6221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a failed experiment? on: February 28, 2020, 08:38:02 AM
I think he doesn't have the guts to hold his BTC anymore. The problem with you is, you have some negative mind that needs to be covered and stop. instead, you made this topic to convince some people to also sold their bitcoins at this lower price which will not gonna happen. Most of the users here are waiting for that Bitcoin halving which will happen this May, some of them are waiting for years and still holding on thinking positive that good things will happen after the Bitcoin Halving.
6222  Other / Beginners & Help / Bitcoin Multisig Hardware Wallet Comparison on: February 28, 2020, 05:41:25 AM
As a newbie to the cryptocurrency industry, we wanted to learn how we can get ourselves some Bitcoin and how we will use it wisely in the future. as for me, when I finally understand the fundamentals and the basics on how to earn and what we can do to secure when we want to hold some Bitcoin or some certain Altcoin to hold, I wanted to know where should I put my crypto wealth and what kind of storage should I use. when I dig some information and finally landed on some sort of comparison, the best way to hold some BTC is in the hard wallet. therefor I search the internet and come across this site which has some Bitcoin Multisig Hardware Wallet Comparison in which hardware wallet is good to use.

In this site, the Author also made some answers to the Frequently Asked Questions by the users. there are some potential answers that you guys should also read and understand the importance of having some Hardware Wallet when you gather some Bitcoins that you want to hold.

This image will show you what's the advantages of some hardware wallet to the other hardware wallet.

As you can see there is some hardware wallet that supports thousands of Altcoins and the other only a limited number of Altcoins and the last one only support Bitcoin. At first, I thought every hardware wallet are the same until I came across this site. If I have to choose, I think Ledger Nano S is the best choice for me.

Just go to the actual site if you want to learn about the Frequently Asked Questions.

But the result is negative. I guess their site is only dedicated to gathering data on Bitcoin.
You typed it incorrectly. Ethereum instead of Etherium. If there is an existing page like you type, it is a scam one.
Next times, being careful when type site addresses and avoid typos.

We can be phished with phishing sites (from given emails, chat messages, and so on) but please don't type incorrectly and be phishised by our own mistakes.
Wink

I see, thanks for that. honestly, until now I though Ethereum spelled that way until you told me. In this industry, scammers are everywhere. thankfully, I only misspelled some statistic site, not some exchange's website or else I might end up doom and will probably end up being tagged by the DT for mistakenly sharing some scam site. Thanks again, brother.

It is for bitcoin only so can we have a site that tracks price gaps over exchanges for altcoins? It is very interesting to get data on such sites to make fast minor profits by taking advantages of price gaps. Altcoins with their fast transaction speeds can help us to earn fast profits but bitcoin can't due to its very low transaction pace.

Unfortunately, the site is only available to get the Bitcoin price data in the crypto market. It also helps if they can provide us with the Top coins market data too, such as XRP and the other Altcoins in the market. I also tried to change the URL I provided to any of the top Altcoins like for example,

https://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/tickers/

to

https://Ethereum.clarkmoody.com/tickers/ (testing site not real don't click)

But the result is negative. I guess their site is only dedicated to gathering data on Bitcoin.

Do you know that most of the big exchanges out there has some different price when it comes to Bitcoins?
This site that I will share with you is a kind of chart where you can see the different prices of the Bitcoin in the market with some famous exchanges. this chart will give you some idea that in the other exchange, the price of the bitcoin is high while on the others are low.

Did you know that the price for today has already reached $9,000+ again?

https://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/tickers/

I also want to share with you a site that will give you the real volume of the current supply of bitcoins in the market. as you can see in some exchanges, they can actually fake some volumes of the bitcoin and makes you think that their exchange has more liquidity than the others. thankfully, with this site, we can now see which exchanges have more volumes and liquidity.

https://www.bitcointradevolume.com/

I hope these sites will help you to choose which exchanges will you go to when you want to sell or buy some bitcoins to save some money or to maximize your earnings when you want to sell them.

That signature campaign is long gone my friend and besides the rank of users who are needed to join it are high, starting from Senior to Legendary Members. But the signature campaign is already done and no one knows when they will come back again. If you still want to use this forum as some source of information to learn something about the blockchain technologies and crypto industry, you are welcome and don't forget to read the rules and regulations to avoid some problems later.

How did you come across the site? I would recommend using WalletRecoveryServices[1] instead, the service has been around since 2013, and they have an endless amount of good reviews about them on the forums and Reddit[2].

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=240779.0
[2] https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=WalletRecoveryServices

I also saw this one on the list where I found the site in my first post, yes! it says 2013 and the one that I posted says 2018. I choose the latest one without realizing that the old one was good and reputable. I think if they wanted to choose between these two, they can start with the old one to assure the legibility.

6230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad plan? on: February 26, 2020, 10:52:05 AM
The event which happened today is neither bad or good because there are lots of possibilities the current event is just some way of the whales to push the price up to the $10,000+ mark again or beyond that. Opportunities like this won't happen every day, so if you have some guts to invest in some of those Altcoins, you better do it now or else you will not gonna see the price this low again. chances are few to buy them at their lowest price this year, that's why we need to take advantage anytime we see such an event.
6231  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hitting its steady price? on: February 26, 2020, 10:32:27 AM
is it safe to assume that Bitcoin is probably hitting a capped price(i.e $10k)?

Bitcoin is made to become volatile, there's no way that it can become steady like most of the stable coins do. not because the price has never been down or up in the $10,000 mark, it means the price can assumingly be that way, no!
As you can see today, we are heading down again and this is the nature of Bitcoin. Another day of riding the roller coaster without knowing when will the price rise up again.
6232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad News for Bitcoiners, The price will not go up at the Halving, but DOWN$! on: February 26, 2020, 09:36:14 AM
I think this man is a member of some project that wants to take over the current popularity of Bitcoin. the thing is, whatever you said is nothing to us. from the start we have known the possibilities of the outcome of the incoming BTC halving and most of us think the result of the market today is the beginning of the awaited price increase. instead of telling people about your opinion just focus on how you will get your hands into this trend because sooner or later the price will rise again.
