Spot on on bottom fishing is difficult, I thought that $4K was the bottom. I guess market buying is not really advisable even when the prices looks real cheap because it can go still down as what we have seen already.

Yeah I believe so. The price does not necessarily affect the usage of a cryptocurrency. As long as there is continued development of the project, then its usage will most likely increase.

The strategy certainly works but only on quality coins and not dead or weak coins. Although I do not understand why people sell cheap and at a loss, let's just accept that fact and take advantage of discounted quality coins.

Why three years? There is no doubt that altcoins are getting popular but I think three years is just too short for them to become as popular as bitcoin. I do not want to put any time table on that. They'll probably have to generate a lot of negative news since it's the story that really sells.

What will happen to the projects that ended ICO? If the ICO ended successfully (reached soft cap), my guess is that they will have to make necessary adjustments as well. Expect a delay in token distribution or listing on exchanges. It's a tough position to be in since many investors, airdrop and bounty hunters will be disappointed.

I would definitely be encouraged to buy cheap altcoins but be careful which ones to buy. Being cheap does not necessarily mean it will give you more profits in the future. Make sure you do not ignore other important factors (fundamentals).
