Thanks for all the reports
6382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did pools scare Satoshi away? on: January 03, 2015, 07:58:41 PM
I would argue that he would prefer the mining pools above either having a more central network of miners or having an overall lower network hashrate. Pool mining is much more decentralized then what many people understand. If a pool were to in any way act dishonestly or harmful to the network then the owners of the miners would likely promptly pull their equipment and redirect it to another pool

Ummmmm what?
6383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] When will BTC be accepted as payment by AMAZON.COM? on: January 03, 2015, 07:55:29 PM
I hope never. They will immediately dump it all for fiat
6384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Answer this GAW Miners on: January 03, 2015, 12:31:29 PM
strong source

I've actually sold items in one of those stores (brick and mortar) before. Knowing how hard it is to get even a product listed, I can guarantee that these guys are not even on any of these chain's radar. To think they are, especially as a payment system, is the most retarded thing I've ever heard anyone here believing

Money speaks. I have not seen anything "official" from any of those retailers regarding the involvement of XPY myself but I don't think it's something that's impossible if you got the money and strategy. I'm not sure why they would just throw that info randomly if they haven't been talking to those retailers. It would hurt their business more than anything. As far as I know, Josh wouldn't create fake news like that just to gain profit from p&d. It's on their paybase site loud and clear. Anyone can report it to those retailers and there will be lawsuit. I'm pretty sure Gaw is well aware of it.

I think two of these things would happen:

Gaw would shut down because of lawsuits and fraud.

OR

XPY will rise like there is no tomorrow.

From business point of view second option makes more sense if I want to build trust and attract more customers. I wouldn't fraud anyone if I was him just for quick profit when I already have a successful business.

Lol successful business

He just dumps lol

Sure, I "dump" at an 80% loss. I think you can only call it dumping if you sell at a nice gain.

Then you're a stupid dumper

Nice response. And how long was I supposed to hold a coin with zero innovation? Rhetorical question, much like I'm sure your statement was meant to be, but I was mildly annoyed already and feeling troll-y.

Is that so? It doesn't matter what a nobody thinks anyway. Back to your regularly scheduled dumping while promoting

Thanks dev for sending the coins for mining in the multipool  Smiley

Not a problem at all, thanks for supporting the coin by mining on the pool!

we're taking crypto by it's balls this train is moving to fast for anyone to stop it. No one can stand in our way theres so no sell wall that will hinder us, no naysayer that can defy us. Gentlemen we will go to the moon and that's a CHARLIE FUCKING WOLF gaurantee!

Someone give this guy an award!

I speak money Bob and if you speak that lingo I suggest you get on this train.

We indeed speak the same language, thing is though... I dont ride trains. I prefer chartered jets at $6500 an hour!

Let me know when you're on that level and we can start rolling together...

Good luck though!

Easy to afford that with other people's money, isn't it?

Anybody can check address MuBXSu88vuaKwyzgwQX7na1V2LJRt63HD3  on multipool stats page zero confirmed shares only. I run miner with x11 algo R9 280x). With scrypt (hashra blade) same trouble. Thanks

http://pool.mmxivcoin.com:8082/miner?worker=MuBXSu88vuaKwyzgwQX7na1V2LJRt63HD3&x=26&y=10

 x11
 33.09 MH/s
 35175 confirmed
 448097 unconfirmed

More will move to Confirmed as blocks that were recently mined become confirmed. Usually it's around 120ish confirmations, but it depends on the coin. Unconfirmed does not mean invalid. You appear to be hashing away  Wink
Now I see confirmed. Just need be patient.
Thank You.

No worries. Thanks for mining!

MMXIV and BALLS have dedicated standalone staking hardware for months already

You are missing the two highest staking coins, MMXIV and BALLS

I suggest MMXIV. Link in sig

Don't take this the wrong way.
The hash rate always spikes when the giveaways and promotions are going. But as soon as they end, the hash rate goes back to a "normal" lower rate. Is there any plan to try to do promotions on a more continuous basis?

I'll do them all the time if someone wants to keep filling the pot  Wink

Once we finish batch 2 of the Snowballs (final testing phase today), and the Yeti, we will have more time for promotion. I'm open to ideas other than just sending coins to a random address. Would really like to get the pool poppin
As I suggested a page or two ago, an Antminer S5 giveaway might be a good one...

How would that get us more miners? All the addresses used on the pool are public and can be "claimed" by anyone saying it's theirs

Don't forget, the S4 raffle closed early because we had hardly any entries. The first two sold out very fast and the third one had very little interest
