcoin for a year after receiving his retirement allowance, I might be able to hand over more money to my dad at the end of the year.
