621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: December 31, 2016, 01:25:18 PM
For a second I thought gambling on a casino was all based on FUN but after learning that different strategies like martingale, paroli and many others am convinced that gambling is now based on pure Profit and not fun!! NO ONE LOVES TO LOSE  Tongue
No one will play gambling to lose money, all players intention is to win there bet, But in gambling losing chance is high. So if you play for fun you will not think about your loss. But if you play for money you will chase your loss, and you will lose more money. This is the difference b/w fun and profit.
but when you decide to play gambling you must keep it in your mind that even you can lost your own money, because gambling is a game of chance and if you do not get the chance or if you are not lucky then you can lose your own money there.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: December 31, 2016, 09:04:35 AM
I used random bets, just listen to your instinct. When you lose on random bets you can't blame other people by recommending martingale to you. You do manual betting using random bets that's why you can't blame anyone except yourself. You need to just enjoy on dice games. That's what dice intended for, a leisure time for us hard working bitcoiners.
Yes it looks like it's a good method, only relying on a rendom so depends on luck.

I think there will never be the best method to ensure victory in the gambling like poker, dice, price prediction, score on sport, and so on. Let us gambling to find pleasure not just profits.

Randomizing the bets is much better than using a system or method. Just rely on luck. There is no system or method that would defeat the house in gambling. The house will always win in the long-run. So, the best choice would be to just randomly bet and try your luck. No one can profit from gambling if you use a method. Plenty of people tried and all of them failed.
to me as i mostly play gambling on sports games therefore i have no special method for gambling but just changing my bet according to the conditions of the game, some time when feel secure i  put high bet while other time when not so much sure about the result then try to put small amount of bitcoin for betting.
623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: December 31, 2016, 08:59:02 AM
Investing and gambling is a matter of decision making so this things will always rely on you. How much to lose or to gain is depending on your bets , same with when or where will the betting be. High or low risk it doesn't matter. The risk is always there.
It is depending on your investment, if you are investing a large amont then surely the risk is high and if you are going to invest a small amount then there is low risk, but the fact is that risk is always involve not only in gambling but in all types of trading also.
i think there are so many other risk factors, for example the type of gambling game. there is more risk in dice games as compare to sports betting, and your experience and gambling skill also effect your risk factors.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto trading or gambling on: December 31, 2016, 08:53:55 AM
Well, if i comparison between gambling and crypto trading, than i will choose both things. Because i am also doing both things, but which is better for me, You know sometime gambling is useful way for me. Because whenever i need money in a short time than i play it, and many time gambling help me. But crypto trading  is also profitable way, but in it, we know that every step, we are not depending on luck. Because we know when price increased when we sell our crypto than don't take tension, but only need patient.
This days I will say no to crypto trading and yes to gambling cos I made a trading acouple of months back and still not profitable. But will gamble/sport bet I make quick and easy money.

Trading is always better than gambling, because with gambling one could easily earn in a short time but as quoted by above mate it won't happen in every event. With trading based upon price variation to certain extent loss can be reduced, which is not possible with gambling. Gambling is similar to do or die situation.
The long term success can only be achieve in trading, in gambling you will win but that is just a temporary thing as the gambling operators will always have a long term success. For serious investors, trading is always a greater choice and gambling will always be a pure entertainment.

I think it depends on what gambling game you are playing.  Looking at sports betting, and crypto trading,  I think it will be easier to take a profit in sports betting than crypto trading.  The reason is that sports betting can have a high precentage accurate prediction because of the factor that can affect the result of the match.  While cryptocurrency trading is subject to scam altcoins, whale manipulation and pump and dump coins.  In this scenario, it would be better to bet in sports than trading with crypto.
i think if you have good study about the crypto market then it is better to put your money in cryto trading and specially if you have good trading skill and past experience in trading it will be an advantage to make money in trading alt coins. in sports game you still need a good luck to let you win your bet.
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Games Are So Much Fun on: December 31, 2016, 08:48:14 AM
just don't gamble like a mad , as most people who gamble in dice usually go mad quickly , the game seems really works with that way to hook people in short time quickly and get their money. idk lol.
There are slight differences between enjoying dice gambling and gambling it madly.

In my experience, dice is a gambling type just to entertain us and definitely not made for making profits from it. When you are not understanding this fact, you may go mad with your dicing. Otherwise dice gambling is certainly providing so much fun.
why you not just play an ordinary dice game , i mean to not stake a single penny in the game if you looking for an entertainment only as you said dice are not for making profit right? as i think everytime you gamble for real money in a game like dice , you will feel your adrenaline pushed faster , no time to think and just gamble randomly like a mad especially weh you hit a losing streak.
If you play dice game for fun or profit, the result is same it's loss. I am telling this from my experience. Because here no strategies and our skills will work this game is based on our luck. You are ready to lose your money play this game. I agree that this game will give more fun, but it's not the profiotable game it's just a timepass game.
yes gambling means to invest your money here, either for fun or for making money, specially in dice games where you cannot use your previous experience because you have to depend totally on  your luck. and if you are luck you will make money and will get fun from it and if you are unlucky then you cannot make money from gambling.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your pain and problems in the bitcoin world on: December 30, 2016, 09:08:34 PM
I don't have any problem to be exact, but ya I see some issues which bothers me sometimes. The price fluctuates quite frequently and in large volume, but I know it has to be. Next is sometimes, the payment is quite slow. Then those you don;'t gamble or don't trade, currently have less ways to earn heavy.
My area/locality is very little bothered about Bitcoin, even my friends are very least interested.
the price fluctuation is because of the people adopting bitcoin in a large scale, when the demand is increasing. thefore the price of bitcoin is all increasing and the fluctuation also increase.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: December 30, 2016, 08:59:32 PM
in the future bitcoin will be used more as a currency but it will never replace "money" or fiat as we know it. because that would mean replacing the centralized, government controlled fiat which is not possible at all.
yes governments have full control over fiat and government will never like to replace their fiat by bitcoin or any other digital currency, therefore it looking really difficult that bitcoin will replace fiat in near future.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the year 2100 on: December 30, 2016, 08:56:00 PM
It was really hard to make predictions especially almost hundred years from now, but, if bitcoin survives until then, it must be very well known and widely adopted by each country. I believe that almost 3/4 are using bitcoin that time even teens, and a lot of other digital currency will also discovered. The use of fiat will lessen.

it is impossible. 100 years is a period that is very far away. we can only be sure that in the future bitcoin will be increasingly used by the world community. the more people who think that bitcoin is a digital currency that is in demand.
yes 100 year is really a big time to predict about the future of bitcoin, but i think bitcoin has a bright future and may be after 100 years majority of the people of the world have just started using bitcoin.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: December 30, 2016, 08:51:44 PM
In the future we will probably have cashless world. Bitcoin is virtual currency that is ideal to compete with current payment system and money. It's already good established, you can check every transaction and Bitcoin is available to anyone without state boundaries. It's easy to manage with and with your online wallet it's available to you everywhere, whenever, 24/7.

Yeah but first we need to be a bit realistic, in this world there's still people who don't know how to read or don't have internet access. So how a Bitcoin-ruled economy will work for that people? We need to solve that first
i think it is not so easy, as some countries or area do not have internet facilities, they are such backward areas, and still the government cannot provide the the basic facilities of internet even the mobile services, so it will take some more time to get access to bitcoin by these people.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your pain and problems in the bitcoin world on: December 30, 2016, 08:47:32 PM
Firstly I have a problem (1) with the confirmation time since on purchasing something I have to wait till the transaction get confirmed only then will my order be placed (2) I always fear sending the bitcoins to a wrong address and check the address many times before sending, since a single letter mistake will cause the bitcoins to be lost forever.

(1) I also hate Bitcoin confirmation time if this time can be reduced than Bitcoin price will go to the moon. Now days banking transaction getting more faster day by day and Bitcoin transactions taking more times day by day.
(2) But I always check Bitcoin address tow or three times before sending my bitcoin usually I copy paste BTC wallet address so there is less chance of losing Bitcoin on wrong address. But if a wrong entered BTC address does not exist than I have doubt that transaction will be performed by the network .

Same problem. Seems like it will get more worst when users gets bloated in this industry. Perhaps there are some moves that are being taken to clean this problem.

Well at least, even you have trouble with sending bitcoins at least you have bitcoins in your wallet. Mine hasnt, I only have satoshis and the same problems of low priority and long confirmation. There are times that I want to quit bitcoins due to slow transactions and long confirmations but my online job pay bitcoin so I guess I will stick to bitcoin even though confirmation takes very long.
Long confirmations is not really a big deal and a valid reason for us to quit on bitcoin. There are really times that confirmations make take some time but its not usually happens. If you dont like long confirmations then better to pay up high tx fees so that you dont stress yourself out regarding on money transfers.
yes it is not such a big problem. but sill i think i think this problem should be solve in priority basis, because some time it really become panic to wait just for the conformation while buying something from market.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: December 30, 2016, 08:38:12 PM
in the future bitcoin will be used more as a currency but it will never replace "money" or fiat as we know it. because that would mean replacing the centralized, government controlled fiat which is not possible at all.
but i think bitcoin is not here to replace any fiat currency, people will defiantly have chance to use bitcoin as currency they will also continue using bitcoin, they are not going stop using fiat at all.
it will take a lot of time may be decades when all the people of the world will start using bitcoin, as still not a 1 percent of people are using bitcoin, but in fact the number of bitcoin users is increasing continuously, therefore we can expect that a time will come when majority of the people of the world will be using bitcoin.
632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: December 30, 2016, 08:30:36 PM
See bitcoin transactions depends upon the speed of youe internet
But usually it takes upto 1 hour

not really, its depend on the network traffic and if the network can handle many of transactions then i think for completing the transacting its less than 1 hour and i have many time to receive the bitcoin amount in less than 30 minutes.
i think it also depend on transaction fee, if you pay more then the transaction will be faster than you if you pay a minimum fee. but it also a fact that the transaction also depend on network traffic.
633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: December 30, 2016, 08:20:39 PM
China can't control bitcoin, it is freely tradable so any people can just buy it.

BTW, I heard that CIA or FBI has a big chunk of it, as they are kinda involved in the beginning... which is scary.
You must not follow the news on coindesk or some other sources of bitcoin news. China is holding more than 50% of the mining pool, as well as the amount of Bitcoin in the world. In general, they are controlling Bitcoin, and the most dangerous thing is that they can open a 51 attack any time they want.
i do no agree with you. as bitcoin is anonymous therefore no one know that which country has the most number of bitcoin uses, may be it is not China, may the Indian users are more than china may the Russians have the greater number than China and other countries of the world.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 30, 2016, 07:51:48 PM
Gambling is something that needs some luck and analysis, but in short, you can try your chances with small amounts. But you absolutely must not be addicted. Hyip is something I have never recommended. First of all to me, trade is the most important and one of the next steps.

Gambling is not a way to earn Bitcoins. On the other hand, it is a way to lose Bitcoins. It is an addiction, which must be avoided at any cost. Personally, I know several people who lost their life savings as a result of their addiction to gambling.

I think it depends on how you handle yourself when gambling. You can both earn and lose from it. I know some people who really earns some decent amounts from gambling because they have a discipline in gambling where they know when to stop. I also know someone who is broke from it because he always gets greedy everytime he plays.
I do not recommend gambling at all. There are more chances that the "house" wins and not you.Even if you win you will win a small amount,so it is not worth it gambling away the Bitcoins, you hardly worked for.Better buy Bitcoins with Fiat and keep it in your wallet as a long term investment for your future.
i do not think that all the houses have the same strategy. there are so my casino and gambling sight they remain fair  in their dealing. they do not give favour to house and remain fair in their dealing.
635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do Bitcoins really circulate into users? on: December 30, 2016, 07:44:08 PM
It circulate like real money. It is sort of "minted" by the miners who obtain them by solving mathematical problems. These btc they earned are then sold to people and that's when it start circulating.

Needless to say, it's the demand that causes the price to rise. It started low but as people started getting more into it, the price started to increase. This is further compounded by bitcoins being lost in wallets, satoshis being forgotten in faucets and the amount of bitcoin being mined decreasing over time.
i think there are two possible ways of circulating bitcoin in countries. one is that people use it onlie for shopping and the second is that the sell it in exchange and then people from the other countries may buy it.
636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Newbie on: December 29, 2016, 10:12:53 PM
Hey all.  So i want to start trading, but i have almost no idea what to do. So i would love if someone would disscus that with me and eberyone else Smiley

So, to start trading, i need site for that. I would want to do altcoins/bitcoins trading, i used to know one site but can't find it anymore...

And then, any tips here for me and other newbies? Buy cheap sell expensive is not tip i search for Smiley What mistakes to avoid, what to never do etc.

Thanks everyone!  Cool

First you must decide what is it you want to trade : alt coins, btc/fiat, or both.
If it is alt coin trading then remember there are many scam coins out there. Also with btc/fiat trading you must be prepared for every situation.
yes that is a fact that there is always a chance to be scammed. but you need to take risk if you want to make money, because without taking risk you cannot make money.
637  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: December 29, 2016, 10:10:50 PM
yeah its really good time to do it because bitcoin price is now 900$ and i hope bitcoin will be increase its price to 1000$ in this week so you can buy bitcoin in high amount then i am sure you will get a big profit .
although the price of bitcoin is trading in a such a high price but still i will like to add that still it is good time because the prediction about bitcoin is too good therefore to buy bitcoin even in present price is a wise decision.
638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make a successful Trade? on: December 29, 2016, 10:07:56 PM
if you are expert or skillful then you can be a good and successful trader and i am very skillful trader and earning a huge profit from trading and sometime i think that trading is depend on your luck.
i agree with you that if someone skillful and expert in trading and have a good knowledge about trading then surely who is a successful trader and these trader will be never face to lost in trading and they get a big profit from trading.

You are completely wrong every trader will loose some money because trading is not completely depend by one person, there many people who are trading for their benefits, you have to plan according to that and you have to take right decision at that point in order to make profits.

Every time it is not possible to make profits because many traders have lot of plans to implement you need to prepare for every thing and try to concentrate you trading what ever the skills you have in order to make profits.
but i think for every tine you must have your own strategy for every time you need to have good knowledge about the market, and for every time you need to put risk to make good money.
639  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to buy really large BTC amounts? on: December 29, 2016, 10:01:34 PM
you could purchase large quantity of bitcoins from any exchanges ,the only issue you would face is it is mandatory to verify the identity if you are purchasing large amount of coins and most exchanges have a daily limit of $50000 worth of coins
you are right that you can buy bitcoin from any trusted exchange in how any amount if you can afford and there is no ban to buy bitcoin in huge amount its all depend on your balance and i think now you can buy bitcoin with good price because bitcoin will be more increase its price in to few weeks.
yes there is no restriction for buying bitcoin, you have the right to buy bitcoin as more as you can, there is no limit of bitcoin, i think  bitcoin price is so high that it is really difficult to afford some more bitcoins.
640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Future on: December 25, 2016, 08:14:01 PM
there are still so many sites, projects that are good and are designed in a good way by trusted and expert people around. i think you have not yet seen those. but i agree that there is a lack of new and good projects around, specifically some things that are really needed.

for example i have always wanted to see a big site like ebay but something that is only working with bitcoin. there is OpenBazaar but it is not yet popular.
The problem is the lack of people interested in investing with a long-term vision. Most people who try to open a website, claiming to run a Bitcoin business, they do it with the intention of making a quick profit, with the money of inexperienced users. That's why there are so many scams in crypto. When more real entrepreneurs come along, things will change.
actually there are two types of investors the short term investors and the long term investors, the short term investor have mostly little amount  of bitcoins and therefore they invest their money for short period of  time, while in long term investment the investors must have a good amount of money so that after a long time they can get a good profit.
