Unfortunately, fee's can not be changed due to the fee's imposed by the card issuer, although im willing to provide discounts to regular customers. Find a different source. That fee is absurd. I can go to Walmart and load up $1000 on a prepaid card for $5. Im guessing you must also provide your identification to obtain such cards, with my service no such requirements are needed to obtain any preloaded card up to 2k in balance. With regards to fee's, in all honesty this the first place that i have had received feedback about fee's being a bit high, But i guess each to their own. In the mean time i will look at obtaining other cards from other issuers with different fee's and features and i will also try and re-neg with my current issuer. Regards idev |

Dwolla doesn't do chargebacks...you can't reverse the transaction.
Someone doesn't pay attention to current events it seems.  Dwolla's marketing speak is a bunch of shit, everywhere they said "no chargeback concerns" is a lie. And yet everyone loves Dwolla but hates Paypal. Yep its just another glorified Paypal clone with a nicer web design. |
