That said, which is for sure the truth ..Hhampuz is a good buddy of mine and one of the reasons why I appreciate them as a friend is their integrity. They’re a good person and not out to fck anyone over. I know personally that they work hard to select the right people in a fair manner for their campaigns. They take it seriously. Not to mention they go out of their way to help people here ALL the time. I’ll change  my mind if you provide this proof otherwise.

Finzyo you might be amazed at what’s considered plagiarism. I started writing a paper on it to post here when I was trying to come back and learned just how little you have to do to be liable for plagiarism. Repeat stuff you’ve written yourself and you might just be guilty of plagiarism. Now this is obviously a world wide forum and we all have different laws, so some places some things are plagiarism and others they’re not. I’m not sure if there’s any “majority agreed upon” rule from legit country governments (unlike N Korea for ex) for the posting of pics, but it’s likely possible somewhere this is breaking a law. Now I’m not a legal eagle and that can probably be interpreted a 1000 different ways.

I needed and wanted to be extra sure about this.

I mainly live in the collectibles sub, as BTC coins are my hobby (obsession really). I hunt online like crazy to find unique and rare collectibles, often sharing with the board. While I was banned I amassed a bunch of pictures of cool collectibles that I’d like to share with the board. I also want to post pics for WTB requests, etc. So the problem is I don’t have websites or sources for many of these pics.. Mostly all pulled from deep dives in google images. I never thought I’d get a second chance here so I didn’t think to save the sources.

I did post an image a few days ago and below it wrote (this is not my personal picture, sourced from google images). It was a generic image picked up through one of those image collecting bot deals. Does that “clause” work? Now I know the vast majority of people here post pics w/out sources..but I’m not most people as I’ve surely got a target on my back, and rightfully so. Plus I want to do what’s right!  I should have asked this question before posting that picture but after reaching out to several mods and DTs, no one had an answer for me. I thought the reference to not taking claim as my own was okay..but..now I’m thinking maybe not?

Sure, I am always going to be known as the guy who plagiarized a couple posts one single day (not tons of posts like you incorrectly stated once), which didn't even benefit me what so ever. But, at least I'm a somewhat respected member here, unlike yourself.

I know the collectibles sub way better than you do, and you're wrong. First, I know the first and last name to MANY of the people there. So no, we don't all stay anonymous. Secondly, regulars don't just think they can do whatever they want. There are many members (like TeeGumes for ex.) who will call anyone out for any sort of shenanigans.

I take this stuff seriously, and there is ONE person that I believe is shill bidding often atm..and I can't prove that. So I simply don't bid on their items. So how does yourself or OP know this to be certain?  I can't speak for OP, but I know you just like to hear (or see) yourself talk. Even if it's babbling nonsense.

Edit: Also, and more so for OP, you need to realize how collectible markets work for any kind of collectible. We will often bid in auctions having no intention of actually wining the item. That is because we are more than willing to buy the items at the low price, but knowing that we are highly unlikely to have the winning bid because the items "market" tends to be set around a certain price range. This is the same on ebay, auction houses, or whatever for many types of collectibles whether it be baseball cards or artwork. This doesn't mean we are trying to inflate the price so newbies have to pay more, it's simply getting the auction off and going (often at least getting the price up to it's original cost) if we happen to win, while not expecting to...it's a bonus! I won a lot the other day I had no faith in winning but was pleasantly surprised! There is nothing wrong w/any of this. Maybe this is not what you meant by your post, but sure seems like it.

Are you being serious? We DID read your post, and you sneakily didn’t mention that you were taking a cut. Yes, sure, we should have brought up something about the discrepancy with the payouts not totaling up to 100%. I have never taken a cut for running any sort of league as I mentioned, but if I ever were going to..I’d say so up front. I’m guessing no one else here has either, so it’s not something that was even considered by any of us, because it’s out of the norm. That’s a material fact being left out. It’s not like it’s a lot of money, but it’s the principle of it all.
