There are big amounts of people that think the next guy will sell too. Until all of these market participants aren't cleared out (and again, this may take up to 48 hours due it being a global market) the price doesn't start fully recovering, but once everyone that had to sell sells, bull pressure resumes and the price keeps going up.
The crypto currency market reacts to every single news and when the dust is settled the priced will pop back up,but this time around i am not sure about how the alt coin market could bounce back like in the past but bitcoin will always bounce back and keep on moving,but the time it takes is the biggest question,with all the price hike this year i do think we will have a bear market for some time before bouncing back. Altcoins will recover too, specially when China has said that the ban is temporary, and not final on all these ICOs. So the ICO bubble will continue. Still plenty of chances to pick the right ICO and get very rich, which is the reason why the coins will recover, people is greedy for easy BTC (because make no mistake, all these gains will be sold for BTC sooner or later, BTC is king, sure some may sell some BTC for fiat, but long term storage in BTC is becoming a cultural thing specially among the millennial that have understood the importance of BTC and see it as a safe bet to get rich long term, unlike trying to win the altcoin lottery) have seen this event repeatedly, at the end, the price always recover, even if the news to be appear is the worst. don't know how people always get trapped into these kinds of tricks, maybe they're affected by the fudster around and the fudster are paid by the whales or else. just one most important thing to do in this cryptoworld. keep holding even if you don't sure about what's going on. |

Another split? probably it will happen as with Bitcoin Cash. A good name would be just segwit2xcoin.
I am beginning to think people like to produce split in order to create opportunities to earn a little from the forked coin, rather than to seriously produce an alternative.
I think this will be much more complicated, because devs of SegWit2x call their coin Bitcoin, unlike Bcash who at least honestly distinguished itself from Bitcoin. People who run online wallets will have power to decide for their users which chain is Bitcoin, and it can be huge. For example, Coinbase is a part of NYA, and in worst case scenario they will push 2x as Bitcoin and refuse to support Core chain, so suddenly all their customers will only have 2x coins. At least in oct 2017 this, bitcoin could be $5K, this is my hope to get optimal value when i want to exchanges most bitcoin i have yo fiat. Because, until today though slowly bitcoin continues to creep up. I was very optimistic at that's time.
This time bitcoin faced a little decline. But it will always possible for the bitcoin to reach over 5k at the end of 2018. Remember the segwit hype and after the fork already happened and the bitcoin increase over $4400 and just wondering what will be happening after the segwit 2x update. |

In most of ICOs, investors can get some bonuses, if they invest sooner. In my opinion these bonuses not only don't cause the ICO to be successful, but also cause the ICO to fail. In some ICOs there is up to 100% bonus.
If I see that there are some people have gotten 100% bonus in pre-ICO, I don't invest in that ICO, Because they will dump their coins after crowdsale and cause the price to fall.

If SegWit2x gets applied and becomes successful (and only if they don't go for a fork with some another BitShitCash), then we may see 10k until the end of next year because if you can calculate, Bitcoin rose over 300% this year from its price as it was under $1000 during January and is currently growling near 4200. If this drama gets settled without SW2x, then I think we may see 8k max during next year but we don't know what may happen as IT IS FUTURE in the end.
8k will be quite a lot for the next year if the bitcoin without segwit 2x but remember the segwit 2x already locked in that mean the bitcoin will have got segwit 2x update in the future but i will not feel glad of the segwit 2x update just give another fork shitcoin such as bitcoin cash that has used by the greedy person to increase their wallet. |
