6281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 06, 2019, 03:57:10 PM
I don't think Leicester can do anything tonight because Manchester City is focused only on the Premier League and the odd also is really low like 1.16 for Manchester City.

Leicester does not play for anything so if I had 1000 Euros spare I would bet on Manchester City to wi. 160.
Let this price not make you comfortable with going big, at this point players could be playing for pride and the risk is too high knowing Leicester has some fight left in them...The foxes have nothing to lose while City has everything to play for.
6282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto - Can We Find Him ? on: May 06, 2019, 08:56:49 AM
Well just how hard is it to find Satoshi Nakamoto, well see for your self  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDcNkggCXRQ

I think Satoshi Nakamoto is a common name for a group of people. Since one person would not be able to create such a technology. And look for these people, I do not see the point.
There are many theories behind this name & person, and i think all these are a smoke screen to throw us off his/her/their trail. At this moment finding Satoshi matters less!

It's crazy, this video is uploaded in 2010,

"Bitcoin Poet
Published on Nov 21, 2010"

Gonna be interesting if the uploader is a early adopter and bag holder of bitcoin. He could be very well become a millionaire in 2017. Grin
Sad truth is people that usually start off such activities do it entirely for fun purposes... and 2010 is a long time, but who knows maybe his even satoshi himeself Roll Eyes.

On a side note anybody seen the "finding satoshi nakamoto (2015)" video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDcNkggCXRQ its worth the watch check it out
6284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [GIUDE] HOW TO SIGN MESSAGE WITH ETHEREUM ADDRESS on: May 05, 2019, 10:49:36 PM

Thanks for such a valuable information mate, i once asked by a team to sign a signature to prove that the Ethereum wallet address was mine but i did not do it becuase i thought it's some sort of scam lol. Anyway thanks for making this piece of information available, i believe it would be off great help to other users who might need help with signing signatures on their addresses.
I would have thought the same but signing messages with eth is now very possible Smiley

The curious case for me is that which tool you used to create those gif images like video?

6285  Economy / Reputation / Re: Community opinion on Signature campaign spreadsheets on: May 05, 2019, 10:32:33 PM
The forum has had successful signature campaigns like bitmixer.io run for a long time with technically speaking no public spreadsheets available to the community thanks to SMAS and a campaign manager who was doing their job. Now the issue at hand of whether signature campaign spreadsheets should be open or not is at the discretion of the campaign manager provided he or she ensures the participants are in line with forum rules.

But then again a public spreadsheet has its advantages as this could help fish out cheating users, help bystanders know if there is an open spot for them to apply and also allow any interested party to know what standards the campaign manager works with which could work in his favour and be recommended for future jobs.

CLOUDBET BLOGIVERSARY PARTY INVITATION ACCEPTED

IDEAS

Cloudbet has time and again shown how much of crypto believers they are, and to secure a bright crypto future we need to stand tall with them. I know for a fact that the the crypto ecosystem is vast and to make this worth while for everyone a blog which will act as a public lobby can be used as a play ground for everyone seeing it is not limited to gambling only. To have an immediate impact and avoid biasness I suggest having topics that talk about altcoins that seem to be making headlines, talk about brilliant crypto pioneers and  developers in the crypto niche, new emerging technologies like lightning network and it's impact e.t.c, or better yet for the sake of gambling introduce a tipster thread or betting challenges to make the blog more fun eg a $10 to $1000 challenge and keep those expert guides/match insights going, I personally love them Smiley

FAVORITE CLOUDBET BLOG ARTICLE

You asked what my favorite blog article is, well you know what this was easy for me to pick because I joined crypto with the hope of earning free crypto(free money) and I literally started my crypto journey from here back when faucets were high rewarding and popular.. it's for this reason I go with this article 👇👇👇 as it pretty much narrates my genesis of how I got to be glued to this digital world of crypto

6287  Other / Meta / Re: Is it possible to have a sticky threads for gambling discussions? on: May 05, 2019, 11:46:52 AM
The idea is well come but I think having a sticky such as how to become a good gambler might be retrogressive to those that had gambling problems and would encourage affected users to go back to their old ways to prove they are "good gamblers".

IMO I prefer we don't have it.

6288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Happy accidents on: May 04, 2019, 11:10:05 PM
My happy accidents apparently has happened one too many times because I usually turn on one click bets for my inplays and Lucky for me, I find myself trying to scroll on the page and I find myself accidentally placing bets on games I did not plan on placing and later go on to be winners.

Am sure am not alone with this kind of luck....anybody agree Smiley

6291  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: May 04, 2019, 03:55:48 PM
because bitcoin prices dropped as a result no new rich people arrived suddenly. . . on the contrary, many people go bankrupt because they suffer losses ... haha haahaa
AFAIK this theory only applies to holdlers who are waiting for the price to grow their money while it's seated in the bank!

On the contrary Traders out there can make money and become rich from either bitcoins upward or downward price movement.
6292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: May 04, 2019, 03:38:36 PM
I invested and joined as bounty hunter in many ICO which has good concept, experienced team members and also good hype but after listing price drops very much.
I think the best pricing for such coins should be determined by the market unlike having predetermined prices which could be an under or over charge that has a negative effect on market price.

Some of project also not recovering since long time. Any comment.
With crypto prices that dropped in previous months .. this might have affected the development process of their project as capital has dropped below the budgeted.
6293  Economy / Economics / Re: There's nothing more happier than seeing your bitcoin price going up! on: May 03, 2019, 09:22:06 AM
Seeing prices drop from nineteen thousand dollars to a low three thousand and then you have a confidence meltdown which gives you the temptation to pull the plug and leave the crypto scene altogether, but you choose to stick around and hope for the best....few months down the line not much activity happening and then suddenly you visit coinmarketcap which shows you most cryptos are in the green...THE FEELING IS PRICELESS and DOESN'T GET OLD Grin
6294  Economy / Exchanges / Re: scam exchange on: May 02, 2019, 01:02:24 PM
why there is so many scam exchanges across all cryptocurrency with fake volume
AFAIK choosing an exchange is mostly based on volume, so if this fake volume is generated it means new coin owners can also be targeted to list on such sites as its a big factor when wanting to be listed, which maked this an easy way for scammers to cash in.

Another reason could be data harvesting or phishing attempts as most of us traders might want to be with an exchange with high volumes.

6295  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-02-01] Square Cash App Allows All Users to Buy Bitcoin on: May 02, 2019, 09:45:26 AM
Great news for the crypto community as this makes acquiring crypto easy to all and a step closer to  worldwide crypto adoption.

But on the flip side reading the most recent reviews from Google play about the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.squareup.cash&hl=en i would say proceed with caution, use with small amounts for a start...just to be safe Smiley

*don't abuse the quote button. There is some post that is quote on quote on quote until a massive Egyptian quote pyramid is attain. This is not so soft on the eye and the worst part is after the quoting your reply is unnecessary.

I feel dizzy when I'm reading some replies with a massive amount of quotes, I rather want to read some replies with a few quotes but the sentences have the part that I'm seeking the answers with. Quoting all of the posts doesn't get us anywhere, it will only make the post a bit spammy.

In addiction many of these quotes deviate from the original discussion to start a new one. Even at that, quote over and over again is likely to loose it flavor on the discussion matter and most forum member abuse it purpose. Although many a-times, the causes of these Egyptians pyramid is a a result of post count from forum members who joined or join paid signature campaign. There are many spamming methods adopted by forum members to spam on the forum and quote and re-quote is one of these style. Wonderful tips.
but don't you think this quote over and over again is usually because of the above person going of topic and the only way back is to quote something which needs an answer or ideas and discussions going??

6299  Other / Beginners & Help / PROVE YOUR OWNERSHIP on: April 24, 2019, 11:39:13 PM
I know for a fact that when it comes to proving ownership to a BCT a/c or showing consent as the original owner in the crypto-ecosystem, a signed bitcoin address has always been the answer!

Now that its possible to sign a message from an ethereum address, will this be considered accepted form for proof of ownership?

Can we stake ether addresses as well?

thnx
