It's so hard to be patient and don't panic. Especially when you bought around 16000. C'mon BTC. I can understand bad news but why now we see dump? And predictions are around 3900-4490... I'm shocked.
If you were entering with the target of 30,000 dollars for 1 bitcoin with the investment horizon of 1 year. Then what's the point of panicking?
that's why still hodl all my coins and tokens. Because I tell to myself that I'm not gonna watch my account till nex December

That's what patience needs to have. A whole year just wait. It's so simple and so difficult at the same time. For me, waiting is sometimes harder than acting.
