Devo dire che mi sono registrato per curiosità al 90%, e per evitare che qualcuno "usurpasse" il mio nome in qualche modo. Stessa cosa che ho fatto io, ho solo teleportato l'account ma non ho mai scritto nulla. Se qualcuno vuole candidarsi per il post meta della boad gemella, posso passare tutto l'armamentario per fare tabelle, grafici etc. Buon divertimento però, non credo che il tool di ddmrddmr lo supporti: sarà da fare tutto a mano! Onestamente credo che gli stati uniti abbiano capito che bitcoin potrebbe essere un sistema per fare un balzo notevole dal punto di vista tecnologico rispetto ad altri, credo, altrimenti non mi spiego questo cambio di idea repentino. Solo per gli ETF? non lo so, voi che dite a riguardo, pensate che gli stati uniti, inteso come governo, diventino amichevoli verso bitcoin?
Credo sia una unione di tantissimi fattori, non solo ETF. Sicuramente hanno contributio, ma ci sono appunto altre lobby che fanno sentire il loro peso. Tutto il famoso indotto, se vogliamo considerarlo, del mining sicuramente inizia ad avere un peso in Texas e di conseguenza non puoi far finta che queste persone votanti non esistono e non pagano le tasse. Quindi si crea una specie di cortocircuito e non possono fare azioni distruttive. Io non so see gli USA fanno bene a provare ad accentrare presso di loro il mining, seppure certamente più ecosostenibile del mining "sporco" che si faceva in Cina. So per certo però che ha fatto un errore la Cina quando ha deciso il ban del miner. Riunciare a quel modo alla leadership incontrastata nell'industria a più alta intensità di capital e più competitiva al mondo. Secondo me è stato un errore secolare. |

L'illusione, almeno in Italia è che la stessa rivalutazione degli immobili che hanno avuto i genitori ed i nonni, sia possibile oggi.
Ma difatti mi chiedo se chi ha patrimoni tipo quelli ai quali accenni spesso tu Paolo, investono davvero nell'immobiliare. Secondo me no. Certo, avranno le loro case, qualche immobile di rappresentanza in posti dove avere una casa è come avere del cash (Londra, NY, magari Roma), ma non credo si investa in immobiliare se hai un'orizzonte di 100 anni. IO invece personalmente ho pochi dubbi che se dovessi scegliere di investire 10,000 Euro per rivederli tra 70 anni, allora comprerei sicuramente Bitcoin, ma vabbè io sono un caso a parte. |

Tutti gli ETF su Bitcoin seguono lo stesso schema di funzionamento e sono regolati allo stesso modo. Alla SEC piaceva l’uniformità in questo caso (arrivando a fare micromanangement dei custodian e dei meccanismi di creation/redemption). Puoi addirittura compararlo con altri ETF:  Come l’ETF sull’oro non è regolato dal Securities act del 1940, ma non è che questo non ne faccia un ETF. IBIT è un Grantor Trust ETF secondo i dettami del 1933 Act. Del resto anche IVV è un Trust, anche se regolato dal Comoany Act del 1940. Ma quello ha a che fare con la natura del sottostante, non del “contentitore”. |

Dipende molto (tutto) dalla tua banca. Riguardo alla segnalazione ti direi però di stare tranqillo. Le banche segnalano praticamente tutto (da prelievi di 500 euro o comunque anomali, ad ogni bonifico che triggerino loro alert (bonifico estero quasi sicuramente). Che poi ad una segnalazione corrisponda qualcosa è tutta una altra questione. La banca segnala perchè se per caso poi le autorità rilevano una infrazione che la banca non aveva segnalato, di sicuro ci va di mezzo. Se invece la Banca fa una segnalazione che poi non porta a nulla, comunque non soccede nulla alla banca. Quindi: nel dubbio, segnalare! |

ETF inverso a leva, potrebbe non esserci perché non essendoci nessun ETF vero e proprio su Bitcoin, non può esserci nemmeno il suo inverso.
Paolo, ma sta cosa l'ho un pò approfondita. Quelli su bitcoin sono ETF a tutti gli effetti. Sono registrati presso la SEC come ETF e sottoposti al regolamento proprio degli ETF (Investment Company Act of 1940). Se mi dici che gli ETF sono solo quelli del registrati con il 1933 ACT, però spiegarmi bene il tuo punto di vista, dato che a qeusto punto mi pari l'unico a definirli in questo modo. |
