Hello, I'm new to this bitcoin technology. And I have a question about double spending. Can you take a look at the following case and tell me what I am wrong
So let's say my wallet has 5 BTC. First I send a payment of 1 BTC to receiver A. It is verified by a full node and put into the mem pool.
Immediately after that, I send all 5 BTC to B. It is then verified by a different full node and also put into the mem pool. Because I put more transaction fees on the second transaction, the second transaction will mostly likely picked up by a miner faster than the 1st transaction and get 1st confirmation. Thus I did my double spending.
Which part of my logic is wrong?
I was once a beneficiary of a double spend transaction, this was when you sent a transaction with a low fee it could take almost a week or more to confirm, I sent the first payment after an hour or so, i saw that the funds had returned to my account and later the transaction went through and still the funds were in my account. |

I don't know which position they are going to take. But when you see that your rival has prepared strongly then you must have got prepared also. I think Neymar is really interested in signing with PSG Because of being accused of illegal hidden contract with Barcelona. So this case affects on his performance a lot. I think as long as he is happy and has no problem, he will not go from Barcelona. Because I'm sure if the club does not want to sell it, so it all depends on Neymar himself. I have a question concerning the current high value of a BTC. I talk a lot with friends who don't know much about BTC and try to convince them to buy some too.
When I tell them about it, the same question which always comes up is:
"But since it is so expensive (2000-3000$), how can I afford 1 BTC?"
I always tell them that it is possible to buy 0.5 BTC or even 0.001 BTC. But I think this is a major problem which gets worse with the price rising even higher.
So here is my question:
Are there any plans on changing BTC to make it "look more affordable"? Perhaps introduce something like mBTC (worth 0.001 BTC / 1 BTC = 1000 mBTC) so that people have a better feeling buying something, which is not a number behind a zero (e.g. 0.025).
I don't want it to become something like a "discount looking currency". But it's a psychological problem, that people don't like to buy only a part of something or (as in this case) often don't know that they can buy less than 1 BTC.
To say "Well, the people who don't know better shouldn't buy anyway" seems to be the wrong approach on the way to mass adaption.
The best time to buy bitcoins was this past weekend when prices was driven to such an extremely low that investors were panicking, what a difference that a week makes now its soaring again. They can buy in small quantities if they cant afford to buy 1 BTC in just a single purchase, I am certain that their purchase will be rewarded in due time. |

This is today will have first game will be played for the groupe in Asia and it will be between Milan and Borussia Dortmund
Milan started pre-season with a big win over Lugano winning 4-0 Dortmund suffered from a 2:3 defeat to RW Essen in their first pre-season friendly. So i think that this game can see goal from each side . The bookies have Dortmund as favourite but i don't expect them to win i belleive that Milain have the better hand in this game.
I will go for Milan as they are in the rebuilding process and have bought many quality players ( very active on the transfer market) but Dortmund on the other hand are selling and want to cash in on aubameyang so I guess the motivation and focus are different here and so I see no reason why Milan will not defeat them today. AC Milan are all around buying players but they are yet to solidify and build the team, Dortmund on the other hand have a solid team with a deadly striker who can score goals on the whim, he is even a subject of bids from Chelsea and AC Milan. I will definitely be betting on Dortmund in this game. |

To me, gambling is wrong from the beginning. So for me gambling is wrong. Based on my belief and based on what I have seen, I agree that gambling is wrong. Too many negative impacts can happen because gambling is what makes gambling wrong. But Wrong or true it depends on each. Everyone must be different opinion. Gambling make people rich and any venture that make people rich through a legal way is good for me, those who don't gamble the right way, those are the ones that gambling ain't good for them . |
