641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taking Courses to learn about Bitcoin on: April 28, 2018, 09:37:23 AM
You can learn a lot just by reading posts on this forum, but if you're serious about it then yes spend some time to learn more on udemy. It will cost you some time but in the long run you may profit more. Hopefully they will teach you how to avoid scams as well
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Relief In Crypto Taxation: France Brings Crypto Taxes Down To 19% on: April 27, 2018, 07:15:26 PM
19% is still high but better than 45%, no-one will trade in france at that tax rate. This is a positive sign that G8 countries are embracing crypto trading and realise that if they make it undesirable then they will simply move to Malta who will benefit from the business taxes
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Ultimate Sleeper coins not in the top 100 and under 10 cents !!! on: April 26, 2018, 05:57:44 PM
Look at the project details for the coin and if they have funds for development. Telcoin has raised millions for their ICO hitting the hardcap and gaining a lot of followers. Less than 10 cents this project can get a high market cap when they get their first deal and others start to join in
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Opinion on Telcoin (TEL) on: April 26, 2018, 05:54:43 PM
If it really takes off then the price rise will be astronomical. It is worth keeping a bag because when a substantial deal is made you will not be quick enough to get it before it goes up. They hit the hard cap at ICO so they have funds to make it a successful project
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin-Manipulation-Cartel — Price-Suppression is their Goal on: April 26, 2018, 05:49:56 PM
The twins company Gemini are going to work together with nasdaq to prevent this type of market manipulation. This is really unhealthy and wouldn't be tolerated in normal stock exchanges. They will not be able to suppress the price for long
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When is a good time to buy? on: April 25, 2018, 09:47:46 PM
Buy it when you can afford to buy it, anytime is good because the long term trend is going up so just get in at any opportunity. Ideally during the bear market (i.e now), but buying at the top just means more patience is needed for higher returns.
647  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I Be Scared Of Hackers If I Have Lot of BTC. on: April 25, 2018, 09:45:04 PM
If you have a lot of BTC then you should be more worried about the increasing number of physical assaults of criminals forcing their victims to transfer bitcoins into their wallet. They aren't just after cash anymore, they want your bitcoins!
648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Every Bitcoin Fork incredibly Fallen Down? on: April 23, 2018, 06:50:21 PM
All these forks are just a waste of effort, after bitcoincash made huge profits everyone else is copying them. Bitcoin candy, bitcoin, gold / diamond what on earth are these nonsensical coins good for. Not surprised to see them go to $1, they aren't worth more than that
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bull Momentum In Full Force on: April 23, 2018, 06:45:19 PM
Anyone who is interested in crypto only has a few weeks left to join in otherwise they will regret it due to the explosive bull run that we will experience. The all time high was $20k so it will easily pump up to that price, then who knows where after that.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines support Bitcoin and Fintech Innovation? on: April 23, 2018, 06:43:27 PM
The Philippines is going to do well in the coming years due to their early adoption of bitcoin technology. As more investments pour into the country, they will attract more exchanges just like Malta is doing. It is good for the local economy and general public too.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Green days are coming for bitcoin on: April 22, 2018, 11:19:03 AM
when it goes past $9000 next week everyone will be talking about the $10k barrier, if it can successfully pass that then we will all know that there is a bright future ahead for bitcoin an FOMO will kick in. New all time highs this year for bitcoin and everything else
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get Cryptocurrency Job?? on: April 22, 2018, 10:02:42 AM
One option would be to go to Japan where one company is offering to pay their workers in bitcoin. After that, other companies will follow so get yourself established in Japan and start earning some real currency!
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government fears Bitcoin on: April 22, 2018, 07:50:51 AM
Financial freedom is what many of us dream of, especially those that live in countries filled with corruption and embezzlement. Venezuelan's are desperate for a new currency, bitcoin will be big there and perhaps even the petro. Governments will always fear what they cannot control
654  Economy / Economics / Re: Is hodling good for Bitcoin, and how its affecting it? on: April 22, 2018, 07:47:57 AM
There needs to be more long term hodlers in order to stablise the price. All this volatility is giving bitcoin a bad reputation and will therefore not be adopted as a mainstream currency. This recently swing was huge and media interest has turned negative so this really needs to change.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin ? on: April 22, 2018, 07:42:36 AM
It is too slow to confirm the transactions which makes it impractical to use commercially. Also the transaction fees makes it too expensive, especially when the price of bitcoin goes it. When these two obstacles are overcome bitcoin can be adopted more widely
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the birth of bitcoin will cause google to die? on: April 21, 2018, 09:59:26 AM
Google is too big to die, there is no way it will collapse due to blockchain technology because they will simply join in and create their own blockchain. They have the finances to deliver it, and also the brand name to attract more investors than anyone else.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the digital dollar on: April 21, 2018, 09:56:31 AM
Well that is the dream of Satoshi to create a digital form of currency that has no borders. It is similar to the US dollar in that bitcoin is used as the benchmark for all crypto currencies in same way that US dollars are used for global trade.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rothschild Family and Bitcoin on: April 21, 2018, 09:52:28 AM
Although you might be thinking about investors pumping and dumping you need to look at the bigger picture. It gives more confidence in the bitcoin market so overall it is a good thing. Bitcoin is not going anywhere and with these big names joining in it looks like we're going to the moon again!
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gov't ability to break encryption on: April 21, 2018, 09:48:13 AM
Super computers around the world are unable to break bitcoin's security so it is unlikely that the government will have anything more than that. If they could break this solid encryption then they would go after bigger projects than bitcoin and the digital world (e.g. online banking) would have to shut down
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did you agree Chamath Palihapitiya Bitcoin price prediction?? on: April 20, 2018, 09:29:22 PM
It's not a bad prediction. $100,000 within 2 years might be challenging, but within 3 years I would say yes. All it takes is for a few countries to act as whales and adopting it as a usable currency and then the market will jump due to fomo.
