6381  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ATH na ba? on: January 03, 2021, 09:31:41 PM
6382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have jump to $27000, can this be maintain by 2021? on: January 03, 2021, 02:46:45 PM
Bitcoin have jump to $27000, can this be maintain by 2021?

It's to early to tell but we do have a good start and if their is no bad news coming, of course there are still FUDS but it cannot sustain we have full 11 months to go so many things are going to happen but I believe we have past the hardest storm let's just see what 2021 can offer now.

I believe that to since there are more incoming fuds especially when they are pointing out the ETF again for sure they will use that issue to fud bitcoins and create little noise to weak hands, but hopefully I really hope that this time those issues regarding on that situations will not affect on bitcoin as well hopefully there's no big exchanger hacks or other more so that we can see bitcoin sustain its good pumps right now.

Believed it or not though, during a bull run, those negative news doesn't affect the market that much, of course there are going to be correction along the way, but it will be just trivial and flimsy pullback. And every chance that an investor see a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin,  they will do that specially those huge companies supporting it right now. So again, we are going to see tremendous growth this 2021.
6383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash says they are not a privacycoin on: January 03, 2021, 01:48:56 PM
Official tweet: https://twitter.com/Dashpay/status/1345093269919854592

So, for years Dash team was saying that they are better than Monero and other privacycoins, now they are saying that "their privacy is not better than in Bitcoin"  Grin

How do you feel about that? Do you want to invest in a project that puts compliance with regulators above their own declared principles? Or do you think that this is just a tactical lie to return the lost liquidity and its all okay?

Very strange twist of fate here, so are they saying that bitcoin should also be delisted because they have the same privacy focused coins? hehehe.

Nah, I won't invest on a project who suddenly twisted their own words just to save face and then compare themselves to bitcoin. This is not what they started, they competed with a lot of privacy coins before, now they change their whole narrative which is bad for their image and other might go to lengths to troll them.
6384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Luke Campbell WBC Lightweight Interim Title (January 2) on: January 03, 2021, 12:56:32 PM

I'll be watching this fight tomorrow as I have a good feeing that this isn't a one sided fight. I believe Ryan will face probably the toughest fight of his career and if he survives, he might end up winning by decision. I'm excited on this fight, don't have any appointment tomorrow because I'm staying home to watch this.

Not if Campbell can withstand that left hook, after Mike Tyson he is the best fighter I have seen who can place that hook effectively and with the right timing, if Campbell can see the hook coming then he'll have a chance to win Campbell is also good so may the best fighter win tomorrow, I like Ryan to win there are a lot of great things coming to this man, and he is just starting out his journey to greatness.

It could be very competitive in the first couple of rounds, and then after Ryan figure Campbell's movement and power, he will re adjust, it might be a left hook, but I don't know I have a feeling that the body shot will be the biggest weapon of Ryan here as Campbell is open for it. The division is really open for Ryan, Davis will be the biggest fight for him. Oscar said that he want's Garcia vs Davis - Cinco de Mayo explosion.

Another spot on analysis again mate, Garcia went down on the 2nd round, but he come back adjusted his game and  KO Campbell in the 7th  with a body shot!!!.

He was too emotional in that win, Canelo even watching and clapping. That knock down of Garcia was his first, but we has weathered him and taught that he shouldn't get to rush and walk down any of his opponents because he will be caught like that.

Congrats to everyone!!!

Thanks, I would say that Garcia's body shot is the most underrated weapons he has because we are seeing him his left hook as his knock out punch. But since Reynoso has trained him, he has used his body shot even more, just like Canelo (they have the same trainer), that's why I thought that he will be using it more since Campbell is a bit taller that him.

At least, we have seen how Garcia will react if tested, he went down from that vicious left hook, you can see from his reaction that he was caught off guard, but he didn't panic, keep his composure, won every round after that and then KO Campbell.

I don't think they will go for Davis after this, Haney is the weakest champion. It will be good if Garcia vs Davis will happen in Cinco de Mayo, but we will see.
6385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any online jewellery stores that accept btc? on: January 03, 2021, 12:28:14 PM
Doesn't make sense to buy expensive things regardless if fiat or bitcoin. Just follow @Lucius advise, look for local jeweller, reputable one in your area so that you will get bang for your buck. Of course we wanted to use bitcoin for online payment, but the risk is huge, I don't where were you are from, but customs might levy heavy fees as well, and besides, too many corrupt officials out there that might interest if they see that you have jewellery in your package.
6386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Maximalism Has Won on: January 02, 2021, 11:12:36 PM
Yes, institution doesn't care about altcoins, or perhaps they are just smarter that majority of us. Bitcoin being the prime mover, what do you expect, will still remain on top and can weathered all the storm.

BCH and BSV and those big blockers argument are still there, but they can't never won in this battle. Bitcoin maximalist are often criticised because of their obvious one side "delusion", but look at where bitcoin is right now.
6387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any trusted exchange for grin coin? on: January 02, 2021, 10:31:28 PM
Need help if where to buy grin coin it seems that Kucoin exchange have some past issue or turning to be scam so I don't want to waste and lose with this exchange.

Do you have any recommendation to buy grin?

Maybe this can help you out, Grin Observer - GRN/BTC - Price Movement and Discussion. Perhaps you can pop up your questions with those experience GRIN traders in that thread.

But as far personal experience with Kucoin, I haven't had any problems with them.

6389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Congrats Satoshi Nakamoto --> 44th Richest Person in the World. #cryptoastronaut on: January 02, 2021, 09:43:17 PM
Yeah, he could be the 44th richest person if he chooses to be. But he wanted to remain anonymous and let his invention change the landscape and affected many lives, specially us here in our community. We would have thought that in the last 10 years or so, his invention would take off like this, from miners to early bag holders to the Pizza guy and then average joe's, now institutions and huge companies and wealthy people. Early days was really a challenge, but just like any project, lots of ups and downs but we survived and thrive.
6390  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: January 02, 2021, 02:14:33 PM

Here is the weigh-in,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_I0TJlQ8Cw

Interesting to see Oscar, he seems to lose a lot of weight, is he really making a comeback? hehehe

Both of them weight in at 135 lbs, as the announcer said, right on the nose. So I'm sure everyone is excited and have put their bets on.

6394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex de listed XMR, ZEC and DASH on: January 01, 2021, 10:10:33 PM
As far as I can remember, some of the exchanges way back specially from South Korea has delisted Monero and some privacy coins already. So I would say that I'm not surprised though with this move from Bittrex, we all know that there are regulatory body that doesn't like privacy coins so maybe there are pressures on this exchanges like Bittrex to delisted them. Not saying that there could be others that are going to follow, but I would assume that there is. Specially Monero, governments even open up a bounty to create a software that will de-anonymized those transactions.
6395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's highest price before the Year End's on: January 01, 2021, 04:13:04 PM
before the end of the year we already saw $ 28k hit in bitcoin,
and now bitcoin price is trying again to breakout from $ 28k, i don't know if this will work or not,
for sure if you want to buy make sure bitcoin brekaout first.

What breakout? it only happens when the price is trading sideways and waiting for a breakout run, either the price goes up, or it goes down even more. But as of the current movement, the trend is bullish so obviously the price is going up. And even if we have a retracement, the price will still be in the $20k'ish, and if the trend continues up to next year, then we might not see any pull back.

As for the highest price, I would go around $29,100-$29,300 as the highest before the end of the year.

It's gonna be above $30k

Unfortunately, no $30k at 2020. My prediction is close though, depending on exchanges it's around $29,400++. Nevertheless, we are still in the bull run so it doesn't matter if he didn't hit in at the end of the year, we have 2021, lot of wiggle room to work on it. Besides, <$1k, it can easily be hit by first week of January.

Anyways, Happy new year to everyone, let's remain and be positive in 2021, and hope that the price will continue its exponential growth.
6396  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: January 01, 2021, 03:44:42 PM
So, ayun na nga. While everyone is expecting that xrp will go up to $1 man lang ay bigla namang bagsak ang presyo nito ng hindi inaasahan dahil sa lawsuit sa SEC at sa rumors ng delisting sa mga exchanges. Well, madami ang nag panic at nagsell off ng kanilang xrp.

Coinbase - https://blog.coinbase.com/coinbase-will-suspend-trading-in-xrp-on-january-19-2e09652dbf57

OKCoin - https://blog.okcoin.com/2020/12/28/suspension-of-xrp-trading-and-deposits-on-okcoin/

At iba bang nauna sa mga yan. Currently ang presyo and $0.22 at halos 20% down in the last 24 hours.

Binance eh sumunod narin:

https://www.coindesk.com/binance-us-says-it-will-delist-xrp-on-jan-13

6398  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SEC Knocking on a projects door means the end? on: December 30, 2020, 11:20:18 PM
We can't compare KIK/KIN project to XRP, XRP is already established project while KIK/KIN was a ICO who raises millions during the hype. It might take some time for XRP to recover from here, and for sure they will have to pay hefty fines and then probably move out of the US, (that's what they've said prior to the looming case by SEC). So they can survived and will still remain in crypto space
6399  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Nababahala ba kayo sa Ripple? on: December 30, 2020, 10:57:15 PM

6400  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ATH na ba? on: December 30, 2020, 10:17:19 PM
Na-breach na ang $26,000 price and umaangat pa. Ilang ATH kaya tatagusin this year.

Napakalakas ng buying levels. Kung mamaintain mga $28,000 or even close to $30,000 ang puwedung maabot bago matapos ang taon.

Grabe unexpected talaga to. At the same time, do some conversion din at baka kakaantay ng mas mataas pa, kabaliktaran ang mangyari. Masayang pagsalubong sa New Year to.

Tama, walang ceiling talaga yan dahil ATH na eh, so maaaring may 2nd wave of bull run pa.

Yes, walang talagang ceiling kasi nga  bull run at magtutuloy tuloy parin ito next year.
