Well.. the most used tactic is surely the Martingal.. Means.. u have to double your bet (considering your playing 50/50) everytime you lose, to cover the losses from last bet.. Its only limited by Bankroll and Max Bet.. But mostly.. it will you go broke

It's possible to duplicate the wallet. But after creating new addresses, like already mentioned, it will be out of sync. So either always backup wallet.dat and manually synch it with every Computer after creating a new address.. or just use HD wallet / Mobile Phone (for not too much coins).
