To my knowledge it can't be done its just to large You can do marriage contracts in the blockchain but a 5mb file is too big If you want to save it for future generations may as well try storing it on the maidsafe network when it gets a release then having enough maidcoins to effectively keep it there for a damn long time, maybe not effectively forever but long enough for whatever purpose you likely have in mind.

with the right signature campaign, you can get much more than mining at the moment
with a senior in rank(you don't need hero, since they share the same rate) you can earn 1-2 bitcoin a month easily, maybe even more, so a block in less than a year
with mining unless you run a big farm and very cheap electricity and you also made roi or at least 1/2 of roi, you can't match that
there are not many signature campaigns at the 2 btc a month mark that can be signed up for as of today. Used to be Well even back when Primedice was around H@C didn't get to that level and he was and still is one busy posting machine And also one flag it and tag it moderation device To tease him a bit H@C is a Staff Member earning 0.0013 a month from his PrimeDice Signature to earn 25 BTC he must post 25/0.0013 = 19,230 Posts Assuming that he started when he was a new member to the forum and has been with Stunna ever since he's about half way to his goal including the lower rate he earned when he was still a member rank and before his November 2014 promotion to staff in other words keep chugging along H@C keep riding the Choo Choo train to Freedom XD Now if he converted to the darkside and joined Bit-X on the other hand it would be 0.0014 so pop quiz how many posts less would it be to hit the 25 BTC goal from 0 kidding just teasing ya. To sum it up with mining its near negative ROI factoring electricity unit cost and difficulty With a signature the return is a pure return no other costs besides time to post included. (Edit) Well forgot to add moderation income from Theymos 5 BTC to go nice you should go buy some shiny things ^^ https://blockchain.info/address/1BxtA9j2qD9KZKnrihiuB7YmZT8rr6Rimh

Obligatory depression post:
5000 shares at the peak of AM = 30,000 BTC+ @ that times BTC price = $150 BTC) = 4.5 million Today: $18k and change.
Indeed that is a scary decrease from a paper millionaire to a pauper well half a year wages Is one giant drop

EternalWingsOfGod, thank you very much for this update. Will edit the OP right now. EDIT: Done.
No problem glad to help I was waiting a bit longer for a confirmation on this one but considering the fact that the site has been down since December and thinking about it I doubt i'll get an answer to my question any time soon, I think you can say the BTCRabbit Campaign is long dead suprised no one checked for three months Website is closed. I presume campaign is closed too.

CryptoVPN doesn't have escrow, as Carra23 will be counting the posts of members and processing payments as well. I'll update the OP with the details of the signature campaign right now.
EDIT: Done.
CryptoVPN has made a couple of small changes to it's campaign. Maximum post for the month has been dropped from 100 to 80 They will also make a half payment for members that can only make 40 posts for the months. Those are some nifty changes. Updating the OP right now. EDIT: Done. Temporary change in offer for CryptoVPN change in effective post count for users this month so a note might be required This month of march we will only require 30 for half and 60 for full just in case we get any late joiners this month. April and any month onwards will have the requirement will go back to 40/80.

Eternal, thank you!
I definitely realize my question was vague because a huge mining operation would get to 25 BTC faster than one machine in an apartment some where.
To use the calculator you shared I need some more education, what's an average hash rate? I have no idea.
I edited the previous post added dogies guide for shopping and comparisons that you can use to figure it out But it depends entirely on what miner your using, if its a 2TH unit or a 1TH unit etc. Example Bitmain Antminer S4 would generate 2TH http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NWHT18A/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00NWHT18A&linkCode=as2&tag=psu03-20&linkId=SVWZ67JRKPJ43JEGRetails at around 900-1749 dollars and pays out 0.64 BTC month at present! Which is 189.31/month according to the calculator (Assuming no difficulty increases break even is in 5 to 10 months at this Bitcoin price sooner if the price rises, and later if it drops) Factoring in future difficulty you may not get to 25 BTC with just one unit before it's just a waste of energy to have it running (Kind of like running an asicminer USB stick at 320 mh at the present difficulty) Can't say how high difficuly will be in 10 months but its a diminishing marginal return.

Guys, you're all missing the point. I'm not asking how to make money. (I HAVE AN AD IN MY SIGNATURE SPACE!)
I'm asking which would take longer, earning 25 BTC through mining or through a signature ad campaign as a Sr. or Hero Member?
If you don't know, don't respond.
P.S. CIYAM, if you're out there, i'm starting to see the frustration you see in people posting bullshit posts just to get paid...
Well your question wasn't clear enough on the amount of hashing power you had If you could find a block because you had a lot of mining power then of course its easy to get 25 BTC Here use this should be simple enough to get an estimate https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculatorThen choose a miner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=456691

Well Cavirtex is shutting down so now its just mixing with the other exchanges that sell altcoins with them Hard to differentiate.

Coinbase, one of the most popular Bitcoin payment processors and wallet providers, has announced on its blog that it will be shutting down its Bitcoin tipping button. Another excellent tipping service in the bitcoin community,ChangeTip, has gotten some even better traction, and done a great job at pushing the tipping ecosystem forward. So today we’d like to show our support for them and encourage existing users of our tip button to migrate over to ChangeTip Insread of competing with ChangeTip, Coinbase has decided to focus on its main purpose of providing Bitcoin infrastructure, encouraging tippers to use ChangeTip. Coinbase said that it will help its tip button users transition to ChangeTip in the coming weeks, noting that the Coinbase tip button is set to be totally shut down by April 1, 2015. Not a user of coinbase but neutral on it, kind of wondering why a button takes so much load on their infrastructure that it can't be duplicated but whatever.

Moderately, however that will change in the long run as more people become aware of other functions bitcoin can address and see it as more than a system to transfer and transmit money.

Reading the changelog in my opinion it makes sense on the communication front since we have been working on getting communications improved for the better part of the year without much progress by some measures so a downgrade made sense. But it is more than 1 (since there is communication and 0 would be the absense of it 1 seems a tad low) The prisma was an issue but the way it was handled was good so seems like a fair decrease for now. It did make me look at all the competitors quite a few. Good stuff haven't checked in a while.

because people sell.
Yep I guess because its still not easy for people to use it Well beyond a certain technology level, and it can't target the rich seniors with a lot of money

"The company's Plus Program requires a minimum $25,000 investment, and associated fees can be paid with bitcoin."
Yep with that much minimum investment they can definitely offer 1 BTC to everyone that signs up with them The company's Plus Program requires a minimum $25,000 investment, and associated fees can be paid with bitcoin. Bitcoin investments are currently not available with its $5,000 basic investment program. "The average client with us has $250,000, that's actually the average account size in America. However, if you have $200,000, you're really in the dark, most high-quality investment solutions are $250,000 and up," he said.
