as a complete newbie, you'll have to clarify "faucets" its a word I've heard my American friends use when referring to a tap..
Pretty much sites that give you free BTC for filling a captcha. The faucets themselves gain their money from advertisements on the site. It doesn't pay out a lot, but it is totally free (except for maybe the electricity) and the value of BTC is constantly increasing so it could be worth a lot more later. Personally, I earned more from faucets than mining. Of course, I haven't been mining a lot and my computer only mines 90 Mhash/min. For a list of free faucets and other ways to gain risk free bitcoins, I'd recommend the link in my description. But there are many other faucets out there, so if you can find more just search around a bit on this site or google.

Everyone already know this site, and they have already seen 10+ different referrals to it. For those who wish to try without being someone's referral, here's the link: http://freebitco.in

I wouldn't say mining is worth it. Sure, there is great new hardware available for mining (ASIC miners), but as more people acquires them, the higher the difficulty will be and it will take much more effort to get the BTC. I'd recommend you either buy BTC or use faucets instead, since they are safer ways of gaining bitcoins.

Don't gamble them at all. Sure, you might be lucky a few times, but statistically you'll just lose bitcoins.

You can use some of the free faucets listed at http://free-btc.net.tf, they at least give a lot more than 250 satoshis each.

If you are unfamiliar with mining (and using GPU) I'd say GUIMiner since it's very easy to use. Don't expect to gain too much from mining without ASIC tho.
You want to tell me that GPU mining is not gonna make me much BTCs? It might have given you lots of BTC for 2-3 years ago, but not anymore (especially not if you're on a nvidia card). With that said, I still suggest you try out mining to see exactly how much you are able to mine and see if it's worth the electricity.

Welcome to the forums, and who needs PS4 when you have so much PC?
The PS4 is relatively cheap, but the content for it is not. I still believe that it is a good investment as a media player. I do think that the upcoming Steam OS devices will deliver more value, particularly in gaming, but they will not arrive until next year. Finally, a PC should not be compared to a console. Actually, I think a console should be compared to a PC. You can play games with both, use both for media and you can even use a console control with a PC. So if they can do the same things, why shouldn't they be compared?

The problem is that they say that you will get paid more per ad but not how much more you will get which means that I can not calculate my estimated earnings in the 20 day time frame or even for just 1 day. That is why I asked if anyone has any experience with it.
Skelephtna
I think you just get twice the amount of BTC, although you may get more ads resulting in more BTC too.

Some more links can be found at the website found in my sig. While all the sites there are good, I specifically recommend FreeBitcoin, CoinAds, Bitvisitor and BTCClicks since they have really nice payouts for being free to use.

i have not much money to buy for, and with faucets may be it takes a year to get my first bitcoin...
Then I don't think you'll have any good chances of getting bitcoins. People don't like to just give away their own hard earned money.
