621  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there a possibility of a Country to ban access to Crypto games? on: August 25, 2021, 03:11:27 PM

In my country tax authorities audit your returns and do lifestyle audits and if you cannot explain your income... then you in deep trouble.  Angry

Not only in ur country, Tax officers in my country not only audit our income even our newly owned assets they ask to be taxed and we have to give our cash to them or all permits and legalities for our assets are hard to get. Just imagine you have to pay taxes on assets in the future that you don't have. Especially when it comes to income and BTC.
622  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: August 24, 2021, 06:02:26 PM
MicroStrategy acquired an additional 3,907 BTC at a price of $45,294 per BTC for about $177 million, thus the total volume held by the company as of August 24 reached 108,992 BTC.

<...>

Damn, you guys are becoming increasingly efficient, I cannot twelve IRL for a few minutes that you immediately take on my post!

Great.

In the meanwhile, I updated the spreadsheet!

Luckily, all the metrics in the press release are aligned with the data in the spreadsheet!

The important thing is the financing of the purchase: they purchased the Bitcoin with the ATM facility, or the possibility to issue new shares "on the fly" to buy more bitcoins: they raised capital during the third capital issuing new shares at an average price of 753 USD, raising 177.5 USD, and using 177 of those (ah... the juicy fees!) to buy the bitcoins on Coinbase:

This is the first time they are using this facility.

I'm seeing some pretty exciting news right now.  Since the Fud spread by China hit the market the one that still survives is the MSTR.  Despite every purchase of BTC by MSTR, the price does not soar when Amazon issues vacancies and false assumptions in the community about the implementation of BTC on Amazon

Mikel Arteta is under pressure again after having bad results in the first two matches of this season. But the team are still supporting him to stay. And there are some rumours like Antonio Conte would replace him if he continues to get bad results. Some people still think that the main problem is who their manager is. But it isn't actually. They don't have a really qualified squad. That's why nothing changes for them every season.

IMO, Arsenal are too confident to repeat the success achieved by Wenger during his time with Gunner. Wenger has a good instinct to find talented players or even bring talented young players from the academy for the first squad. Under Wenger, Arsenal rarely buy expensive players, but can sell players at high prices. Meanwhile, now, it is very much different. Arsenal should have taken action. Signing Conte, and entrusting the squad to him for a long time like they do to wenger, would be better than keeping Arteta as coach.

But as we know that Arsenal are ready to sell some of their players to reduce the salary burden to their team, after spending a lot of money to bring in Albert Lokonga, Nuno Tavares, and Ben White. Now it's the turn of the old players who will be sold by Arsenal. If it is said that Arteta is a good coach for Arsenal, maybe wait for the value of the players his training results will be in the transfer market.
624  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think financial stability is mandatory to be a gainer in Bitcoin invest? on: August 24, 2021, 04:18:46 PM

Very true and that's where small traders will, unfortunately, suffocate and sell their assets for cheap while the rich ones can just forget about it until they get the price they want from the market. No matter what we say that Bitcoin is made for the poor or rich, the truth is that slowly everything moves towards the rich. Maybe some early investors who got into bitcoins are rich but the theory doesn't change at all.

When it is said that being rich is mandatory in profiting from investing or trading BTC, I don't think so.  But if it is said that the main factor determines the size of the profit, then I agree.  It is true that the probability of the rich and poor in making a profit will be greater than the percentage of the rich, but the poor still have a chance.  If it is said to be mandatory, it is as if without wealth the poor cannot start investing.  We must be equally open to the freedom of investment and the benefits of everyone.  Studying the market alone is enough to avoid losses.
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 24, 2021, 01:06:49 PM

Yeah I agree with you totally. Those news sites just sell false rumours in order to get some views. I follow only Fabrizio Romano and ever since I have followed I have never heard of any false rumours. All the rumours were true and went through. And it came from that source. Would love to see a list of such reporters tied up with the club.

Regarding Arteta , I know everyone are skeptical given the situation of the club and why won't they be, there haven't been any change in ranks or finishes ever since he came but reports are that club are having faith in him. You know it will run down after couple of flop shows but well let's see.

Yes, it is very clear, now it is getting difficult to find media that is very competent in their field, because the target audience owned by the media sometimes reduces the quality and accuracy of the news, placing more emphasis on issues that invite clickbait. Affairs right or not sometimes they ignore it. Especially in today's world of sports. Only a small part of the media can be trusted for the accuracy of the news.
626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 22, 2021, 05:02:26 PM

The halftime break now. Chelsea is leading 2-0. @Iranus If you bet on Chelsea winning, you're going to win. Chelsea's players are dominating the match. Arsenal players are trying hard to get back on track. But they can not. Arsenal's players are unable to attack because of Chelsea's defenders.

Although based on statistics the possibility that Arsenal will beat Chelsea is too low, I believe that they can get 1 goal. At least, they show that Arsenal isn't weak enough until Chelsea can beat them without any fighting. We know clearly that Arsenal has become weak like this just because of their internal issues.  Their financial issue, until can't buy a new player for the team. Chelsea will be easy to beat them for this match. This has been answered for the first time they started.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 22, 2021, 03:48:47 PM
The match between Chelsea and Arsenal started a while ago. I don't see any reason for Arsenal to win this match. Looking forward to an easy win for Chelsea. But the statistics of the last 5 matches of these two teams are somewhat interesting. Arsenal has won 3 out of the last 5 matches. Chelsea won only one match and another one is a draw.

It's very interesting that Chelsea who can clearly win their game against Arsenal managed to score 1 goal in 15 minutes. Lukaku gave Chelsea the first win and put pressure on Arsenal's condition. I doubt Arsenal will be able to level the score anytime soon, given the lack of possession in these early minutes.  I predict Chelsea will win 3-1 over Arsenal.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the legal status of Bitcoin in your country? on: August 22, 2021, 03:08:53 PM
But what you must be thankful is that Bitcoin is not totally banned like what china does.

so your chance of gaining and trading is still there.

I also feel the same way in my country because my country does not legalize BTC as a means of payment but is still allowed as a commodity.  I think countries that ban BTC will feel a loss because this is an opportunity and opportunity for their people who are financially literate to be better.  In addition to being able to collect taxes from each transaction, it can increase the country's ability to collect anonymous BTC transaction data through legal markets.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Walmart hiring ad raises bitcoin price to $48,000 on: August 22, 2021, 01:34:37 PM

Yeah! looks like the bullish market in 2021 is still ongoing and we might experience more increase in the upcoming months. as we are closed to the last quarter of the month, the crypto market will go unstoppable if things like this won't stop. I mean, this is what we really need, good news one after another. I think this time no tweet will turn the crypto market upside down since they already know that it was just mere speculation by someone and is not a fact. They don't need to withdraw their crypto assets with those kinds of tweets.

As long as EM don't make any silly tweet after he sell some of his BTC like he used to do. After Amazon, then the Wallmart is hiring for a specialist position in Cryptocurrency will show us that the big company has realize Crypto has been a trend for all especially BTC. We know BTC is not a scam and really interesting invention which has changed new finance system mindset. As long as people are more and more in touch with BTC then mass use is unavoidable.

He could have made the same post with proper references

Hi LoyceV, thanks for the understanding. I edited my post and made a proper reference to the quoted sentences from the amazon website

however, perhaps just send him a PM to make the necessary corrections and move on; there's already a lot of crisis.

Hi igehhh thanks for the notify through PM. I didnt know that this was such a mess. I edited my post and added references thankyou  Smiley

Plagiarism reported 8 days ago, still standing unhandled - isn't everything more than clear in this case?

Hi there Lucius, I mentioned Amazon on my post and there is no intention to plagiarize it because I thought people would understand already that it was from Amazon's website Smiley. I should have been more careful and added proper references in the future
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Walmart hiring ad raises bitcoin price to $48,000 on: August 21, 2021, 03:23:09 PM
This is quite good news for the market and is a supporting factor for today's price increase.  Fundamental issues like this are urgently needed to return BTC prices to their highest peaks.  Moreover, the current China issue is no longer being ignored by the market because it ended yesterday.  Walmart's seriousness in recruiting new employees in the crypto field will bring a new era for Btc.
632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 21, 2021, 02:14:11 PM
Is it really more profitable to play slots in gambling site competitions or without competition? I've tried fun play on several sites and next time I really need some guider to become better at gambling. Please help me, next bro.
In theory, yes, it's more profitable with competition since competition prize means more RTP (Return to Player), but only if you can get at least last prize. Even if you lose money playing slots but manage to win the competition, you can end up in profit. Here's some scenario:
- You lose all your deposit scoring no win (worst scenario, this is often happen if you play with a small bankroll);
- You lose all your deposit but scoring some decent win (multiplier etc.) you can end up in profit depend on how much your wager vs competition prize (@roycilik called this as a loss back);
- You win some profit from playing, but your score isn't big enough for the competition. It's still profit;
- You win big from playing and at the same time you win the competition. Best scenario.

However, I can't encourage you to gamble. If you aren't a gambler, maybe you will be better to stay that way because:
Disclaimer: gambling is for adults who understand the risks involved with this game. Plus, OP wouldn't take responsibility whatsoever if you then become slots addict and lose lots of money after reading this thread.
In other words, it's risky Wink

Yup, I understand the risks in the world of gambling but because of a very high curiosity it attracted me to this thread.  Based on your experience while playing in slots, is the probability of winning measurable?  Because I was taught by a friend of mine, even in the competition it is not always possible to cover the losses suffered by the players, so I have to be wise to take steps.  Is it really like that?
633  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 20, 2021, 04:58:03 PM
In 2009, the first cryptocurrency -Bitcoin-, officially launched and since then has continued to roll into a snowball effect that poses a serious threat to the existence of conventional finance. As much money as the restless World Central Bank, the government seems helpless and dragged into the vortex of the evolution of the world's financial system. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a catalyst for forcing the entry of all financial and banking industry sectors into the digitalization era. Imagine a concept of a world without physical currency. It is strange, but real. Money will be removed and replaced with a digital currency system.
looks strange indeed if we look at the situation today . Like the impossible. But this could be something that could happen in the future . Needs force everyone to understand technology and the internet. So I don't think anything is impossible in the future. Depends on whether humans are able to develop this much deeper
I don't think that crypto currency is a strange thing to implement in society because it is currently a solution to a centralized economic system that has already worsened the economic condition itself because the Central Bank as the monetary regulator in every country does not carry out its function properly, inflation that occurs continues to increase every year, even though from theory inflation is a sign of the country's growth, but if it is not controlled, let alone supported by large foreign debts, it will cloud their situation, making regulations for  their momentary interest.
634  Economy / Economics / Re: Nothing about communism: The real cause of hyperinflation in Venezuela on: August 20, 2021, 04:13:37 PM
Inflation is the disease and cancer that ravages the body of the economy, and the delay in taking solutions to it will make the possibility of solving any economic problem a real dilemma.
The Venezuela crisis is witnessing a mixture of many crises, the most prominent of which are many internal factors such as corruption and mismanagement, random printing of money and a decline in purchasing power. And many external factors, some related to the nature of the economy and the other political.

It's an extreme example of economic failure.

Yup, The problems that occur in Venezuela are not simple.  The hyperinflation that occurred was not only a bad economic condition, but a very chaotic political condition.  This is something that will not be easy to solve, even though any monetary and fiscal policies carried out by the government will not easily restore conditions to good because this is deeply rooted.
635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 20, 2021, 03:09:31 PM

That may or may not happen. If Harry Kane's performances continue to shine, it's not only Man City who will try to sign him, I think many other big clubs will also be interested to sign him. But if Harry Kane's form slumps then the selling price will go down and if Tottenham sticks with their high price, then Harry Kane will find it difficult to leave Tottenham.

In addition, there is also a possibility that Man City will buy another world-class striker, so Man City may not need Harry Kane anymore.

Indeed, if Harry Kane is still able to improve performance and show even better results, not only Man City will sign Kane and even other clubs.  However, we all know Kane is very fed up at Tottenham, sometimes conditions that make boredom can cause demotivation to reduce the achievements that should be achieved.  A sticker without strong teamwork is like a dull blade.
636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 20, 2021, 01:54:26 PM
There is some common knowledge about how to win the contest (at least in theory).
1. For multiplier, go for at least 5,000x max-win because you can't win multiplier contest if you play 500x or 1,000x max-win games.
2. For max hit, you can play medium volatility with higher bet, $1 for example since you don't need a massive multiplier.
3. For bonus buy, go for minimum buy, $10 previously.

That's about it, and you need decent bankroll if you aim for #1. If only for last place, or for fun, I deposit only ~$80.

Thanks for ur explanation, honestly I don't interest to join the competition because I know that I'm still a newbie but overall I am interested to know more about slot strategies. Is it really more profitable to play slots in gambling site competitions or without competition? I've tried fun play on several sites and next time I really need some guider to become better at gambling. Please help me, next bro.

I don't see where Arsenal is trying to be in the TOP, everything looks like the club is dormant. Arsenal was famous for its school and young talents, but they were often criticized for giving too much physical exertion to young players and they, with all their athleticism, were often injured. By the way, now Arsenal young talents, I don't see among their pupils either. Difficult times for the club.
Unlike Manchester City and several other top team in the Premier League, Arsenal do not have the money to buy more expensive players to strengthen a team that is considered not serious in the title race. It is natural that most of the top team today have many players with above average abilities because they have enough financial strength to buy expensive players. Do you see Arsenal as one of the richest team in the Premier League at the moment?
It's clear Arsenal need new players, but financial problems continue to haunt the club.  We have seen how they survive in stabilizing their internal finances by taking short-term loans.  They already owed £170 at the Bank of England.  Although short term, but not to buy new players and only to solve operational problems at Arsenal itself.

Lately I really want to go deeper into slot games and others.  Moreover, seeing the duelbit competition that is won by you very often, makes me curious about the strategy to win each game.  I didn't have a good knowledge base in slots until I studied slowly in the thread the OP made.  To my knowledge, playing in gambling is just pure luck and there is no winning strategy.  and does it have to be big to win big bets too?
639  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the new gold standard of the future on: August 19, 2021, 02:29:18 PM

The thing is whether the government is going to help push these cryptocurrencies forward, or are they going to end up pushing theirs forward? Recently, they have been talking about CBDC which is a central bank issued digital currency. If eventually they release these currencies, are they going to leave them to push the use of decentralized currencies? I don’t really think so. Anyways, I never for once thought that we are going to need the government in this case.Bitcoin has always been all about the trust that people have for it, the trust is what has kept it going and nothing more. So I believe that it should and it’s going to be like that.

I don't think that CBDC will be attractive if it is not released by the country's central bank.  However, it is impossible for the CBDC system to become fully decentralized without the authority of the central bank because it would be tantamount to a boomerang for the monetary system that has been built by the central bank itself.  What's more, China's CBDC, which has just been made in my own country, is still a discourse.  CBDC in communist countries will be easier to accept because people are very afraid of their government, unlike in liberal or semi-liberal countries.
640  Economy / Economics / Re: When debt is an asset on: August 19, 2021, 01:30:10 PM
If you build your own house you can decide its design and plans. And also you can have it for at least 2 years than the other one that you will pay for 25 years. Well it can still be your asset without being in debt.

If your consideration in investing such as buying a house on credit or building a house while renting it is because you can design your own choice of home, this doesn't seem like a pretty basic consideration.  If you take a good look at the debt schemes that were taken over 25 years ago, renting a house and spending all of your savings on building it, doesn't this sound like good investment management.  You've paid double and you've wasted the opportunity to allocate your savings to something more productive.  A house is a basic need and its value is always increasing, why don't you choose a loan for the house you want according to your design.
