An ICO and a premine, you can fuck right off.

So what major record labels have shown interest? How would adoption of the chain translate into a higher price per token? Why would blockchain tech be of actual use in this space?

Out of this shit project, lost a little BTC but gained a lot of renewed wisdom: ICO.never.again

FUD this early is only seen in promising projects. Please dump more.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO Running] Wrapper. I2P Market. Zerocoin Source and Fourier Protocol on: December 02, 2016, 09:07:31 AM
Is there a way to see the hashpower thats pointed at the network?

The networkhashps parameter when you do "getmininginfo" is a good estimative after the networkhash settles for a bit. In the meanwhile you can have an idea by seeing how much hash pools are throwing at it

Thank you, also congrats on a smooth launch!

The text / messages are on the far right.

Would be much better in the standard position of far left?

I think it's fine the way it is.

This is looking more ridiculous by the minute. No blockchain? What's the point in holding this coin then?
And Placebo is a well known shill.

Good luck with this
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GEO] GeoCoin | GIS & GeoTechnologies on: November 21, 2016, 06:26:37 AM
It's been two years almost...

Sadly i have lost faith in this coin. Also, ask yourself what seems like a great idea at first, it does have some problems. I mean with GEO you can drop coins on a map right? I think that's cool, but why would someone do it? Sure for fun a couple of times, but why would you literally take your money and toss it on the ground for someone else to pick up for nothing?

Imagine walking down the streets with a fistful of dollars and pennies, would you drop them on the ground as you walk for people behind you to pick up? Of course not. Digitally it's the same thing, a passing incentive to drop a couple of coins on the map on hard to reach places and then all appeal is lost, its funny watching people climb a tower for your money but then you realize "that's my money they're taking"

That's my main gripe with Geocoin, its a novel idea with an absolutely horrible businessplan. The price and market cap reflect this in my opinion. The only way to get out of this current existential crisis is either a) massive market adoption which will not happen because there is no real reason to drop your cash for free or b) "merchant adoption" which is literally years and years away if ever. People are just starting to warm up to the idea of bitcoin, no way they're going to implement a unknown cryptocurrency from the bowels of Bitcointalk.

Maybe this coin was simply started too soon, without a well thought out revenue model who knows? But in my opinion the experiment has come to a screeching halt.

Already priced in, but cool nontheless Smiley

And here we go under a dollar, sad day. Lots of people will sell now im afraid. Not me though, I still have faith in this coin. When we reach lower im gonna buy more.
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Hybrid PoW/PoS | btcsuite Devs | Tons of New Features | Go on: September 30, 2016, 09:15:17 AM
Almost under 1 dollar, if it breaks it's epic dumping time
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Hybrid PoW/PoS | btcsuite Devs | Tons of New Features | Go on: September 29, 2016, 08:13:45 AM
I feel sad because of the dump. There is nothing wrong with this coin, so why are people dumping?
I fear we will go down to under a dollar, if that's the case we might see a cascading effect into a sell off below 50 cents. I would like to see a statement from the devs here about progress, there is still lots of stuff to be released soon right?
634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [IOC][ I/O Digital ] I/O Coin - Blockchain Ecosystem - DIONS - CHAMELEON on: September 06, 2016, 08:40:48 PM
Congrats on becoming a foundation! You guys are definately serious about this project Smiley
The label "Foundation" although nice, doesn't mean a lot right now. Remember Worldcoin had a foundation Wink

I am a little underwhelmed about this being "the" update for today. I'd expected more news about DIONS or Chameleon for example.
Any news on those releases, mid or long term?

I've been following this project for a while now, and although I am patient, a lot of people aren't. I am predicting a little price dip on this news, but it will pick up again with the DIONS release I am sure.

Keep on rocking team! I am sure I/O will be in the Top 10 someday.

Dev,

Is there any roadmap for the coin. If not, how much time will it take to prepare.
As we mentioned many times before, it's imposibble to have a clear roadmap as each point will be suggested and voted by the community. Each "step" in Cygnus lifecycle will be decided by the community, so we can't "predict" any features, or developments.

Wrong. You could mention what skillsets your developers have, but guess what you don't have any developers. If the community decides on a Zerocoin implementation and tech that prevents blockchain bloat? then what? You're going to magically pull some skilled devs out of your hat?. You give nothing substantial, you hide behind this community consensus thing.

This whole coin in a scam and you are awaiting a Bittrex add to dump all your coins. These 37 pages are filled with mooncries of kids dreaming to be rich and hot air.

You have all been warned.

I told all of you assholes this was a scam from the get go. Congrats to those who listened, to those who didn't enjoy the bagholding.

lolol what a surprise, dev left and price in the gutter. Congratulations bagholders
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] • CYGNUS • [CYG] • X11 POW/POS • Consensus Polls • Dynamic Development on: March 10, 2016, 08:45:55 AM
As many users from community requested a Roadmap, we've put together a basic Roadmap with the known development phases. We can't give or list more fixed features since the future pathway of CYGNUS will be mostly "directed" by the community through the monthly Consensus Polls.

Lmao this is not a roadmap, this is a statement saying "please Bitrrex add my coin so I can dump on noobs"
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] • CYGNUS • [CYG] • X11 POW/POS • Consensus Polls • Dynamic Development on: March 09, 2016, 08:22:28 AM
Answer from Bittrex on slack:

icefrag
11:28 PM #bittrex when u add CYG?
" stoner19
"because they still need to prove that it has something to offer. They admitted that right now its nothing more than another x11 coin"

Lolol! there is nothing here. This coin is a scam and the dev can't code.

640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] • CYGNUS • [CYG] • X11 POW/POS • Consensus Polls • Dynamic Development on: March 08, 2016, 12:11:43 PM
Today CYG crashed a lot @ Yobit

The reason which i beleive members were chatting at shout box is Trex wanted Roadmap which CYG does not have one

I guess its not that difficult if Developer can spend some time on putting his thoughts on paper Smiley

What a suprise! lmao. The dev can't put it on paper because "the community decides the roadmap" smfh
