621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: March 20, 2023, 10:46:23 PM
This is Canelo's best weight, and will be fighting in what could be the biggest live audience in the last 5-10 years because it's going to be held in Mexico. So just imagine the magnitude if he is going to lose this fight.

Not even thinking that the fight will end up in a big upset the same as what Bivol did during Canelo's peak. John Ryder isn't even close to the possibility of doing that. Although Ryder is currently in the top rankings and is eligible to be a contender, others viewed him as not capable and credible to be Canelo's opponent.

We should be supposed to see instead, Benavidez or Bivol facing Canelo but I think politics again ruined the deal.

Although, at some point in the future, we will surely expect to see these anticipated fights being materialized.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 20, 2023, 10:34:42 PM
Three times in a row, the Golden State Warriors have been losing, and they need to win in Houston so that the other teams cannot take its place in the playoffs.

Not sure if the Golden State Warriors will now be able to break the curse of losing road games against the Houston Rockets later. Even though the Rockets are currently tanking and at the bottom of the standing, they will just play here without pressure and not thinking of a big cost whether they lose.

Facing a defending champion and a big team like Golden State Warriors, the Rockets will surely be fired up playing at their home arena as defeating the defending champion will be a good experience for their players, and aside from that, they will be on big news for putting Warriors on their 12-game losing streak.
623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 3 Reasons Why Cytpocurrency Gambling is more Addictive than Fiat Gambling! on: March 20, 2023, 10:26:45 PM
I think what OP pointed out is the unique things in crypto-gambling over fiat gambling.

Let's be clear guys, the gambling itself is the one that was truly addictive regardless of whether it's crypto-gambling or fiat online gambling. The only difference here is the currency used but in general, it's still gambling and that's the reason why people got addicted especially when they are big or chasing big losses.

- Do you really think that crypto-volatility or anything about crypto-price movements is a big deal for gamblers?

- Do you really think that anonymity is really a big issue to start with where in fact lots of fiat online players comply with it? How has it become the primary source of gambling addiction in crypto-gambling?

- Do you really think that those advantages pointed out don't have the same version of advantages in fiat online gambling?

Addiction has nothing to do with how people gamble whether crypto-gambling or fiat gambling as long as it's gambling. It's the common and usual trait that will be seen in most gamblers and it depends now how these gamblers will still remain responsible and disciplined even addicted.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people promote gambling sites . on: March 20, 2023, 10:18:20 PM
It's always our due diligence to understand everything before entering a new world, especially being newbies in gambling.

Can't believe with just an impressive win or showing big money while watching streamer's content, we will easily take the bait. I also came from being a newbie but not to the point that I will be just easily carried away by these big wins or what.

What you are pointing out isn't really a big concern if only people know how to be vigilant about what they watched on the internet these days especially watching famous streamers and influencers. Besides, how the hell we are not thinking deeply when it comes to risking our money on something and just following these popular guys that easily without any caution?
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino? on: March 19, 2023, 11:59:36 PM
I don't really look for specific traits when it comes to choosing a casino as long as that casino should be in the gambling industry for quite a long one and they have a well-established record throughout its operations.

Anything about bonuses is not a big thing for me too as long as those bonuses are good and fair to all concerns.

Regarding KYC-related things, if that is necessary I will comply with it but not on new casino sites. But should not be asked for withdrawal request especially if the amount involved is not that decent and alarming to consider.
626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 19, 2023, 11:59:31 PM
Well maybe here, it will be a different strategy for him, maybe he will test Santiago and once he read him, he might go for a win or become aggressive in the middle rounds.

Donaire I'm sure won't show any different strategy on this fight. He will just fight like he faced other boxers.

Santiago should not be a big threat for Donaire as he alredy faced the most dangerous boxer in the bantamweight which is Naoya Inoue. Fighting Santiago, he should just feel that his opponent is nothing compare to Naoya Inoue.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | Unified WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | May 7 on: March 19, 2023, 11:59:24 PM
Exactly. Bookies are still giving us some favors and we should thank this odds because they listed it this way, although it's somehow reasonable given that Inoue is not really a heavy favorite because Steph Fulton is still the champion here and has been on the weight class much longer while for Inoue, this is his first climb in his career and first time at 122. Inoue to win by a KO, count me in on this one.

It's not that bookies give us favors but that is really how it is supposed to be.

Bookies are weighed on their own set of factors on proving the odds, especially that option on the winning methods.

Still, I'm sure many bettors are still finding difficulty and it's hard to choose what those betting options are possible to happen.
628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 19, 2023, 11:59:17 PM
Not this time. I'm sure Ginebra won't allow NLEX to come back, as it might cost them a game.

I hoped that Ginebra's wins sealed the speculations of possible bigayan issues just to extend the game to generate more income.

I think you are one of them who thinks that speculation hehe.

I'm just so sick to see people's comments about extending a series for the league's purpose of generating revenue. These people should watch the game live to see if there's something going on and referees are intentionally doing that for a purpose.
629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical gambling and internet gambling which is more fun. on: March 19, 2023, 11:59:12 PM
Many gamblers find land-based casinos as place to gather and chat with friends.  Often those who go in groups just stay at the casino not to gamble but to have a social gathering.  Playing gambling is just a secondary option to enjoy their moment together.  So for these kinds of people, land-based gambling is way more entertaining and fun than online gambling due to the absence of social face-to-face interaction.

While to those who prefer the comfort of home often finds playing at online casino relaxing and fun.

Yes, we can't generalize that online gambling is much more fun when in fact, there are people who really like to socialize.

It's the same back when computer games are done in a physical shop and we are all dreaming to have our own PC.

Today, we do have our PC and can play online games we want but social is not there anymore. I do like online gambling but for me, I also want to always feel how much fun is when playing in a physical casino together with my friends.
630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 18, 2023, 11:59:24 PM
Yes, 40% is indeed high and this is why he should really be that still careful or wouldn't really be that confident even he knows that he's on edge on knockout percentage
which is sitting around KOs   57.14% based up on stats which means that when it comes to power he has the edge but the difference isnt that too far gapped.
This is why its really that foolish if you do presume out that you would really be taking this fight lightly.

What are you even talking guys? Don't just look at the percentage but also refer to the opponent they faced in their career.

40% is a big number, let's say yes, but can we even look at those boxers that are being KO'ed by Santiago as a considered threat?

Different from Donaire, some of the boxer he KO'ed was popular in the Bantamweight and some are even title holders.

True, that could be the contention here, even the great Julio Cezar Chavez Jr has fought a lot of "tomato can" fighters to swell his record and even defended his title like that. So it's really the quality of fighters that they have face before, not how many of them they knockout in their career because they could have fought boxers that are not expecting to win or at least not on their levels.

Bad comparison to look at their knockout ratio, specially that Donaire has face tougher opponents in the past. While majority here doesn't heard of Santiago before and is rank way below.

Let's also remember that Santiago is not even on a Top 5 Bantamweight rankings at all major boxing organizations.

It happened that those who rank 2nd to 4th I guess below Donaire do have already a scheduled fight.

It's really Jason Moloney who is available during the time WBO ordered the fight but since he backed out, Santiago received a big opportunity to fight for a world title and this would be the biggest fight of his career.
631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I think that there are Dark secrets in every Successful Business on: March 18, 2023, 11:59:15 PM
Today I was reading some most successful businessman and other such successful people that are millionaires and also billionaires like Bill gate, Mark Zuckerberg and Other Gamblers that became millionaires because of betting.
My point is that Normal people see only their Success but they do not know that How much dark secrets are behind this.
I want to tell you a story of Successful Businessman in country who is Real Estate businessman and Rich people love to Invest in their housing Schemes. But He Gets access to most valuable land whom he gets it by hook or crook. My mean he Is partially a landlord and he has Done high damage to the poor people and they have lost their homes.
And Normal people do not know these kind of Secrets behind all of this and also on Gambling thing where a very minority of people gets succeeded.
I know that a lot of OP will not agree with me and let's see what are your opinions.

That's why it is called a secret in the first place, therefore we won't know it even if we try our best to dig thru serious research. But my question to you is, what if those secrets are not really secret and those dark you are referring to are not really dark?

Can we just look at them as one of the best businessmen that anyone can follow? As long as they are keeping their feet below and not showing a bit of arrogance and being boastful in most cases, then nothing to worry about even they have secrets.

632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 18, 2023, 11:59:11 PM
actually, there's no need of trash talking to sell out the fight. inoue's name is already popular in the boxing community. and from the looks of it, inoue is indeed taking this seriously, which is actually good as he will prepare for this fight and not take for granted about fulton's capability.. he is the challenger but the odds are in favour of him. if you will check out the odds in the winning method betting line, seems you will get a very good payout.

Knowing Inoue and Fulton's characteristics, they do seem not a fan of trash-talking not unless will just counter a certain trash talk towards them.

I do admire those boxers that not respond to any trash talk but rather just do the talking in the actual fight.

Looking forward to an explosive between these two as it's like we should expect watching a Champion vs Champion fight.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the world population involved in gambling on: March 18, 2023, 11:58:55 PM
simply means there is no way the world can be divided into two or three equal parts without finding that people gambles regularly and almost everyone is involved one way or the other, from my research on gambling it has been existing right from Origin of man.

True or not, we can just easily create our own view about it.

Since gambling almost covered the entire industry, the expected activity should be reached by most parts of the world. Politics, sports, and almost everything are now involved in gambling. What else gambling didn't cover? Make sense.

634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical gambling and internet gambling which is more fun. on: March 18, 2023, 11:58:44 PM
Physical casinos used to be fun. But slowly they are becoming more and more digital because the physical casinos do not feel safe enough to let someone play slots with quarters. So its basically entering a fancy internet cafe, funding your account and playing the same stuff you could play at home on your own home computer. Its just not fun anymore.

That was a personal view, not a general view.

While your interest and fun are slowly fading in physical casinos, there are guys that still enjoy the environment at those.

Personally for me, even I prefer online gambling, nothing beats the experience of being an avid gambler at those physical casinos especially big ones.
635  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Being drunk while trading what was your experience on: March 17, 2023, 11:59:17 PM
The question is, can you trade while you are already drunk?

Technically speaking, yes. We can trade while drunk. It now depends on how that person can still control his decision-making while drunk.

Besides, why curious about the feeling? Just avoid being drunk if you are not used to that kind of feeling. Much better if you won't do that.

It's the same as how I gambled. I can still do gambling while drunk as that was my favorite thing to do. Although in trading, I didn't experience yet doing focused trading while drunk, since I'm not even a day trader and my trading activity, is more of holding.
636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | Unified WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | May 7 on: March 17, 2023, 11:59:11 PM
Fulton is the underdog in this match, so more than likely, that's his motivation to win on this fight.

Being an underdog as a motivation? No way Fulton will think of that as a Champion. He might even consider himself a Favorite as it's like how can you even feel like an underdog while you are the one holding the title and the challenger is coming for you regardless of its status. Fulton is not the type of boxer that will consider himself an underdog and take that as motivation. I don't find it makes sense. As a champion, he's there to show what he got.

The motivation for Fulton is not to think he's an underdog but defeating Inoue will open a big opportunity for his career. A big OPPORTUNITY!

638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some good rules for trading ask newbies. on: March 17, 2023, 11:54:35 PM
Newbies will just likely read those but how can they even understand those if they don't feel the actual pressure while doing trading?

For me, just let them know the basic approach and allow them to feel to themselves the intense feeling while trading.

With those experienced they will encounter, it will be automatic already for them to know things that they should do or not.
639  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Beginners Should Not Go For Future Trading? on: March 17, 2023, 11:52:43 PM
Step by step. Take things smoothly and don't rush things.

Newbies are not advised to go for Future Trading right away since advanced trading knowledge is needed here.

While doing Spot Trading first, these newbies will slowly learn some trading-related knowledge while progressing. Soon, they will realize that they are now ready to face the experience of doing Future Trading and will consider trying it bit by bit until ready to risk decent funds.
640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Feel Inadequate or Inspired After Watching These Types of Traders Content on: March 17, 2023, 11:49:16 PM
I choose not to watch those traders' content that shows their big profits since even if they did those big trading profits with pure trading skills, nothing gonna change the fact that they are just likely for a purpose of gaining viewers and adding subscribers.

I am more likely to watch traders' content related to educational purposes since even if there's a purpose of gaining viewers, it's good to watch content that can feed our minds and not just watch how much money these traders are making for trading.

We have different views though regarding that matter but I will stand to my own.
