1-2 days I think.

Shocked Can't wait. I literally keep checking this forum all day.

Hotmetal - what miner are you using and what settings? Thanks

Genoil and using -k zec zec zec
(that will use close to 6 GB of ram on your GPU)

Wish I had realized this earlier. Thanks!

Thanks a ton!
So -esm 3 is better because it uses stratum correct?
Can MPH back this up which is better for your pool?
Nice clocking you have there.
17020 is the most profitable auto switching port, correct?
-dcoin sia is what I use, and you use -dcoin sc
Both seem to work for SIA correct?
Based on the ports, I assume it's also auto switching, or no?
I only see port 20550 listed for me, what is 17022 for?

-dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal username.workername -dpsw x -dcoin sc

Quote
-esm 3 (nicehash style stratum) is the most advanced, strict stratum protocol but I believe it doesn't make big difference with esm 2 (coinotron style).
esm 1 (dwarf style) is not recommended as it breaks many stratum protocol, it can't be auto switched.
Stick at esm 3 or 2. I prefer 2 actually.

From Claymores page:

-esm   Ethereum Stratum mode. 0 - eth-proxy mode (for example, dwarpool.com), 1 - qtminer mode (for example, ethpool.org),
   2 - miner-proxy mode (for example, coinotron.com), 3 - nicehash mode. 0 is default.

I use the default, esm 3 crashes my miner all the time...

And could someone compile miningpoolhub version of nheqminer, i know there is suprnova and nicehash versions.

MiningPoolHub fully supports the nicehash stratum; no need to recompile. It never crashes.

[ Zcash Mining Pool Hub ]

Zcash mining pool is under beta testing.

Fixed some mistake I made.  Embarrassed
Feel free to mine on our pool.

As auto exchange feature is enabled, you would get BTC even you haven't reached minimum payout threshold.

how to mine with the gpu and not the cpu ?

For ethash auto switching on MPH, what's the command line suppose to be?
You connect with:
us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12020

I am using:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -cvddc 1130,1130 -mvddc 975,975 -cclock 1340,1340 -mclock 2150,2150 -eworker gpu -dcri 30,30 -epool stratum+tcp://us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12020 -ewal name.gpu -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal name.gpu -dpsw x -dcoin sia -esm 2 -mode 0 -powlim 50,50 -tstop 89,89 -tt 81,81 -ttli 86,86 -allpools 1 -estale 1 -mport 0
They mentioned -allcoins 1 is also needed perhaps?
Is my -esm 2 correct?
Should I remove the stratum+tcp://   ?

The option after "-eworker" seems like to have invalid value. Only "gpu"?

Below parameter is what I tested from my computer.
EthDcrMiner64.exe -eworker username.workername -epool stratum+tcp://us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal username.workername -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal username.workername -dpsw x -dcoin sia -esm 2 -mode 0 -allpools 1 -estale 1 -mport 0

I replaced hardware specific options and username.workername option paramters.
Also I changed 1202 port to 17020.
12020 is ethash endpoint. You need to specify hub worker's job at Hub Woerkers page after sign in.
https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=hubworkers

17020 is simple switching port which is same as "12020 + ethash switching"
Just mine at 17020 if you will not deal with multi algo switch thing

Also here's some claymore commandline example at Siacoin intro page.
https://siacoin.miningpoolhub.com/

Thanks.

I use -esm 3

Optimal settings for AMD 480 that I use to get 27Mh/s Eth and 540Mh/s Sia (GPU naturally stays at 85C and stays at the full 1300MHz; does not throttle itself):
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal user.worker -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -dpool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17022 -dwal user.worker -dpsw x -dcoin sc -dcri 40 -tt -100 -powlim 50 -cclock 1300 -mclock 2200 -cvddc 1112 -mvddc 1150

Also, AMD 290 for 32Mh/s Eth and 80Mh/s Sia:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal user.worker -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -dpool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17022 -dwal user.worker -dpsw x -dcoin sc -dcri 5 -tt -100 -powlim 0 -cclock 1150 -mclock 1500

Thanks a ton!

All the ports are on the home page; 17022 is for the Sia algo and 20550 is for the Sia coin. If there was ever any more coins on the Sia algo then it would mine the most profitable (currently just mines Siacoin).
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: October 23, 2016, 04:20:33 PM
good pool with LOTS of function & options.

BUT . . .

it is TOO CONFUSING, i guess the instructions are NOT clear enough.

now, let's say I want to do dual mining at MPH, what is the BEST recommended config ?

what is the difference with the ports especially port 17020 ? what does it do ? i think it auto switches between etc/eth ?

the hub worker page, many options, which to choose let's say i want to mine etc/eth + sia.

thx

p/s: atm, i'm mining SC at your pool, seems to be working fine but i haven't tried eth or etc at your pool.

you korean ? i used to live in korea for a couple of years.

The instructions do overcomplicate it. All you need to do is use the address 'hub.miningpoolhub.com:port'. Just use the corresponding port from the home screen. Username is simply 'username.worker1' and password is simply 'x'; no need to setup any workers manually on the site.

Notice on the home screen that the 17xxx ports are next to the algos and the 20xxx ports are next to the individual coins.
627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: October 22, 2016, 10:33:38 PM
Is Ethereum pool little bit unlucky?

And is it possible to get graph on dashboard or statistics of all credits mined (daily) and maybe difficulty graph on the same picture.
Now i only see 1 week credits from RECENT CREDITS.

It was a bit unlucky, but it's lucky again overall. last 24 hours block finding percentage is 86% currently.
The problem is skyrocketing difficulty. It's over 103T currently. It was 84T a month ago. It was a bit lower at the ETH attack and hf moment but came back.

So you want to view all daily credits from the start of mining?

It would be nice to compare estimated credits and actuals credits to get a more accurate picture. It's like mining in the dark sometimes.

esm 3 should work too.

So it's all working well?

Yep, smooth and reliable. The hash rate on the pool matches the miner and there is no disconnections.

ZCash is coming.
Any plans for adding this?

I have plan to add that coin. Many miners requested.  Smiley

Awesome!

@gioberfive You have to google for "scrypt miner" to find a compatible miner

@aaronsace Yes, X11 can easily be added to CM. Backend is compatible. It would just need some UI changes to get it rolling. We might do this in the near future ...

@Aplayer That's a general problem of nicehash wil high frequency coin switching pools. The are giving you a penalty for every work restart. You have to take 15-20% penalty into your profit calculation as stated on our website.

That would be amazing, I eagerly await. You seriously know how to run mining pools properly; you're the only pool that I can make proper income with. Keep up the great work!
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.2 (Windows/Linux) on: October 16, 2016, 01:45:22 PM
Please can you update miningpoolhub instructions; these are the correct settings:

EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal YourLogin.YourWorkerName -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -dpool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17022 -dwal YourLogin.YourWorkerName -dpsw x -dcoin sc

Yes "-dcoin sc" was missed, fixed, this works for me:

 miningpoolhub Ethereum+Siacoin:
   EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us-east1.ethereum.miningpoolhub.com:20536 -ewal 0xD69af2A796A737A103F12d2f0BCC563a13900E6F -eworker YourLogin.YourWorkerName -epsw x -allpools 1 -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal username.workername -dpsw x -dcoin sia
you must also create worker "YourWorkerName" on pool and specify your wallet address there.

I see, that works then. Whose wallet is that though; you enter the wallet on the pool's website. You've put "-dwal username.workername" so should it not be "-ewal username.workername" as well? It just seems more confusing from the command I'm using... is there a reason why you have put a wallet address?

In version 7.2, '-ttdcr' is using the temperature from GPU#1 but adjusting GPU#0:
-ttdcr 85
-mode 1-1
-dcri 60

GPU#1 is always at 90C so GPU#0 is effectively always reduced.

The sequence of GPUs in temp and Hashrate is not same. It has been discussed before. You will have to find the GPU number of the one which is high and change ttdcr for that.
Thank you

I already know about that problem with the order; that isn't what I said.

I figured out how to fix it when I was testing disabling one card. If you enable both the cards manually but the other way around, then it seems to fix it:
"-di 10"

'-mode 1' works fine but I've found a bug when setting the '-mode' for a single GPU when a '-dcoin' is set (I have version 7.2):
'-mode' works with these commands: '-dcoin dcr -mode 1-0' or '-mode 1-0'
'-mode' is ignored with this command: '-dcoin lbc -mode 1-0'

Confirmed, it will be fixed in next update.

That's great, thanks for the quick response. Can I just say that your miner is amazing BTW, 33 mh/s on an AMD 290!

Coin switching helps mitigate risk of a coin crashing in price. It doesn't switch often, 5 minutes is fine and won't effect hash rate. The exchange is not really fast enough to improve profits that much but you should have hopefully mined portions of profitable coins.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUTO-SWITCH] Profit-switch auto-exchange pool: CleverMining.com on: October 01, 2016, 11:07:55 PM
Will CleverMining add x11 at some point like LTCRabbit? Payments in BTC would be easier and more profitable.

Sounds like a valid ongoing support issue to me. Where else would you like it discussed?

It's been noted.

Where? To what end?
