On ED you can invest and be the casino roll if it is legal in your country Aren't "bitcoin casinos" legal pretty much everywhere, except in countries where bitcoin is considered an actual currency? Iceland and Germany come to mind, and the USA where it's not really clear from the legal perspective, but people just don't want potential trouble. I'm from Slovenia like you, and i invested, so no problems ;-) |

New technologies are coming, just watch ripple grow and explode...One bank is already using the ripple network. This is just a matter of month before ripple grows exponentially, soon everybody will trade crypto currencies on ripple network.

Each time I bring new arguments showing that ripple will be disruptive and that we'll trade crypto over this network ... sorry for stupid question, but what is ripple ? is it crypto like BTC ? so what is the difference than? In which part it is better/worse than BTC ? No one knows. Just enjoy it. well i don't like copying, so i don't support anything else but BTC, since i think it was first crypto, am i right? |

i think all off you are wrong, nobody can predict price of BTC. And i can bet on this. it can go to 5$ in a day and back to 400$, it can also go to 1000$ in a day and back to 400$, you will never know unless you are big fish in the pond and you have some real deal piece of information or some big ammount of money.

I told you few days ago, that bitstamp is going to be closed due to some illegal activities. That wasnt just a rumor;)
Please, enlighten us. as far as my sources teold me. Bitstamp is involved is some illegal activity, presumably some paedophile groups use bitstamp to exchange money. That is why bitstamp is going to be closed for investigation etc next week or so. If (or really, WHEN) it turns untrue, I hope someone here will remind me to have this guy banned. that is almost like a bet. It needs a timeline.. maybe one or two weeks (or NO later than the end of the month), if the closing of stamp does NOT happen, then Chromosoma = banned... he definitely has been spreading a lot of NON-substantive bitcoin is dead FUD>>>>> that's for sure. For all you know he could have been told a lie from someone else and truly believed it. I wonder why you have this seeming burning desire to defend FUD spreaders. Chromosoma seems to have developed a FUD spreading pattern of behavior. Further, when a poster is making outrageous and difficult to believe claims, s/he should have some kind of affirmative obligation to provide some sources for that claim.. . or at least some logic concerning why the claim is plausible.. .. IN this case, Chromosoma is NOT only claiming plausible, but s/he is claiming high likelihood bordering on certainty that Stamp will be closing.... Probably, we are giving him/her too much credibility and airtime by merely discussing such baloney assertions. why do you call Chinese situation FUD? Ker se bitcoin uradno ne obravnava kot denarno sredstvo ali finančni instrument v Sloveniji, pomeni to, da lahko nekdo gostuje strežnik in spletno stran, ki obratuje spletno igro na srečo izključno z bitcoini, popolnoma legalno, brez kakršne licence? Ker po zakonu to potem več ni "igra na srečo," saj ni vpletenega denarja, pa tudi "storitev" posledično ne more biti, zgolj "zabavna spletna igra." Izgleda kot perfektna loophole.
Res je, vendar so bitcoini opredeljeni kot naložba, torej gre za igro na srečo, ograniziranje le-teh pa ni dovoljeno. Bi pa rad spomnil, da se lahko vsem kontrolam in sledovom izogneš, znajdeš se lahko sam, nočem nobenega napeljevati. |

Sem popolni začetnik s tem, in recimo, da imam lepo vsoto bitcoinov, ki sem jih dobil. Če jih prodam in znesek preko BitStampa nakažem na bančni račun odprt pri Abanki, je slučajno kakšen limit, za katerega ne bodo sumljivi in se DURS ne bo vtikal?
Nekje sem slišal, da če je pod 5,000 €, ampak nekako ne verjamem, kvečjemu 500 €. Ampak, če tole pod 500 € drži, pomeni to, da lahko napravim več takšnih transakcij v razmaku par dni in pridem skozi radar? Gre se za fizično osebo, s statusom študenta, brez redne zaposlitve.
Sigurno ima kdo kakšne izkušnje z izkazovanjem večjih vsot denarja. Je mogoče davek (če se ga resno ne morem izogniti z večjimi/večkratnimi nakazi) manjši, če odprem bančni račun v Avstriji?
v Sloveniji DURS ne priznava BTC kot valuto, tako da davka na te transakcije ni. Pravtako ti ni potrebno nikjer potrditi, da je to bilo darilo, pač pa da si jih sam narudaril, kar pomeni, da niti ni davka na darila. LP |
