621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Networking of Bitcoin and bringing Investors onboard is succeeded by testimonies on: April 01, 2024, 08:43:24 PM
One of the easiest ways of Bitcoin adoption is through experiences like the one nareted in the OP, when people hear of true stories of how Bitcoin investment is changing the lives of it's investors, then they'll be happy to give the investment a trial. In the early days of Bitcoin creation, people were scared to invest in it because they don't know if it's one of those Ponzi schemes, but in resent years when people have testified that it's a legit valuable asset that guarantees ROI if held on the long term, more and more people are believing that it's one of the best investments that they can put their money in.

As far as I know di most important aspect of cryptocurrency na to protect your coins, because na im be di end wey de justify di means, after you don accumulate finish, if you no secure your seed phrase dat na di biggest mistake wey you fit to make. Di best place to secure our cryptos na for none custodial wallet wey only you hold your private keys, anything wey happen to am, weda na lose or theft, e don go be dat, no centralized authority wey you go fit to report to or wey go fit to help you recover your crypto. Make we no store our seed phrase online because of hacks, and keep am safe for more dan one place, so if you misplace am for one place you go get anoda please to see am
623  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin breaks 2021 ATH and hits $71k! on: April 01, 2024, 07:23:42 PM
It's not much of a surprise to some Bitcoin enthusiasts that it's price hits a new ATH before the halving, something that has not happened before, and the reason is quite obvious, the ETF approval .Before the Bitcoin ETF approval many analysts were predicting massive price surge if it was approved, and when it finally happened, that was what spiked the price and it eventually surpassed the previous ATH before the coming halving that'll happen in a couple of weeks time. I'm still very optimistic that we'll see a new ATH in the peak of bull run that'll reach $200k, something next year.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Elon Must not tweeting about any crypto coin on his twitter now ? on: April 01, 2024, 06:54:48 PM

it would be obvious if he is doing it this time while all the eyes are looking into the crypto market. the government was already looking into him when he expressed his political views. he'd better be just silent this time but his Tesla accepts doge already, i guess that's enough of him tweeting anymore after all BlackRock is already making the market bullish as ever.

Elon Musk, is an individual who will express his views on any crypto when he feels like it, so I guess he's probably taking a break from recommendations and analyzing. He has come all out to hype for dogecoin, even accepting it as Tesla, payment, maybe he wants the concentration to be on doge, so it can make impact in this bull run. When celebrities hype crypto projects and the project doesn't fly, I think that it somewhat reduces their reputations in front of their followers, so sometimes silence can be precious.
625  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Goal Achievement on: April 01, 2024, 06:25:48 PM
This forum is one of the most organized places that I've ever belonged to, it's forum rules and everything we do here is very open, except for our hidden identities, as we're using aliases as username. I call this forum an institution where newbies without any crypto knowledge will come and learn without paying tuition fees, they gradually increase their knowledge, make quality impact with their posts and join other experienced members to groom new sets of newbies. It's also a forum that rewards it's members through signature campaigns, and we can make crypto decisions that'll be beneficial to our finances.
626  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Don't wait until things becomes too comfortable on: April 01, 2024, 08:23:45 AM
It is either your world is rotating or you are making it rotate. There is no in-between. I believe so much in success no matter how long it takes me to achieve one. The difference between who I am now and what I aspire in the future should just be time. And while I wait for the timing my brains, hands, resource, energy and passion should be able to prepare me for that very time.

The world is cruel but yet the creative excel. I don't gamble my time for anything else it mostly based on preference, priority and level of importance. I shared my time evenly with what ever I have to do. It is either I am productive or I am contributive.
Waiting for a convenient time to make that move that'll change your life for the better can mean relaxing on your comfort zone, and in that cozy place, the opportunity might not crawl into your lap, so in essence if you want to get something done, that means that you have to leave the comfort zone and work towards it. It's said that nothing good comes easy and there's no food for a lazy man, so we don't need to wait for opportunities of a better life to come to us, we have to make the move and reach out to opportunities, because there's a chance that you're not the only one that needs the opportunities. Poverty is a plague, so avoid it by being proactive and productive.

629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Litecoin as a 17 year old on: April 01, 2024, 07:02:21 AM
I think returning to parents is safer than anyone out there, there will be no doubts in everything,
Or don't you wait until your age reaches the withdrawal limit, because looking for safety in crypto is an obligation in my opinion, to protect our assets in the future

I also think that it might be worth the wait if you're patient enough to reach withdrawal age, so you'll not be scammed by anyone in the name of transaction, the crypto space is full of scammers, you don't know who to trust. I doubt that anybody in this forum can deal with you because of your age restriction, so think about it and decide whether to wait or go ahead.
630  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Bitcoin price predictions on di short term no too de necessary for bull run. on: March 31, 2024, 07:26:12 PM
I don notice many threads for different boards inside di forum wey de discuss and ask questions about Bitcoin price predictions, some of dem na weda price fit to dip reach $50k and bellow before halving, others na weda different price fit to happen wey go pass $72k before halving. Some threads na weda price fit to reach $100k dis year, some na wetin go be di new ATH price for peak of bull run, plenty oda questions wey concern Bitcoin price as we de enter bull run.

My take on all dis questions about predictions of Bitcoin before and after halving, weda we go see new ATH dis year and many prediction prices for dis bull run, many of dem no too de necessary, if na long term investment we de do. Why I talk so be say so fa we de hodle Bitcoin for bull run matter, wey just de start, we no suppose de worry about di short term price pump and dump. If we get faith say we go see massive bull run wey go give us plenty ROI, no need to worry about short term price movements. Na to focus on wen price go reach the estimated peak of bull run, wey be from $150k and above . How una reason di matter?

632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OG's Secrets to Profitable Meme Coins Investment on: March 31, 2024, 04:19:00 PM
The tips that are analyzed in the OP are helpful if an investor wants to minimize loses when investing in memecoins, it's important to have a level of crypto knowledge and how the market is before investing. I think that experienced investors don't become greedy and they don't go all out to invest a lot of money in memecoins, to be on the safer side they invest the amount that they can afford to loose, also they don't put all their eggs in one basket, because it's a gamble, they spread money among different preferred tokens. Also very important to be among the early buyers, don't be greedy and sale when the price pumps, delay can be dangerous, so it's best to exit early before price will crash.
633  Economy / Economics / Re: How is it that these actions are yielding opposite results? on: March 31, 2024, 02:37:00 PM
From what I’ve heard he sees Argentina as a project that can not be completed in a few years time. He said it himself and all throughout his campaign that he has a very detailed vision for Argentina and that it will not be accomplished in just a few years. He is known to basically thinking outside the box and being drastic with his choices so I guess the Argentinian people would need to trust him for a bit before we see if he was really the right choice.
It's easy to scatter but rebuilding takes a longer time, so if the president of Argentina, told the country's electorates that rebuilding the country will not be a flash in the pan, that it was going to take him years to build their economy to what it ought to be, and they went ahead to vote him into office, that means that they trust him. In this case they have to give him time to perform and make right the wrongs of his predecessors who deflated their economy. There's hope for every country to have a good and vibrant economy, but they need visionary leadership, people with proven integrity that have what it takes to bring desired change.
634  Economy / Speculation / Re: Road to 100k? on: March 31, 2024, 01:31:51 PM
I like to predict Bitcoin price with a long term projection in mind, because I'm into it's investment, so on the short term we'll expect the normal slight pump and dump, then the price will then correct itself, depending on the season. Since we're in bull season, I don't worry myself on the short term price fluctuations, it reached new ATH at over $72k, then dipped to $65k, now it has rallied to $69k, this is why I can predict that price will hit $100k before the end of this year. Before the bear run starts to set in, I'm hoping that we'll see a new ATH of $200k, so this is a call for believers to have faith and keep accumulating, they're still assured of ROI in the peak of bull run.
635  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Nigeria, The Greatest Country in Africa on: March 31, 2024, 12:41:19 PM
Nigeria, is blessed with natural resources, many languages, very rich cultures and traditions, a country with great minds, intellects that are making great impacts in their different areas of interests and professions, they're very friendly and accommodating people.

The country is called the giant of Africa, but it's a sleeping giant now because of bad leadership, the country has what it takes both human and natural resources to be among the developed countries, and unless the right people with visions to bring meaningful change will occupy leadership positions, the great giant will still be slumbering.

637  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's your next step if you experience a Great BEAR MARKET ? on: March 31, 2024, 07:39:15 AM
Bear season is the best time to buy Bitcoin, all you need to do is continuously accumulate as much as you can, because price can only go up from there, it's when DCA method is most profitable. Inasmuch as you have a source of income that takes care of your expenses, then there's nothing to worry about, because it's not advisable to sale during bear run, only to continue buying till bull run, then sale or keep hodling. So the next step if I'm experiencing a great bear run is to keep buying or pause till it's bull run, but try as much as possible not to sale.
638  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How do you holding up? I really want to know... on: March 31, 2024, 06:52:38 AM
It depends on how you entered the crypto space, the types of crypto that you're interested in and whether it's investment or trading that you're into, these options can determine how you progress in crypto business. Firstly trading is hard and it requires experience and a level of professionalism to be able to succeed and make profit in it, investing in altcoins requires having knowledge of how to research and know scam and legit projects, in all these someone without experience can easily be losing more than gaining. But investing in Bitcoin is the safest investment that anybody in the crypto space can make, it's a reputable asset that it's value always increases, if held on the long term, so I'll advise the OP to give preference to Bitcoin investment so that he can be be more profitable. The OP should take it easy, it's not too late to start having sound investment plan, he needs to work towards it, especially now that he's going to be a father, that's a very huge responsibility.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sam Bankman-Fried, the "Crypto King" jailed for 25 years on: March 31, 2024, 06:01:26 AM
SBF wealth do not count if majority if the acquired wealth were gotten at the expense of users funds.  I'm sure that most former FTX users were jubilating yesterday when news of his prison sentence came out because it was rumored early this year that SBF will probably spend <3 years in jail due to his supposed ties with with top government officials in the US. Now that SBF's fate has been sealed, we can now focus on Do Kwon and 3AC  founders whose mismanagement of funds caused a massive cascading effect on the collapse of many web3 platforms.

I'll sleep better if that eventually happens.
I'm glad that Fried's case is settled, although many people thinks that he deserved more than the 25 years imprisonment that he was slammed, because he has caused all manners and levels of hardship for FXT investors whom he scammed, but the court has ruled and we have to accept their judgement. This must be a signal to other other scammers who think that they can commit crime and get away with it, the law is no respecter of anyone, if you go against it, it'll eventually catch up with the you and take it's pound of flesh. I'm glad that this sentencing will help go a long way to sanitize the crypto, so that scammers are warned about their fraudulent activities.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time for Solana 😺 cat themed memes? on: March 30, 2024, 10:41:46 PM
This craze is is going wild as there are too many launches in short period of time and that to identical projects without much to offer in terms of services and people blindly riding on the memecoin bubble just for temporary gain and if they don't cashout at right time then they risk losing the capital. I have not been a memecoin hence be it dog or cat themed it doesn't matter to me unless they have some solutions to offer.
Solana, is the most accommodating home for this memecoins, I guess that it's good business for their network, and any catchy phrases for the memecoins to gain more investors whether it's cat or dog, doesn't really add any significance to their worth, but if it makes people happy and attracts them to the meme projects, then it's all good for them. It's not surprising that they're trending now, afterall it's bull run building up and people need projects that'll give them returns on the short term, so memecoins is the answer. Let investors just understand that they're pump and dump by nature, and investing in them means gambling their funds.
