Wow! Thank you both for the kind words. That was exactly what I needed to read at this very moment. We have some very ambitious goals regarding the platform that will roll out in several stages. All I can say for now is, it has never been done before because the technology didn't exist. I will also say, capturing the prolonged interest of the entire family will not be a problem. Sorry for the late response. The project is put on hold temporarily. There is some regulatory red tape that needs to be navigated. After many pros and cons sessions, the Fintechbit team decided that until our legal council gives us the green light, we should stop all forward progress. If all goes according to plan, we will be operational again. Starting from square one. We have refunded our Seed investors with USD. For those of you that refused a refund, (you know who you are) We used Chase Quickpay with Zelle for yours. Thank you. 

We are also seeking a few more advisors. Mostly technical advisors.

I'm going to be completely  honest here guys..... I didn't read the whole white paper and I don't think I ever will. I don't know if I am falling into their plan for creating a 289 pg. whitepaper but, I am inclined to believe these guys are legit. What is in those pages, I will never know. Probably a challenge to write a whitepaper that long but even more challenging would be to write the one pager that represents it.

With a Stroke of good luck and their thinking caps Strapped On, this team will ride on top of the competition. On the whole, this project feels right. When you strip it down to its core, you can really appreciate the business model for all its glory.

I agree it is good to plan out which exchanges you want to be listed at as well as open a communication with prospective exchanges. Some might say that the downside to this is that all the bounty dumpers will dump their hold and bring the price down. News flash. It doesn't matter if the tokens or coins hit the exchange 1 day or 1 year after the ICO the "dumpers" and "discount pre-sale" investors will be there on day 1 placing their sell orders at 10 Satoshis lower than market value trying to get their orders filled immediately. This is the nature of things. When you hold. You win. Eventually. Most of the time. 

I have read a lot of concern regarding the possible abuse of a system like this. Most importantly, smear campaigns against competition and incentivized positive reporting. ANy answer to these concerns.

We formed a business by the name URAllowance, LLC. We are holding an ICO in the coming weeks. We are in the United States so regulation is obviously an issue. We are hell-bent on doing this the right way. We are just about complete with the UX/UI design for our alpha platform. We have airdrops and bounties and basically everything you'd expect from a well thought out ICO. Including a token:coin swap after we develop our own blockchain.

Sooooo. The thing we are having trouble with is, do we need The SAFT? It seems the safest way to go although we'd rather avoid KYC and allow everyone to participate.

We have already grabbed the attention of McAfee and ICOBench. We are being sponsored with a premium listing at ICOBench and we were pinned to the top of McAfee's Twitter for several hours.

If anyone could help with some advice in this regard, that would be highly appreciated.

I will be uploading our Whitepaper here in the next hour or so. We are still finalizing some of the important details. In light of yesterdays surprise exposure, we decided to go ahead and finish the document under public scrutiny. Blockchain Style! We were pinned for several hours on the top of McAfee's Twitter feed. This clears up some of the doubt I had about McAfee's interest in the coins/tokens he was supporting. I thought, like many of you, that he was buying low volume, low price coins then pumping them with an endorsement followed by dumping for a huge profit. Considering the fact that this would be impossible with ours.  I have to say that I was wrong and McAfee does seem to actually give a s*** about Crypto.
