641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 02, 2017, 11:33:32 AM
Bitcoin and money has many comparisons. Bitcoin is always compared with other types of cryptocurrency and we can say that bitcoin has a very high value which makes it different. Bitcoin is a electronic money and these means that we cannot touch it but only see it and we only know that it is there if we can see it. On the other hand, money is equivalent to cash in the real world in which we can touch it and earn it by working. We can also earn bitcoin by working hard but we have to work through the internet.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: November 02, 2017, 10:01:16 AM
For me, bitcoin both a currency and asset. Let us not forget that bitcoin is a type of cryptocurrency and there are lots of cryptocurrency and bitcoin is only one of it and has a really high value. Bitcoin can buy things and that is what currency does. Bitcoin is also an asset because it can be a capital for starting a business. Everyone is scared of losing bitcoin which is considered an asset because you can produce more money out of it. You can also use it as a investment and let bitcoin produce its own profit.
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are Your Greatest Fears As a Bitcoin Holder? on: November 02, 2017, 09:54:55 AM
Yes, holding a large amount of bitcoin can cause fear. Of course all of the bitcoin holders are scared of getting their bitcoin stolen. But their identity is more important. Identity thefts are a large threat ro bitcoin users. They can get their belongings or important details in life get stolen. They can get their bank accounts and wallet addresses which is really scary. The price fluctuation is not a thing to be scared about because the price of bitcoin will still rise and that is a good sign for bitcoin holders.

646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2017, 08:50:55 AM
Bitcoin is like a bank in the internet. You can save money and then you can also invest the profit you are gaining in bitcoin and that profit will double or triple in the future. Bitcoin is very easy to understand and it is far from being called a scam and fraud. Many people are already earning in bitcoin and this is one reason that bitcoin is not a scam.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how to secure bitcoin wallet?? on: October 29, 2017, 08:17:03 AM
There are many ways to secure wallets. In our country, bitcoin wallets require many types of verification. The first one is smartphone or cellphone verification. Second is ID verification, you also have to take a selfie with your ID and submit it to the wallet developers. Third is address verification, you have to take a picture of something that indicates that you live in a stable place. You can set passwords for your bitcoin wallet and this is one way to increase security.
648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Minimum fee to transfer bitcoin on: October 29, 2017, 07:37:23 AM
Yes, the fee on transfering bitcoin's are a bit too high and i think this is their way of getting their profit. I guess they should set a standard chart of transaction fee's for each amount of bitcoin they want to transfer. I know there are some wallets which uses charts for transaction fees but it is not publicly advertised. I still trust that bitcoin is in their development process and will be more usable and advance in the future.
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we explain that the bitcoins is not a scam on: October 29, 2017, 07:23:47 AM
Bitcoin is far from scam. It is not worth it to call bitcoin a kind of scam. The television host was not educated about bitcoin so this is what they thought about bitcoin. They talk about what they do not know and they are wrong about that. Bitcoin is a source of extra income generator and many of the users are experiencing the benefits of bitcoin and if bitcoin is a scam, then it must be banned from being used but we can see thag bitcoin is still prospering and the number of users are still increasing so it is not worthy to be called a scam.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: October 29, 2017, 05:53:06 AM
The price of bitcoin is still significantly rising, and that is one reason we should invest in it. In the future, the price of bitcoin will inevitably reach 6k USD. This is due to the increasing users of bitcoin and all of them are in favor of the benefits they are experiencing. People should start using bitcoin or they must start educating themselves on how to use cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency is a advancement in technology and it is electronic money.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: October 29, 2017, 05:24:33 AM
Extra allowance in college is always helpful. As a student, bitcoin is really helpful because it can pay for my tuition fee's in school. Bitcoin can also pay for extra curricular activities and it can lessen the burden off of our parents. Bitcoin is a good way to earn money because the only thing you are investing is your own time and with proper time management you can do a lot of things and that will make you productive.
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: October 28, 2017, 04:25:01 PM
Advertising something on Television is really effective. An advertisement must be really catchy so they won't forget the product they are advertising. If bitcoin is advertised on the daily on the television, the number of users of bitcoin will greatly increase in a little amount of time. Before advertising, they must be ready to educate those who want to use bitcoin properly. They must also teach them to not abuse the cryptocurrency system. Advertising on television can only happen if bitcoin is already legalized.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: October 28, 2017, 04:04:35 PM
Appreciating or valuing bitcoin is really a big thing. You need to value bitcoin because it is very profitable. You can value bitcoin by investing it or saving it in a safe place. You can always donate to the bitcoin forum if you earn to much and the developers would be pleased because you value their hard work. 654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins or not? on: October 28, 2017, 02:59:04 PM
Buying more alternate coins is a good idea. The value of tokens are also unpredictable and it is also in the process of development. There are tokens whose value are also profitable and these are the kinds of token that you should buy. There is no risk in trying because you can still find ways to earn what you lost in the cryptocurrency world.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: October 28, 2017, 02:37:21 PM
Ending bitcoin is too early to talk about. Bitcoin is still in the process of development and the worth of bitcoin is still rising. The reason why bitcoin won't die is because of the number of users are rising and the demand for bitcoin is also increasing. The security of bitcoin is one thing to keep in mind because there are no reports of bitcoin being hacked and other's are just careless for giving away their private keys. Bitcoin will end if there are no more users but that seems impossible because bitcoin is getting famous.
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: October 28, 2017, 02:24:47 PM
Bitcoin will survive as long there are users. The demand for bitcoin is increasing and the number of users are also increasing. Cryptocurrency is still in the process of development and bitcoin is in that process. Bitcoin has reached many milestones since it started. Bitcoin will still survive in the future and legalizing bitcoin will increase its survival rate.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you explain Bitcoin or crypto to complete newcomer on: October 28, 2017, 01:02:09 PM
There are many things to explain to a newcomer on bitcoin. He or she might ask you where you are getting the extra income and you can tell them that you are getting it via the internet and then the topic of bitcoin or cryptocurrency will be opened. Bitcoin is a type of cryptocurrency and it is one of the largest value that cryptocurrency can have. Bitcoin is also still developing so the price he or she is seeing is not final. It may rise again significantly, this is why it is good to invest in bitcoin.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: are bounty and signature campaigns successful? on: October 28, 2017, 11:56:49 AM
Some of the bounties are still successful. Being a bounty manager for some is really hard because you are managing a bounty and you must be really active if you want the Bounty to be successful. Signature campaigns are very easy to do because you can learn in the process of doing the campaign. You can read about different stuffs and all of these are new knowledge for the reader. Bounties are successful because there are lot of supporters of the bounty system. Cryptocurrency is still in the process of growing so there are still more bounties and campaigns to come.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can authorities really regulate cryptocurrencies? on: October 28, 2017, 11:32:16 AM
Authorities have the power to legalized or ban cryptocurrency in their country. They must first learn about cryptocurrency and the effects of it in their economy. They might see that cryptocurrency can help their economy grow and start education on universities about the use of cryptocurrency. They must teach them on how to use them properly and not abuse cryptocurrency. The authorities must also regulate on how to use cryptocurrency and set rules about it.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: October 28, 2017, 11:07:33 AM
Bitcoin is really secure because there are no reports that fake bitcoin is being generated. If bitcoin is not that secured then there would be an outrage of supply of bitcoin. Bitcoin is really secure because you can set your own password even after they have already given you a private key. So you have to input both the private key and the password to enter your wallet which has double protection. There are also no reports that their account was stolen because they forgot to log it off, but carelessness will lead to stolen accounts and identities.
