If ActiveMining doesn't tape out until late September, they won't have their chips till when, January?

theyre taping out right away.  Joint news release with easic and activemining expected by monday.  My advice: invest in labcoin and activemining.  They will both be big players.

I don't even know when we will do a join press release, so it can not be expected Monday.

You should tell your nephew Gerald not to give false information on the phone then.

Sensitive information like this will come through official channels, like myself and/or ActiveMining-PR so that it's properly released to all shareholders at the same time.

At the moment there is no news, you are just going to have to deal with that.

I am sure there is some kind of update that Ken and/or PR can give us. A few questions that can be addressed is the conversion of BTC to USD that should be or was suppose to have happened. Also what is the latest news in regards to VMC and eASIC? I am sure we can get details in regards to the meeting that Ken had and how we are moving along. Maybe we can also get a time line of goals we are looking to hit and where we might be within the next 4-6 weeks. If you are going to tell me that there is NO NEWS or updates for any of these questions then i will have to deal with it. But i am almost positive Ken/PR can shed some light here.

Just be patient, we are under an NDA, news is coming soon.  We got our hand slapped about some information we released on the forum.  So, just be a little more patient.

Got out of IceDrill as quickly as possible.

Made a couple BTC on it too.

Them "Completing" their IPO is the beginning of the end. If Ukyo doesn't take action against them for their obvious deception of shareholders the SEC will at a later date.

Good luck to everyone in it.

Honestly, I'm far more concerned about the heavy handed fascists at the (American) SEC stomping all over ACTM with their shiny, taxpayer sponsored jackboots.

Ken needs some very heavy legal muscle on retainer, like Baker-Botts caliber whiteshoe thugs.  But that's expensive, to put lightly.

Nothing about ice.drill touches US soil.

Being US based is an awful liability.  Very sad and tragic, but that's status quo until we water the tree of liberty.

ActiveMining is a virtual identity totally owned by Active Mining Corporation (Belize).

Dividends Paid on BTC-TC [.00000403/share]

Bitfunder has a problem with their login, so I am unable to login at this time and pay the
dividend.  As soon as Ukyo gets this fixed I will pay the above dividend.

Can we say that Friday is to be dividend payment day for ActM?

I will be moving it back to Wednesday when we add some new hashing power.

Same here now I can relax

Hey, just received my transfer from AMC-TENDER

When did you guys send them to be tendered? I still haven't got mine. Sent them on 23/7.

I will be looking for yours today.  When they get out of sync, it takes a lot more work to get
them verified and transferred.  I will be working on the hard transfers today.  Some
have problems with usernames that are not correct, so I will be emailing the shareholder
for any corrected information.

Postponing something is not the same as lying.  We actually want him to postpone minor things like that so that he can take care of what's important.  So again, we don't care.  You are wasting a lot of effort trying to convince us to care.

No, postponing something is not the same as telling lies. Saying you will do something when you know you can't possibly do it because you will be too busy doing something else is telling lies though.

How could Ken have possibly transferred the shares end of business day Friday if he knew he would be away on business, wouldn't be able to access the account and was scheduled to arrive back home after the end of business day Friday? He couldn't. Therefore, what he said was a lie.

And what exactly would be his motivation for these lies against you? You bring a smile to my face, Maby-boy.

These lies are not against me. This is not some conspiracy against me. I've no idea why he is telling these lies. Perhaps he's a pathological liar. Perhaps he's sold the shares? Perhaps he wanted to stop people from selling their shares and reinvesting in the competition?

How the fuck am I supposed to know. I can't read minds.

The schedule was to fly back home on Thursday; however, we had to extend the trip 1 extra day at the engineers.

Due to the fact that I just got in from our business trip to
eAsic and our Engineers, I will be transferring shares as soon as possible.
There is some very important work that needs to be done first.

All tendered shares will be paid this dividend.

Hello all!  I just wanted to pass along a few updates while I am onsite meeting with the engineering firm regarding the Avalon clones.  First though, I would like to apologize for the delay on transferring the shares from AMC-TENDER back into your accounts on BitFunder as ActiveMining shares.  It has been a hectic week(s) and I have not had time to get these processed.  I am planning on having all of the tendered shares in AMC-TENDER out the door by end of business Friday along with dividends after the transfer.  I cannot get to these until Friday because I am still on the west coast finalizing some orders of business with the engineers on the prototypes.

Remaining shares that are not in the AMC-TENDER account:

I have talked to Ukyo, hopefully, regarding the remaining shares on AMC BitFunder, and what we can do to get them automatically processed and transferred over to ActiveMining.  At this point, I would like to request that no one else sends me their AMC shares to AMC-TENDER, so that they can all be converted automatically. I will manually tender any remaining shares in the queue before then as well so no one is left behind.

Hi Guys,

I recently traveled to California for a nice vacation and to meet up with some companies such as Terrahash, HashFast, and also some local bitcoiners. While planning this trip I also tried to meet up with Ken but I arrived the day he was leaving I believe. However, one of the bitcoiners that I knew up here who wishes to remain anonymous is also a Silicon-Valley based engineer and in my opinion very well versed in the world of ASICs, was able to meet up with Ken for me.

I asked him to give me an overview of how he felt about Ken and the ASIC project he is working on in a nutshell. He confirmed with me that Ken is the real deal and that based on the conversation that was had, he doesn’t see any reason to think otherwise.

Now I know this might not sound like much but in my opinion if Ken can make this particular Engineer come to this conclusion then us shareholders should be in a very good position.

I’ll leave it at that and if Ken reads this he can confirm that he did indeed have a meeting with the Engineer on Friday.

This is looking even better guys!

Yes, I had a meeting with this particular Engineer last Friday.  We had a beer and talked about ASIC's in general, RTL programming, and a number of other things.

Shareholder Update:

Hello everyone, I wanted to give a quick update to every investor as it pertains to this week’s proceedings.

We had several meetings yesterday, namely the meeting with eASIC which went extremely well.  The ground work has been laid and everything is in motion for the NRE as planned down to the smallest of details.  I caution everyone that it will take us a couple of weeks to complete the painstaking process of getting all the funds converted and on to eASIC.  Please understand for business and legal reasons that we cannot go into any more detail at this time.  I would like to say that the future for Active Mining and its shareholders is exceptionally bright and I am over enthused with how this week has played out.  An official announcement will be released in due course.

I'll post Ken's PM since he was too shy to say it on here:
"still working on some deals."
Not sure why he didn't say that to all of us..

So the deal wasn't actually made it looks like?
I hope it just means they haven't closed the deal yet. If it means he's working on "other deals" with other companies then uh oh. The vague wording has me worried and I hope it's just Ken failing to communicate properly.

Everything is great with eAsic, still working with Tradehill to get setup.  Sorry, to be so short with the response to VE.  Had to get the dividends out today.
