Ok I tried another 100 sended to you, and it turn out to send it 3 times 100.
622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Bismuth - Easy Integration, Endless Possibilities, Python, Testnet on: June 28, 2016, 11:51:30 AM
DOH! Yeah it worked I sended you 100.

I'm on windows 7 and after installing, if I check gui, miner and node, they fail to start. I must open them manually and select run as an admin for them to work.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Bismuth - Easy Integration, Endless Possibilities, Python, Testnet on: June 28, 2016, 11:32:40 AM
The miner is not really very optimized for maximum performance, it is lightweight and paused if it sees that reward has been awarded for a segment

Reward should have gone to e31fd787e1c547996fb3059c4478a4364c8079df6e49a5616c870394, but it seems my node ignored it. Strange.

That is my adress, andBTW in the wallet is there a way to do the paste function (for entering adress) I don't see it?

Either from GUI/Overview (CTRL+C) or from address.txt
Found the bug, client compares hash to local, not received address. Fixing

I try to send you back some, but how to paste your adress in recipient? CTRL+P doesn't work.

Ok installed the newest release, and now see that you send me 10 000. Miner is started, but seem to not use cpu cycles, normal?

BTW Node is at block 136 as of right now.

Stuck at block 74?
627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Motherboards with power buttons and without on: June 26, 2016, 11:08:56 AM
The Asrock Pro BTC series mother boards are good. They are H61 and H81 Por BTC. Or the H97 anniversary.

There are no power button on h97 aniversary.

You don't need power button, just short the pins with a screwdriver when it's time to turn on the rig. If all goes well you almost never have to turn it on again, it is always on.
628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: June 26, 2016, 02:23:02 AM
Silly question, but what could one expect to earn (coins) mining with ex: 100 m/h - per day I only ask because what some calculators show, and what I seem to mine are different amounts lol.

Just wondering what others are getting lately...
THX

about 0.77 ETH/100mhs /day
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Help me build the perfect Ethereum mining setup on: June 25, 2016, 12:07:02 PM
I would like to start ethereum mining,I would need the full setup tutorial.I have absolutely free Electricity with no limit and 0 cost. could you guys please tell me best hardware to start with.

1- What kind of PC should be as i have 3 AMD Athlonx2 computers.(good enough or do i need something else)
2- GPU - which is the best GPU for Ethereum mining right now to get max hash rate (both for solo and pool mining) and how much price would be and from where i can buy them new or used?
3- How many ethereum can i generate per day from GPU with highest hashrate
4- How many GPU can i use in one PC and how to connect multiple GPUs and computers for mining.
5- what other hardware and tools are required to start instantly
6- How faster internet speed should be?
7- If i forget to ask something please write here aswell

Any detailed tutorial/guides and help to setup things instantly will be really appreciated.

Your are too late for the party, but here are the answers:

1- processor not important, but need at least 4gb ram, need a motherboard with the most pcie (asrock h97 aniversary for example) for 5-6 gpu per rig
2- amd r9 290 or 390 hash about 30 mhs, cost 200-300 each
3- with one of those card mentionned, 0,25 eth/day for now, but its dropping
4- 5-6 gpu per rigs, you need pci risers to connect them on pcie x1 slot
5- need good and strong powersupply (1500w+)
6- no need of lightning fast internet with huge bandwith, just a good ping
630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v4.6 (Windows/Linux) on: June 25, 2016, 11:55:18 AM
Hello,
I just built my first mining PC and i wanted to know if my results are good.

i have 4x 380x 1020/1475 default Mhz
EthDcrMiner64.exe -etha 0 -ethi 16,8,16,16 -mode 1 -esm 0 -mclock 1500,1475,1500,1500 -epool eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal 0x -epsw x -eworker ethrig1

Total Speed: 84.508 Mh/s
GPU0 21.085 Mh/s, GPU1 21.109 Mh/s, GPU2 21.132 Mh/s, GPU3 21.183 Mh/s
GPU0 t=70C fan=72%, GPU1 t=74C fan=81%, GPU2 t=71C fan=74%, GPU3 t=65C fan=60%

Is this what other people are getting? Or can it be improved without OCing?

21 mhs is right on for a 380x
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Bismuth - No Limits, Easy Integration, Endless Possibilities, Python on: June 24, 2016, 11:38:23 AM
Interesting! I would like to test it...
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Radeon released RX 480. on: June 24, 2016, 11:12:37 AM
any speculation of hashrate for X 480 ?

Just read this whole thread, you will find plenty.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PWR] POWERCOIN - Distributed Computing made easy [NOW TRADING] on: June 23, 2016, 11:58:13 PM
holly shit, another scam coin. i thought it is a good project. and the price is almost dead to 1 satosi. shit man, someone should close this  PWR coin thread.

It was predictable, do you seriously think they send 2000 airdrop to 2000 differents wallets, surely not, 200-300 X 15 000 PWR was the real airdrop and all the rest was keeped himself (the dev). A good way to hidea huge premine that was dumped.

634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: How to vote on Dwarfpool for the softfork ? on: June 23, 2016, 11:31:06 AM
Hello everyone ! I'd like to give my vote for the softfork, but it demands me the IP addresses of my miners. What is that ? Is it the IP address of my total rig ?

Quote from: Dwarfpool
To authorize please enter full IP addresses of some of your workers mined last 24 hours

What's that spelling ? Pretty hard to understand...

Also, I have some doubts that it is not fair at all, but that's another story Roll Eyes...

What I did, is open a web page with one of my miner and go to whatismyip, and enter this ip adress you will then be able to vote.
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: ethpool.org or ethermine.org for 370 mhs? on: June 22, 2016, 09:48:07 PM
go for ethpool.org if you want to keep network more decentralized..

Ok, but in my case is there is an option more profitable than other or it's the same?
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / ethpool.org or ethermine.org for 370 mhs? on: June 22, 2016, 09:33:36 PM
Title said it all, wich site is most suited for my miners hashrate? (370mhs)

TIA
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Mining Project on: June 21, 2016, 10:19:51 PM
Hello there

I need your advice with the following project idea.

For example, 10 mining rigs with each 16x Radeon 480x and a electricity price of 13 cents.
Approx. investment is 50-60k $

Do you think this will break even or is it way to risky giving the DAO/ETH thing?

I wouldn't risk that much money:

1) rx480 hashrate is just speculation

2) eth is not is a good situation now and not really that profitable

3) can you tell me how you will build a 16 gpus rig?

638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether is hacked. 8 million Ether (shit) tokens stolen. It will crash and die. on: June 21, 2016, 01:53:47 PM
It is kinda strange that all this drama appeared when ETH was on his ATH (fiat speaking). Last time it was on his ATH there was the ETH forum closing drama, and then Vitalik selling his stash, etc... Kinda strange that it is always when ETH is high.... Speaking of the forum, it is still open...   Roll Eyes
Why is it strange that a price decline follows negative news???

Ps Vitalik only sold 20% of his funds. He, like us all, has bills to pay and ETH is his day job. FFS.

It is strange that negative news always appear when it's on his ATH.

Something that felt needed addressing.

We will be compiling Wolf's miner soon, excuse the delay but regrettably for me personally there was a lot that had to get taken care of in my personal life over the past two days and as such the miner was not compiled yet.
We're sure many of you have been wondering.

Thank you as always to everyone for your incredible support, you guys are awesome!

@everyone
