621  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 1 Bitcoin equal to half million USD? on: June 05, 2019, 04:49:11 AM
Your calculation is wrong as both analogies don't correlect in unity measurement, fiat has to be measured with fiat as per the supply and value at a given time frame, the same with bitcoin. Fiat keeps experiencing depreciation as a result of some economic factor, while bitcoin keeps increasing in value.(it's currently very volatile)
622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE GOOD AND BAD SIDES OF BOUNTIES on: June 04, 2019, 01:46:56 PM
Sometimes security is a major issue in this cryptocurrency trade and investment. A friend got hacked yesterday, his Imtoken and blockchain wallets were simultaneously hacked and all his fund gone as at the time of chatting with him, $4,000 was already lost. He revealed that he does save his private keys and details on evernote. Am tired of the bounty that requires one to make downloads.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No knowledge is lost. on: June 04, 2019, 01:40:58 PM
Sometimes, some developers just want to collect people's money through public sales and live off the fund, they actually have nothing to offer and at the end, investors will just be crying for the loss of their funds. Whereas some project that had no ICO nor premine are doing excellently well. Hyro had no public sales, Polymath had no ICO too, yet they are still very much around and doing well. Look at ETN, Ubex, Savedroid, Storique and many others that collected huge fund, what can they show for it? Certainly nothing.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never buy too much coins because you would eventually forgot gosh on: June 03, 2019, 12:48:04 PM
I hate everything about swapping. Many investors will definitely miss out on the swapping event because of lack of proper record. Flasmoni is about to carry out a swap, I know many investors will lose out as they have brought forth the option of KYC.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cosmos (ATOM) on: June 03, 2019, 12:20:19 PM
Cosmos(ATOM) although am yet to read their whitepaper, Imoken wallet advertised that you can stalk your ATOM with them and earn a daily dividend, don't know how that is been done, I didn't fully read the blog post. Hobit exchange equally has an offer of holding ATOM in the exchange and earn a daily dividend. A friend called my attention that ATOM was listed free of charge on binance. So I think holding some quantity of ATOM will pay off in the long run, although the price is already up.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV 90% increase | Scam on: May 30, 2019, 05:38:09 AM
This is crazy, I went to bed at $164, just waking and seeing $222, joke apart, who is pumping BSV and what is the news causing this pump? I thought it was headed to $20 after binance delisted it. I should have bought just 1 and taken profit by now. As it's right now, it's too risky for me to jump in.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if we find THE REAL SATOSHI ?? on: May 30, 2019, 05:27:37 AM
No need to find the real Satoshi except for adventure and getting famous sake. If the real Satoshi were to be found, nothing will change in respect to bitcoin price, he's no longer an influencer and bitcoin is an open source and it's decided by the community and not an individual.
628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about Ripple? on: May 29, 2019, 03:45:46 AM
Ripple is certainly a coin to buy and hold because of the many hyip around it, they will have partners that could send the price of ripple high, although I won't invest in ripple at the expenses of bitcoin. I choose bitcoin first and altcoins come second.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is simply too difficult to buy to gain acceptance on: May 29, 2019, 03:40:38 AM
Bitcoin has already gained much acceptance. If really you are friendly online, you need not pass through KYC before buying bitcoin, I bought my first ever bitcoin through a reputable Whatsaap group in my country after studying their operation for days. I have been buying and selling bitcoin through Whatsapp, I avoid my local bitcoin exchange because of charges. Although I deal only on a legitimate group which rules are strict to checkmate scammers.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is successful? - this one statement sums it up! on: May 29, 2019, 03:34:22 AM
Bitcoin been an open source code without anyone laying claim to its ownership or anyone single person controlling its network alongside with the economic reward it has brought to its users, its believers are ready to sacrifice to see it improve and succeed. Even the wicked men of the earth want to see bitcoin succeed.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 28, 2019, 07:34:11 AM
There are still good ICO doing well, most of course just collected fund and use the bearish market as a medium to siphon such public fund without any single development of the project. Even if they couldn't be involved in active trading, they should have at least continue with project development, in the real sense, they had nothing to offer, the few that mean well are doing well.
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are these coins shyt? on: May 28, 2019, 07:27:37 AM
Tron classic is a big scam off course, it's neither a product of tron nor a fork of tron, it was created by a scammer to steal bitcoin from traders. While tron has its network, but tron classic runs on the ethereum network. That was a cheap scam, the same thing for ripple classic they are both a very cheap scam. Scammers usually create coin and name it after a famous project to lure investors.
633  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Satoshi Line Up, Pick from most likey to least likely. on: May 28, 2019, 07:11:42 AM
Thank you for these options, he's currently not among the above listed, you need to take a trip to Japan and pick some programmers, otherwise, North Korea would be a better bet. Lols.
634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What emotions does cryptocurrency make you feel? on: May 28, 2019, 02:54:06 AM
A desire to live a better life without having to struggle financially for the most part of my life, and the desire to beat the bank frivolous transaction charges and limit on cash inter-border transfer. Cryptocurrency has much freedom that comes with it, I have been working from home for awhile now.
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing on: May 28, 2019, 02:42:46 AM
All these have been here, some project masquerading as the next bitcoin or the next big project to challenge the bitcoin, today they are all gone, the same lending coins that caused trauma, and many vowed never to return back, some friends have started promoting a rebranded Ponzi schemes and call it e-commerce, it's a matter of time before my friends will realize they  have invested in hyip.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does exchanges do differently for IEO? on: May 27, 2019, 05:20:17 AM
Only big and good exchanges are to be trusted on IEO to some extent. For now, I have great respect for binance, their past IEOs are performing well in terms of trade volume and haven't given investors a headache. Some exchange usually helps their IEO projects to make some stylish marketing and they sometimes create hyip around it, when buyers can't buy at the initial stage, they wait for trading and they create another round of FOMO, forcing the price up.
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEW SCAM METHOD EMBRACED BY CRYPTOCURRENCY SCAMMERS on: May 27, 2019, 05:14:41 AM
Any bounty or ICO that need your fund for deposit activation or any sort of logistic is a pure scam, I once flagged a project called Ethereum ChashPro, and this prevented an exchange from listing it,, because they would done more harm, although some greedy persons who are bent on testing new waters will never yield such an advise.
638  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin jump to 8500USD, will it hit 10k this week on: May 27, 2019, 05:03:01 AM
Bitcoin is about to enter another phase of upward movement. The wise will be better positioned and forget about shitty coins for now. Reaching $11,500 by June is now very possible. Guys enjoy the ride.
639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EXPOSED: The real creator of Bitcoin is ... on: May 27, 2019, 04:59:19 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto is not actually the real name, it's just an alias. Which means he has a real name but chooses to hide under Satoshi to birth bitcoin, so the new trend now is: if one wants to be famous or popular, he just claim he's Satoshi or he writes that he knows him and all attention will be shifted to him. It's a secret that may never be unraveled but just a continues guesswork.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave to integrate Tipping function for Twitter on: May 26, 2019, 07:44:37 PM
Why should I continue to use a browser who floods my page with an advertisement, I spend my time and my money to view ad without any reward! I have migrated to Brave browser, am yet to start getting ads.
