Manchester city were once given the chance to lift the UEFEA trophy but they failed after losing to Chelsea in the finals. Concerning PSG, I don't really know their problem and can't just see the reason why they can't win the UEFEA because they have one of the best squad in the league and they always lift the Ligue 1 title with ease. Let's hope one of them lift the trophy this season.
As you said, strong teams often lose to weaker clubs.
