621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling = just for fun or an investment method? on: November 12, 2020, 03:02:25 PM
Gambling and investing are quite similar things in terms of the risk but they are different from each other, most people gamble because of entertainment and for fun but of course with the money as well, thinking that they could earn in gambling as well. Investing should be serious only and not for entertainment. Between these two ways of earning money, I prefer the investment compared to gambling because I find it so hard to earn and win in gambling based on my experience.
I don't bet massively as I have bad story on this sector. For me gambling just simple entertainment but when do win give me little comfort. I generally don't run always of winning back but usual habit to do it. I know most gamblers who play responsibly appreciate the benefit, take it as investment but I have some limitation and I love what I do.
That is the good thing to do when you gamble, quit while you are ahead, you need to be contented with what you have now. It is the way we handle the money for us to be successful.
622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs more women. on: November 12, 2020, 11:54:54 AM
I don't see the reason for saying that bitcoin needs more women, well in fact gender doesn't necessary for cryptocurrency because all can do and explore cryptocurrency no matter what gender you are. You are just saying that because most boys are well known in cryptocurrency it is because of technology on which male is the dominated one because girls are more focus on the social and not technical aspect. Both women and men are needed in cryptocurrency with no gender bias.
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Role of Bitcoin in Developing counties to accelerate Growth process on: November 12, 2020, 11:00:05 AM
There are still many things that they can do to prevent poverty and cryptocurrency is one of which as long as they use it for investment and trading purposes which is a risky one, so the question here is that are they going to take the risk or not, for those people who are unfortunate living, I don't think that they ate well with these things because what if they have lost? it would be a big thing for them, they should use it for their daily needs and not to take the risk. Investment and trading are good if you have extra money and you have also a source of income but if you don't have them then I don't think that it would be advisable.
624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received a call/text recently from a friend/fam asking about Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2020, 11:36:05 AM
I only received a message about cryptocurrency only once in my entire life because I am not that cryptocurrency expert, he asked me about this forum and how bitcoin works, I gave him details about this forum and how it works but unfortunately, he did not register upon knowing that he would not be able to earn here easily. Most of the people want to know cryptocurrency because they think that they could earn money here but that is not what it should be.
Most of the people who don't have enough knowledge about cryptocurrency think that it is easy money, lol.
625  Economy / Economics / Re: Hoping that its the end of corona virus on: November 11, 2020, 09:14:09 AM
I am also looking forward that this virus will end this year, as of now the cases in our country are now going down and that is good news because those people who work in the street are now can do that with some restrictions, it is already enough for now because we can still implement full forces because there is still virus in our country and the possibility to spread to many people is still high.

The vaccine for this pandemic is not yet discovered but the good thing here is that we can avoid it just by making our body healthy, if we may boost our immune system then we can prevent this pandemic from spreading but that is not that easy to do especially for those unfortunate people.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter didn’t completely disable posting bitcoin addresses on: November 11, 2020, 07:33:41 AM
I wasn't informed about that thing in Twitter because I am not that too active in social media but I think Twitter disable tweet using bitcoin address or crypto wallet address to prevent scamming, even though our crypto address is for the public, it does necessary means that aw should post it on social media whenever we want, we should still be careful of the things we ate going to do online because hackers and scammers are always there especially on social media platforms. It is like baning a Facebook platform for using the hashtag bitcoin in some certain areas.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Risks Of Bitcoin Going To Zero Has Gotten More Lower Than Ever on: November 11, 2020, 04:49:15 AM
The probability of the bitcoin getting zero is not that possible, there are already many people knows about cryptocurrency and many establishments start adopting it as a means of payment, the more people know it, the more useful the cryptocurrency has then the lower the possibility that it will gong to be zero value, maybe shortly, bitcoin will be adopted in most countries and if that would happen the value of the bitcoin will go far away from zero and starts from going higher and higher.

The thing here is that most people think that bitcoin will go with zero value once it started up falling, once they see that bitcoin keeps on decreasing they will sell it right away because of thinking that they could waste their money if the bitcoin will keep on falling but there are still some who keeps it in their wallet as an investment, remember that the volatility of the cryptocurrency is its unique feature.
628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 11, 2020, 02:59:01 AM
As of now, there is no casino gambling that uses cryptocurrency as a means of payment because it is decentralized and most of the casino gambling that we know are owned by authorities or somehow related to the government, but I am hoping for good innovation for cryptocurrency in gambling for the future and if it would happen, I don't think that many people will use it as their payment because there would be many factors they consider first before using it unlike on gambling using fiat currency.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a world power? on: November 10, 2020, 03:29:06 PM
I got your point and it could somehow happen because of the power of the government especially if the one who knows and does trading and investing it is the president but it is not enough because there are still many people that could oppose the government, their citizen and other government institution may oppose the government of the things he/she wants to be especially if it is against the centralized system.

The adoption will be the best thing for bitcoin to be more popular all over the world, it should be started on the leader and members should follow it as well.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happened to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency? on: November 10, 2020, 02:27:58 PM
It takes time before they crate their currency, American can create digital currency and it is only for american people, China can also create a digital currency for Chinese people only, creating their digital currency will not affect bitcoin or any cryptocurrency. At first, most of the people in their country will support that digital currency because it is still new and there are many benefits that they can do but as time goes by they may realize how unique bitcoin is and may regret why they set cryptocurrency away.

632  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can A Chrome app be a malwware and steal your private keys? on: November 10, 2020, 12:31:06 PM
Anything related to the internet could be hacked, you shouldn't store your private keys on your Gmail account or anything online, there would be a high possibility that your private key could be seen and your crypto wallet would be the next, if I were you, I will use a piece of paper for storing my private keys and keep it in a safe place, try to have two copies of it and put it in different places because there are still some chances that bad things might happen, for instance, your house will get burnt out or a disaster, having a back up will lessen the problem about that.
633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the new US administration be friendly to bitcoin? on: November 10, 2020, 12:14:29 PM
No matter who won the election for the president, it won't change the fact that they would not be friendly to bitcoin because they are in a centralized system and they won't even encourage their citizen to try cryptocurrency or decentralized system but I think eventually they will someday in future because as we all know this country has the most number of the crypto machine all over the world so meaning to say many people are using cryptocurrency in their area.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State-Issued Digital Currencies - Why do you need to sell all your bitcoin on: November 10, 2020, 10:37:26 AM
What would we expect from CBDC, they will just say negative things about cryptocurrency, decentralized and centralized system is a different thing, they see bitcoin as no worth, that is not new for every old bitcoin user. Can you tell us what article are you going to create? if that's not a good thing then it would be a waste of time, there would be no members of the forum that will support that because you will just misinform newbies and newcomers of the crypt world. you should not focus only on one information that you have read, try to find some otheuseful information to make things clear to you.
635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 10, 2020, 09:39:28 AM
Newbies will fall for that Ponzi scheme, if you want to avoid that Ponzi scheme then you better try to research first about that gambling casino or better check whether it is licensed or not, I hope you know what to do if you encounter an unlicensed casino gambling, just remember that there will be no 100% interest for every platform, that is full of scam, there wouldn't be a legit platform that will give 100% interest for only 1 day.  I already experienced being scammed by that offer but it is not about gambling it is an investment website which is a Ponzi scheme.
636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers forced into unpaid leave on: November 10, 2020, 01:30:49 AM
That's so sad but it is truly happening at our current condition, we are now suffering from the pandemic especially our work outside our home, this pandemic forces some company to lessen their workers just to still enough money for them, well we cannot blame them because that is business and we are all suffering from the pandemic, the good thing here is that on October, they have recovered from the gaming revenue, it happens because the cases of this pandemic become less which results of not having too many restrictions.
637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on gambling casinos on: November 10, 2020, 12:19:15 AM
Maybe you should avoid gambling casinos that are not licensed, there is a high possibility that your identity may be used for some purposes and your funds will not be safe, most of the casino that does not requires KYC do not require KYC as well when you are going to do withdrawal or deposit, so you better doubt that casino gambling, anyway, can you tell us the name of that casino gambling so we may become aware as well and avoid that casino. There are many licensed casino gambling, just leave the casino that has no license and focus on the legit one.
638  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ways to get Bitcoin/ETH under 18/ trade. on: November 09, 2020, 08:11:47 AM
I think it would be hard for 16 years old to buy bitcoin because most of the exchanges require KYC but it wouldn't be a problem if you are going to use the Identity of you parents to create an account in exchange so that you could create an account, that is what my friend always does when he wants to try some exchange and casino gambling that requires KYC, he always uses the identity of his father, so far, everything is fine.
Depending on where you live, there might be a bitcoin ATM near you. Even though they have high fees they are also anonymous and need no identity verification to use.
Really? I haven't tried using a bitcoin ATM, I really thought that it requires KYC or a valid ID, before you can access the ATM.
639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The main driving force behind bitcoin rally on: November 08, 2020, 01:12:13 PM
The price of the bitcoin keeps on increasing because of the demand, many people still buying bitcoin because of thinking that it could increase more to the point that it can reach $20k within this year, I am hoping that it could happen as well. as what many people are saying, they keep on thinking that it is because of the US election than affect the inflation of the bitcoin which is unreasonable, there is no relation between the price of the bitcoin to the US election.

The second factor is the delay effect of the bitcoin halving, we cannot see huge movement when the bitcoin halving and I am thinking that it is one of the reasons.
640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: American election is nothing to do with BTC on: November 08, 2020, 12:19:11 PM
I've always seen a discussion about the price movement of bitcoin to the American election, there are many sides regarding this topic, there are some who believe that the inflation of bitcoin is caused by the American election but there are still many people who stand with not believing that bitcoin has relation with the price of bitcoin, on my side I cannot sit there is the relation between two variables, even though america has the big population that uses cryptocurrency it is still not a reason for it because there are still many factors that can affect the price of the bitcoin.
