The way I've been playing this market going back up (hopefully that's what this is) is finding what has the most room to grow based on a coins previous steady state. Basically, I'm looking for the coins that crashed the hardest.
For example, ICX was stable around $10, hit an ATH at $12, and bottomed out around $6.50. Going from $6.50 to $10 gains you about 40%.
Looking at something like PRL, it was steady around $3.20, hit an ATH at $4.20, and bottomed out at $1. If PRL goes from $1 to $3.20, you're looking at a 3x. (Warning, PRL is already at $2, so it may be too late to get into this).
200% vs 40%, Sure, ICX is the MUCH safer bet, but if you split your portfolio between 4 coins and only one 3x's, you've still beat the 40% you'd get from an ICX.
Not everything is as juicy as PRL, but some coins that got absolutely destroyed during the dip that I like are ELIX, DBC, COSS, BNTY, PAY. Some ones that dipped hard, but I'm not 100% on the quality are QLC, SNOV, AMB, AIX, and ACT.
The only counter to this argument is that stuff like ICX/VEN/XLM will return to their steady state quicker than the lower MCAP alts. Definitely possible, but again, you only have to get lucky once. I moved all my money from VEN/ICX during the crash to PRL and friends and I am VERY happy I did.

It dropped because the UI rollout yesterday didn't go as smooth as some would have hoped. Since the market is so impatient, they dumped it pretty hard. But the COSS team made it very transparent this is how it would go. It's just a matter of time as they continue to develop the platform that this coin takes off. This is 100% the cheapest you will ever see this coin. Easy 5x by next month as the new engine rolls out

Give it time. The entire market tanked last night. Now is a great time to buy if you don't own already. I'm thinking by middle of this week, some massive corrections are going to happen and we'll be back to where we were if not more.
PRL and ELIX actually got hit some of the least last night. Some coins dipped 35-40%

Kucoin is having it's first positive day in the last 3 days and I think there's WAY more to come. Just playing the odds here, if coins even return to what they were before the crash (some of them literally fell 50%), you're looking at anywhere from 50%-100% gains. Technically something like VEN or ICX could be the safe play right now, but you're talking maybe 20-30% over the next few weeks. Even if you split your funds between two coins on Kucoin and one stays down while the other moons 50%, you've already equaled the same amount of your safe bet. You only need to get lucky once.
ELIX is up about 40% today. PRL and DBC took some of the hardest hits so they have the most room to go back up. Other coins that took hard hits are QLC, UTK, and PBL, but those are lower volume and I think they'll take a couple extra days to reach back up.
Again, not arguing these are high risk, but the reward is incredibly high. If Kucoin rebounds (and it is), you should get your money in these now.
(Also, Huobi contest for DBC ends in 3 days. Contests generally drop the price heavily in the early days and then the last 2 days before end, the price skyrockets. This same exact thing happened with VEN where it nearly doubled toward contest end)

As soon as Kucoin market recovers, Elixir (along with PRL and DBC) are going to absolutely skyrocket. It just needs volume right now. Which will 100% come as soon as this BCD fiasco ends (everyone will sell BCD and there will be a TON of money flying around Kucoin.

I'd go half in something stable, like ICX or ENG.
The other half is more moonshot coins. The best of these right now on Kucoin I think are ELIX, PRL, and DBC. Kucoin is dipped hard right now and it's the perfect time to get in. BCD went 900% overnight and once those starts selling, there will be a boatload of cash flying around Kucoin.

Watching the sell walls get put up every time it gains momentum. Eventually this thing is going to break and shoot up (likely when Asia wakes up). Get in now.

Whales have been messing with this ever since it peaked 3 days ago. It's currently at .35 cents and been hovering around that number after peaking at .65 cents. Bunch of sell walls up but as soon as those comes down, with the update to their Disney partnership today this coin is going to moon so hard, likely passed the old 65 cent peak. Highly suggest you get in now. This could 2x by tomorrow easy.

Some of these recommendations are just horrible and you're either going to stay poor or maybe gain 20% every month.
Pick ones with some upside. DBC, PRL, ELIX, QLC, REQ. All have a chance to 5x within weeks and months.

DBC is hands down the best buy right now. It is at a 50% dip from the crash, no where to go but up and when it does, you're looking at massive increases. You can chase 20% pumps elsewhere, but no coin will return as hard as this one.
PRL, QLC, and ELIX are also super solid choices, but don't have the upside of DBC.

300M on a couple crap exchanges is a testament how good this coin is. I'm not saying it's going to 20x, but I easily see it going 3x in the next couple weeks and 5x by EOM. Team is super solid and they've delivered on everything so far. The second this hits Binance/Kucoin, it's taking off.
For those not sure how to purchase it, IDEX (prefer this one) and Etherdelta are super easy to use. You just make a new wallet on their site and you can send ethereum straight there to buy TAU. It's totally worth the hassle if you want to legitimately get in on the ground

To add on to QLC for some coins that are similar (fairly new, low MCAP, currently on a dip), look at PRL, DBC, or ELIX.

ICX a good pick for the future, but I think ENG is going to provide you with more immediate returns. ICX has another week or two before it bursts. ENG is going to happen this week for sure.
