For people confused where to create the .conf file, following this if you are using Windows.

1. On the keyboard, Press Windows and R together
2. Type appdata and click on OK
3. Open the Roaming folder
4. Open the Peepcoin folder
5. Create the .conf file  in this folder

addnode=198.100.148.112:8193
addnode=107.155.108.153:8193
addnode=37.187.96.15:8193

write in notepad then save as type  "All File" use file name "peepcoin.conf" to folder peepcoin

I am a bit disappointing that people are commenting saying that I am deceiving people. I am giving something away to a lot of people and trying to do the right thing. The initial plan was to give 1000000 coins to the most deserving and not to the first 1000. Having 2700 means 1700 will miss out. The initial share of 1000 people was meant to be 1,000,000,000 coins, I have given an extra 50% on top of this to try to accommodate. This share is now 1,500,000,000, my share i have cut 50%. Now keeping with my original plan would mean that I sit through 2700 files and pick the 1000 most deserving. This would mean that 1700 would miss out completely. The only reason I was sacrificing another 50% share was to accommodate everyone so if it is just 1000 peeps x 1,000,000 coins i would not trow in the other 50% and therefore the other 1700 people will miss out in any case. I personally am happy to sacrifice 50% of my share and give free coins to all. If anyone has a problem with that being unfair or deceptive in any way they can opt out and not be eligible to receive the free coin!

Just woke up to find a lot of action

Today is the day guys. Yes registration is closed for free coins, however I will still ask that you refer and for people to sign up.

I also woke up to over 200 emails. Mot of which say they want an even split of the coins. Initially I was going to give to 1000 of the most worthy and not the first 1000, this is why I asked new members to complete that form. I am inclined to do this, however their are a few people here who believe that the first 1000 are fair. So this is a difficult one.

Would over 500,000 free coins be a blessing to you guys? This way every one that signed up during the free period can receive even amount of coins...

I myself think this is fair, and ready to start rolling them out if you guys agree.
