Actually, I also ever have a similar condition, contacting the support bot in another exchange, not the human answering, but fortunately, they really work solving it after contacting, although need around one day.

Actually, people always expect more and more profits. But it must make sense with your capitals and the current condition on crypto market. You mustn't gain big profits or be rich suddenly by trading or investing. Everything needs a process and takes time to make it real.
