The hackers seem to be one step ahead in technology because even the most considered secured exchange like binance is successfully hacked recently. Aside from high technology, hackers are always devising ways on how to hack their target successfully so exchanges should not also stop looking for effective solutions to prevent their systems being hacked.
The hacks not usually happen due to security flaws but it may also happen when insider cheat and leak the vital information to hackers due to that the hackers are able to hack the exchange. So we cannot always blame the technology flaws. thats also what im thinking about . maybe the hacker is one of binance team and it was an inside job ? but luckily the hack was only small , it was only 7k btc based on what i read . binance exchange are still in control of the situation . this is why i dont like to store my coins on an exchange , not even on an online wallet . anyway , lets hope that incident will not happen again because this causes alot of trauma to some . We can always make presumptions that the site either being fully hacked or just an inside job.No one really knows until if theres some leakage about such informations but for now we are sticking out on the situation that they are totally hacked.7000 btc isn't really a small thing no matter which angle we do try to see yet its 40M usd atm. It might be 2% on Binance total possession but these exchange hacks do really trigger out panic on the market. Yes, it's just a presumption that it could be an inside job. But I don't think that CZ will be benefiting if they lie to their customers. It is 2% of their bitcoin holding's and that is still huge. It could be the hacks has triggered panic already, but the market bounce back immediately and it seems that this issue has been forgotten because we have a massive rally at this point. |

Yes, thanks for the remainder. We have seen this kind of gains or at least some of it, at the last leg up during 2017. We've noticed a lot of 'irrational buyers' trying to get it and doesn't want to miss the hype train. But their dreams were cut short when the price didn't go to parabolic rise and they got burned easily and quit.
It looks like those are the same guys we have seen pushed the price again, but I do hope they've learn their lessons very well not to invest recklessly and don't think of being rich quickly.

I saw this news about Binance hack and that is very large amoun of money. But even that happen Im still here at Binance because I still believe to that exchanges site and for sure millions of traders still trade to binance will still there what happen.
We need to secure our binance abount so the account will not hack by the others if you still have funds to binance transfer to wallet and transfer to binance again if the coin you will be trade to fiat for your safety.
As we see, even the safest exchange is not secure as well as all the deals online. We never know what can happen the next time. Over 7000 BTC was stolen this time, and people suffered. better do not keep your crypto on exchanges. We should know by now that there are no safe exchanges. Hackers will strike anywhere, whenever they feel like to so that is out of the question. That's why we also tell newbies that to be safe, keep your coins wherein you have total control of. At least in a event of a hack on exchanges, you will not be affected. Although Binance has calm their account holders that the money will be returned, but how about those exchanges who don't have SAFU? |

Since OP stated that every news is a good news, this one is not already relevant as we already have good news in the market.
What is more relevant to us that would probably make the value of bitcoin to rise more is the application approval.
Even the bad news will not stop the bull run, Binance hack which is a big bad news did not affect the market.
Yes, we have move forward with this idea of having a ETF approval. It's not in our hand, better to focus on more important things that we can influence like the current bull run. There were lots of speculation about bitcoin hitting 6500 dollars and I believe on that prediction. But the thing in here is once that first prediction became real, I believe that it will dump again and the dump will be very low. But I really love it when this prediction will come true even though it includes a dump. Since after the dump we are preparing for another flight of bitcoin.

That is why it is unwise to put your assets in the exchanges as even this famous exchange site is not safe from the hackers. Hopefully that they could easily recover their lost reputation and regain the crypto users trust as i heard about that their is an inside job activities.
Inside job is all speculation. And as far as I know, this is the first time they've been hacked, so pretty much they have a solid security features. But hackers are always on the lookup for any loophole to be exploited so it's unfortunate that it was binance that gets hacked. I'm sure they still have their reputation because they are going to covered everything as per their SAFU program. |

I don't think this is the bull we are waiting for because the bull market is about the whole market having a price increase but the current situation is not meaningful that I am saying, what is rising and falling is just bitcoin, altcoin is still only one color, bloody. Especially a very negative news came out as you said, binance was attacked by hackers, a large number of bitcoin has disappeared, with such a bad news, the bull market still may not appear, we still need to wait Yes indeed. Binance's hack can be a reason of stoppage of bitcoin's growth. At the same time you mentioned exactly the same what I am thinking - altcoins are not growing and we simply may hope for bull market's coming back, but we still cannot say that it already back. It's good to see the price hitting $6k again. Now the ball game has chance, money is pouring on the market again and it will just be a matter of time wherein we will see the price hitting 5 digits. It's only 2% of their hot wallet, so everyone should calm down. CZ will covered everything and he is very transparent as to what is going on behind. There was a proposal to do some re-org, but he back up in the last minute.
And if you look at what is happening, the price of bitcoin wasn't affected that much and also the rest of crypto so this bad news has no effect. Of course those who have lost funds in Binance are very wary, but CZ already said that it will be covered by safu.

Warriors is in control right now so I doubt that they will relinquished this game to Houston. They are leading by 10 points last time I check so most likely you are right, it will be 3-2 for Warriors tonight. Unless they suddenly went cold on the second half and Houston rally behind Harden. But it seems they are very confident and Oracle arena are very loud and noisy. |

Simply because investors are shifting their funds to bitcoin from altcoin market. You will also noticed that the marketcap is not moving that big which also tell us that constant moving of assets are going on and smart investors knows that bitcoin is the right to invest at this point.
