6381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Asset vs Currency on: August 22, 2017, 07:33:31 AM
As I understood assets are tied to different objects. You have asset = you are having a portion of something. But coin values are tied to only demand and supply.
That’s true. Asset simply means that you are having some portion of a valuable thing. Asset is always related to objects, they could be expensive and precious metals such as gold, diamonds etc or some weapons etc. Obviously the currencies are related to value and are dependent on circulation to work properly.
You are right. Currency and asset are poles apart. Asset is always some commodity that is related to an object. You can’t use all the time your asset to fulfill your daily needs. On the other hand currency is something that has set price and is mutually accepted by all people of a particular state.
6382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it worth to buy Waves now? on: August 22, 2017, 07:02:23 AM
Waves is a stable investment and a long term one tbh. If you are intended towards waiting and can hold till you double, then no doubt Waves is such an invest-worthy asset for everyone to try their hands on. I am currently having 100 Waves and holding them for a very long them until they go ten folds.
The way bitcoins are increasing in their value, it would be absurd to think that they will pump before the New Year. I will recommend holding bitcoins at least till November to enjoy the highest profit ever made by any coin in the history of crypto market.
6383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: August 22, 2017, 06:17:41 AM
My target for Ethereum to reach in 5 years is around 10-15x of current price. Maybe it can be used as accepted coin as well in websites like amazon as well.

Can someone calculate what would be the price of ETH if Bitcoin top $500'000? The whole market will be dragged anyway

ETH already being used by many platform like VDIce , snapcoin or even microsoft
I'm sure ETH able to reach bitcoin popularity so they just need some process to see that happen
Undoubtedly, eth is doing great currently and accepted by many famous companies and sites but still as you said; it needs a lot of improvements and support to stand next to bitcoins. Personally I don’t believe that eths will ever be able to pose any threat to the popularity of bitcoins.
That’s pretty true. Eth is among the best altcoins but yet a kid as compared to bitcoins. Bitcoins as we all know are the rulers of the crypto kingdom whereas eth has just begun its journey. Eth really needs at least 2 scores to be as popular as bitcoins. But they will never ever be able to reach the level of bitcoins.
6384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coin buy today? on: August 22, 2017, 05:44:42 AM
justr ark now !!!
big news ar comming as fintech in new york the 21-25 august , 1st september the launch nano s support ark
dont miss this big train !!
It is just a little cab, not even a train. I don’t think so it is going to set the crypto market upside down by its existence in the crypto market. If you really don’t want to miss a good train then go for waves and neo among altcoins. Or even if you don’t enjoy this train, buy a ticket of bitcoin train.
6385  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: August 21, 2017, 06:12:42 PM
no. Not too late, I think bitcoin will still be able to skyrocket again from now. Many rumors circulating btcoin will soon break the $ 5000 price tag. So it's still not too late for you to buy it.

It is never too late, while we are not hitting $5,000 or $10,000 or even $20,000 you can keep on bitcoin and save some for yourself. Don't regret to buy bitcoin now because it's always worth of time and it will never too late for an investor to see his investment grow suddenly and take note, by doing nothing but only holding it.
yes that is right that It never too late and it will never be ever late to buy bitcoin, bitcoin will infact give use chances in every time to trade it.

Very true, there are times that you can buy bitcoin at a very good rate. But don't ever regret that it is too late to buy bitcoin. This is the time to cope up the chances that we never met before bitcoin. And we didn't believe that time so just buy bitcoin, you didn't bought while it was at $400-$1,000. Now you didn't bought at $2,000-$3,000. It's not that late.
We didn't catch the train at the beginning but still we have chance to get on it for a beautiful journey. Bitcoins is costly at the moment but not more than that it would in future period. We all do mistakes in our lives but instead of regretting its better to learn the lesson period and correct our mistake.
6386  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: August 21, 2017, 01:21:15 PM
I think that the currency and the usual currency should exist together, these are two different directions. The usual currency is good to make small purchases, and the crypto currency can be used as an investment.

Yes I agree, it's good if both of these currencies have the same legality, although of course there are differences in transaction but still have the same function and very useful for everyone.
Yep, both types of currencies have enormous number of users. So instead of convincing people for replacing conventional money with digital currencies, it is far better to make bitcoins legal and let people enjoy both types of currencies. This will not create any chaos in the economic world.
6387  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: August 21, 2017, 12:49:55 PM
Yes, young people should be interested in earnings with bitcoin, because this is the currency of the future and if they do not know about its capabilities, they will miss the chance to earn a comfortable life.
Bitcoins are the keys to our dream palaces. Those who are not collecting these keys now, they are going to regret hard soon. The more keys you have, the more chances you have to unlock your desired palaces. Palaces are there, all we need is to search for their keys. Bitcoins should be treated as a life time assets.
6388  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC from Uquid balance to Card - What's going on? on: August 21, 2017, 11:30:45 AM
Hello all,

The day before yesterday I wanted to send BTC from Uquid balance to my Uquid atm card, didn't work. Later on the website I see an alert: All card functions not available, should be working in few hours, sorry for invoncenience.'' Okay fun, its now 2 days and a few hours later, nothing on Twitter, no updates, no nothing. These few hours are now few days without any communication from Uquid... Anyone else experiencing problems with them at the moment?
If I were you, I won’t even be wasting time by going around and seeking people’s opinion on what’s happening, rather I will simply find a way to see if I can safely move my money out of there. Well, it’s all left for you.
6389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on Uber on: August 20, 2017, 08:51:39 PM
love it ,bitcoin has become more international since 2013.integrating the system would  could be considered as a wise step as it would be advantageous for both ways .Really excited to be working with all over the world soon after.
I am also happy that finally bitcoin is making its way into routine payments. It is definitely a mean of ease for all Bitcoin holders. Now, they don't need to count money while paying or wait for the change. I am damn sure, in future more companies and brands will be accepting bitcoins as a payment. One day, it will be a payment tool worldwide.
6390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Questions to Panic Sellers on: August 20, 2017, 08:08:35 PM
People just selling their alts, cause they are scared of BTC. I think when btc is going to correct in the next days, we see some alt pretty hard pumping
No, people wants to get the fast money, some times they trying to move to the bitcoin to trade for the short term. and you can see now a lot of the people already moved to the altcoin again, some coin gets pumped very hard right now such as adex and Monaco.
Remember about 3 4 months ago. There were a few cryptocurrencies that pumped harder than them everyday. I hope that bullish trend comes back so we all earn more money  Grin
Just stay positive! Anything is possible in the crypto world. Just believe in your coins and don’t give up on them just under panic or negative emotions. That time will return soon and we will be again enjoying grand profits. I wish too that soon all the coins again go in dumping phases.
6391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which top altcoins are on the brink of extinction? on: August 20, 2017, 07:25:35 PM
This is not a top coin but I believe egame is about to be delisted from novaexchange soon. When you get delisted from nova it's basically game over! If you want to be an egame millionaire then grab some soon
Egame does not have any potential to make you rich. They are almost dead and soon will be delisted. No altcoin at all has a tendency to make you millionaire within few weeks. This thing is only attributed to bitcoins and all wise traders and investors are after bitcoins just because of this reason.
6392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy WAVES? on: August 20, 2017, 06:55:48 PM
So much hype here (i have lot of waves too), but volume is still low ...
are there any big updates in Q3?
If you are holding a big number of waves, no need to worry. Just stay calm and wait till the prices rise high. Waves have very good potential of increasing in value with large support. Since bitcoins are in pumping phase and waves being altcoins are very much expected to follow bitcoins.
6393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: August 20, 2017, 03:04:56 PM
Bitcoin is cool and as it is a decentralized fast growing crypto currency, it has various options to invest for money and we can do transaction easily. Hope it keeps on growing as it is now and every person will have knowledge about it.
The limited supply of bitcoins is one of the factors why its worth has increased up to 4k dollars recently. Yes it is true that transaction are fast and secure using BTC and it is a golden egg laying hen for its lovers. Investing in bitcoins at the moment is more beneficial than ever and now doubt your future will be a luxurious one.
6394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: August 19, 2017, 05:22:30 PM
I just want to ask how would you know if a person is suffering from gambling addiction. Can you guys tell me the signs of it?
You become addicted to gambling when you start to steadfast to gambling. Like all other addicted to become abnormally devoted to gambling. You think about gambling each and every hour - nonstop. You will want to gamble even if you can't afford it. You start gambling my any means like taking loans off people and gambling with their money.

I guess I have experienced that before. I was thinking of gambling everyday, even when I'm at the office and searching different strategies on Youtube. And even when I'm chatting with someone, we will talk about gambling everytime. There was even a time that I will call the office and telling that I can't come to work. But I will just making an excuse and will play all day in a casino. But I now, I'm a different person, don't gamble a lot but instead focus on better things in like like my job and family and business. Lucky for me I was able to get out early and turn around my life for good.
I am happy for you. At least you were able to make out of this swamp, known as gambling. If someone really wants to realize if he is addictive to something, then try breaking his routine. Do not gamble for once or twice on the chosen days. He will come to know how much he craves it. This works 100% of the time.
6395  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: August 15, 2017, 07:28:32 PM
if only I listened to you Sad
I don't think so there's anything wrong in listening to him.
Bitcoins are the best assets of the Crypto world and I am unable to figure out even a single reason to give up on Bitcoin or to sell them off for trivial matters. Bitcoins should be treated as diamonds for a secure future.
6396  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: August 15, 2017, 05:45:09 PM
Of course bitcoin is a blessing, along with rising bitcoin prices that penetrate the incredible virtual currency.
It only takes 1 year bitcoin that is already famous in the world.
I think this is a technological advancement in digital currency that is bitcoin. .. Shocked
Yes, it is indeed, a big blessing we should learn to appreciate and try not to misuse it in any bad way.
This is a blessing that made a lot of poor people around the world to become rich, and is still going to do more. Think wisely, and use this opportunity in a smart way.
6397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Unstoppable on: August 15, 2017, 04:54:32 PM
Yes bitcoin is so unstopable because the more people buy and discover bitcoin the higher the price of this no can stop on booming of bitcoins some people said bitcoin will go down and die someday but i think its imposible.
Upon all those challenges, it kept on rising. It falls, but gets up; it’s always just a matter of time. Even if a split happens for real, I know it might affect the platform, but no matter what, it will still come up to the top. It never goes down. Bitcoin has the real potential to grow more that is the reason it keep on attracting many more new people all the times. I'm expecting prices to go up to one million dollars in coming years.
6398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider yourself as experienced traders? on: August 15, 2017, 01:27:28 PM
in case you do. I'm building in the last few months a tool that will help cryptocurrency traders in this crazy big market:).
the tool will collect data from all around the web and summarize it in a beautifully simple way in real time.

I'm looking for people that will test my google chrome extension widget and give me feedback. In the next few days, i will release the first version and I'm looking for cool people that want to take apart of something that will help them as traders but also for the cryptocurrency community!

If you're interested let me know here, or pm me:)
Nah I’ve had a little experience in trading, because I’ve been involved in it a while ago.
But I wouldn’t call myself an expert, cause I am not perfect in it. I believe I still have a long way to go. I believe there is a section for traders here in the community
6399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country? on: August 14, 2017, 06:44:52 PM
If some people use bitcoin as a very profitable business asset in all its activities, but certainly there are those who use bitcoin for crimes such as for money laundering of corruption and the financing of this terrorist activity which became negative rumors about bitcoin, whereas bitcoin has a function that Both for the economy of its users and able to help reduce unemployment that is currently soaring dramatically, because of how difficult the real work facilities available.and bitcoin to be a lifesaver for those who do not have a decent income so as to finance their needs by using bitcoin.
I think bitcoin will have some noticeable effect on the country’s currency. If everyone in the country happens to invest, their might be a slight reduction in the value of their currency.

But after making some profit, and let me say they all started withdrawing at a time, you will notice a boost in the country’s currency value and it will also have more value than before, I believe. Lastly, I don’t think Bitcoin can ruin, although it will be having some effects.
6400  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Getting Scammed: Go to Police or Cut Losses and Move On? on: August 14, 2017, 06:27:21 PM
Legally speaking, you would have to make a police report so that the criminals in question may be put to justice. But if you just want people to be aware of these kind of scams, then it would just be best to expose them as you did by posting here in this forum. Since you are not concerned in getting your money back, which is as well might be hard, then I don't think you need to go to the police.

The choice of course would be up to you. International law and jurisdiction is sometimes tricky, especially with cases pertaining to crimes and scams like this. With the evidences you mentioned, it may be hard to prove your case much less gather the security cam footage. My advice to you is to be cautious next time and to warn your friends and fellow btc users.
But, wait, did the op leave country to go all the way to Europe just to buy Bitcoin? Wow, that was a good risk he took. Too bad it ended up this way, and I wouldn’t recommend going to the police, because he might even be arrested in a country doesn’t know much about (as a foreigner), they might say he was involved in money laundering or whatever trash they’re likely to say.

So, just forget about it and go on. But I won’t fly to another just to buy Bitcoin, I rather take the risk of buying online through sites localbitcoins.com that going to buy face to face. You may end up in the hands of deadly criminals.
