I have try flashing firmware, manual reset on button....
different broswers and still getting the same error?

When I import my worker and pool and click save and apply the process stops here

Applying changes
/etc/config/cgiminer

Go to your cgminer config tab and clear the value behind more options and set the chip frequency to 256 and try again.

I have seen this before with my silver Avalon. I am running 20130703 firmware.

Hi Yxt,

There is some talk going on the forum about previous Erupter buyers being able to buy another one for just 0.1BTC. Can you please investigate ?

Cheers
No news Yxt for this GB ? Other GB's are in full swing with the bonus Erupters.
Found it myself, there is another thread for this GB. Confusing!

Hi Guys

I am thinking of buying a platinum contract; Will I see a return on investment, or will I lose my BTC?
Go to http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/ enter your numbers, compare to their projected earnings and draw your own conclusion. Prepare for a disappointment...

Good point.

But is the difficulty increase really 75%? Surely this 75% per month is much higher than Moore's Law and not sustainable. What % should I work on?
Take various numbers between 25% and 150%. There will be moments in the future that it will be even more, especially when one of the many vendors really starts to deliver.

Image KnCMiner delivering 50 Jupiters a day starting end of September. That's 50x400x10=200TH added to the network in 10 days.

Current network TH peaked 400GH yesterday (http://www.bitcoincharts.com/).

Sure,

Below the mhw line add this line:

local mrj = string.format("%d(%1.2f%%)",rejected,(100*rejected/(accepted+rejected)));

Scroll down and change the line
     ['rejected'] = rejected,
into
     ['rejected'] = mrj

After clearing the cache as described in the first message, refresh your browser page and admire your %rejected.
628  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Need some help on PSUs and atx power cables on: August 06, 2013, 09:28:25 AM
ok i messed out and i need a replacement atx cable. are all modular atx cables the same? i can get a modular atx cable from a seasonic psu and use it on my ocz zx series PSU (assuming similar capacity) ?

also i might need to get a spare PSU, is a seasonic x series 1000w/1250w Gold and x 1000w platinum suitable on the avalon batch 1?
Unless it's burned beyond recognition, you could just lay the cables next to each other and check.
629  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: August Bitfury Pre-order folks: any updates? on: August 06, 2013, 07:37:17 AM
In Bitcoin land August delivery date means end of August  Grin (if we're lucky).

631  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] - GROUP BUY of BITFURY Chips + DRILLBIT SYSTEM mining assembly on: August 05, 2013, 09:26:31 AM
  • BITFURY ASIC chips can be ordered for US $25 each when paying using BTC. Currently payments can be made in BTC at the exchange rate of 1BTC = US$101
  • Receipt of chips from BITFURY may also incur other fees such as import tax, customs duties etc. These fees will be distributed evenly based on the amount of chips purchased. Once spread out amongst everyone, it is not expected that these fees will be very high.
Correct me if I am wrong, but an October 3000 chip real cost us$60.000, or us$20/chip according to https://megabigpower.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=52 excluding sales tax(should not apply to you) and shipment cost(if any).
Your up to 25% fee is much higher than other group buys. Care to explain what I get for this fee ?
Also you might want to give a more precise definition of your exchange rate, for example MtGox buy, or Bitpay.

He hooked it up in a hurry and then had to go to the hospital.

Friendly suggestion to Punin: Just say so here, and we'll understand.

Based on my personal experience that's never the case and in fact is often the opposite - much more questions 'but why can't you just ...' and there are millions of people who know much better than yourself when and what to do.
For some 'he stays in recent contact with the US reseller' it is more than enough, for others 24h webcam (including his WC) won't be enough.
In my country we say 'do not put the cart before the horse' - give things the time they need to happen and don't ask for results before there could be any or you will be disappointed for nothing
Yeah, I should have only spoken for myself. So I corrected it into:

634  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Let's compare Avalon's cgminer status page on: August 04, 2013, 10:11:27 AM
Most important are your results on your pool.
Second comes HW errors, which is just a waste of energy. HW should be less 2%
Handy little mod I made: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=254331
Max. temp should be around 50 (Avalon B1 & B2) or 70 (B3). Cut off temp should be 60/80.

But really, you should read the Avalon ASIC user thread from start to finish: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=140539.0
635  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitfury ASIC sales in EU and Europe on: August 04, 2013, 09:59:58 AM
come on guys, i think punin is just a bit overwhelmed of the whole thing.
I dont think that his recently communication stop will influence the lead time of the products.

From the US forum i also heard that he stays in recent contact with the US reseller, but he just has got a few hundred questions which he cant handle anymore i think.
Friendly suggestion to Punin: Just say so here, and I'll understand.
636  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Bitfury is looking for alpha-testers of first chips! FREE MONEY HERE! on: August 04, 2013, 06:34:14 AM
Punin is fine - I think he's pretty busy with a board design of his own.  We were just discussing logistics around August order delivery...he's still with you folks...
Thanks Dave.
You might want to give him a hint to take care of his customers too now and then.
He nor we need another escalating communication problem, we've enough of those here.
Cheers.
637  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM accusation: initforthemoney - selling AsicMiner Blades for a low price on: August 03, 2013, 08:32:58 PM
Looks like his account is dark as of yday. If there were any doubts of him being a scammer, they're gone now.
SEND THE MOUNTIES!!!

I can't believe this selfish prick. He owns to blades that mine BTC constantly, yet scams. Pathetic. Karma will catch up.
I already contacted the Winnipeg fraud police department.
Waiting for their reply, which (as stated on the website) could take a few days.
638  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TechnoBit Eastern Europe, BG Klondike assembly/Платки имонтаж на Авалон чип on: August 03, 2013, 08:20:29 PM
Thank you for your business Smiley
Does this mean the shop is officially open now and we can pay our orders ?
639  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Bitfury is looking for alpha-testers of first chips! FREE MONEY HERE! on: August 03, 2013, 08:17:47 PM
@bitfury: When was the last time you had contact with Punin (EURO bitfury sales)?

He has gone very quiet, people are wondering ...

I would not be surprised if the images were mc_lovin's to begin with.
I would expect him to mention that in his message above.
